New car doesn't have cd any more

I am copying an audio book onto my Mac.  I have to do this, as new car does not have a cd player. 1) Is there an easy way to copy and put on an SD or an iPhone 6? 2) After copying all the discs forth audio book, is there a way to consolidate them into one file, so that it will play through continuously?
3) Is there a way the download will show on the screen of the car what chapter is playing, so that you can continue it at a later time?
Thanks for any and all help.

1.  Import the CD to iTunes.  Then you can either sync to your iPhone or drag the files to an SD card.
2.  Not with iTunes.  That could be done with an audio editor but is not worth the trouble.
3.  If the book is in properly labeled tracks, the car player will display the information.
