New CC offer question (has to do with moving)

Hi all, Just received an offer in the mail for a new CC (one I want to apply for). Problem is within 5 days from now I'll be moving to a new address. If I applied for the CC now, would I be able to change the shipping address? Is it better to just wait? I have my new address setup with the utilities, have my new car insurance card with the information and have my mortgage forms and all that with my name and new address on it, but it may take a while for any of that to get reported to the credit agencies, if they even do. Any thoughts on how something like this would work?

Is your license/ID updated? Shouldn't be an issue if everything else is updated. I didn't move in my house for a month but I had all my stuff updated and we used my new address when we applied for the Costco card.

My question has to do with itunes...is it possible to restore my itunes library to the most recent backup because the restore that I did was in march and the latest backup was in may....the reason being is that there were app that i had downloaded that are in my most recent back-up, that were not in the backup I restored to. Your phone is in recovery mode; connect it to a computer and use iTunes to restore it.

My Iphone 3 got water damaged in June so i have just got an Iphone 4s. When i have turned on Icloud etc it has updated all my notes from my previous phone on to the new one as it has also done with my contacts, but it hasnt done the photo's. Any ideas?

I have been into Icloud and under 'Storage & Backup' and 'Manage Storage', I can see that my last phone was backed up a day before it was broken. I just cant find the option to transfer that data such as all my pictures and videos onto my new phone. My Notes and contacts have just transferred automatically and strangely, my old photo's that were taken and assigned to certain contacts are now assigned to my new phone as was, but they dont appear in my photo library anywhere. What do I need to do?

Hello again. Just to let you know I have solved the problem. Backed up my new phone. Then wiped all settings and everything off it to start again. When it relaunches it gives you the option to download from Icloud and you can pick from which back-up date you want to download it from. Picked the one from the day before it got trashed and HEY PRESTO, we have all the pictures and videos back!!! Iphone 0 - 1 Voodooboy78

When I open a new tab usually it has little boxes with my most visited or recently closed tabs, but something about google came up when I reopened firefox and when I pressed close I could no longer get these features to show up on the new tabs, Help?

I'm not sure what the Google thing was but it was just a box with the Google symbol and it had an x at the top so I closed out of it thinking that it had nothing to do with the most visited and etc. I have restarted my computer and I still can't get it to appear, but when I go on the other accounts of the computer I can. Hi i have bought an Iphone 5 from a customer at my store I have a receipt that was giving to me and him by myself and the customer forgot to give me the Icloud Id and password and now i'm stuck with a non usable phone. Is there anyway that i can resolve this problem!!!

Only by getting the seller's Apple ID/Password, or by having them turn off Find My Phone. If you can't do that, you won't be able to use the phone, & Apple can't/won't help you with this.

My question has to do with analog input and triggering? Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can improve the attached vi so it can trigger on a 50kHz ten cycles pulse after the pulse has been sent out on the output?

1) Toss the sequence frames (no flames please).
2) Set you read and have it ready to trigger before oing the output.
3) After the output, go back and read the data that is waiting for you.
4) If you have errors tell us what they are and under what conditions they occured.

When I first try to open it the pop us says: "You can't use this version of the application "iPhoto" with this version of OS X. Version: 9.2.1" When I try to update, it pops up to say "These apps cannot be accepted by your apple id - These apps were already assigned to another Apple ID and they will be available in that Apple ID's purchases list. If you don't have access to that Apple ID and want to receive future updates, you will need to purchase the application". I checked and there is nothing under the "purchases" in my App store. Then will say "update unavailable with this apple id - This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or canceled." Then the third pop up says "We could not complete your request. There was an error in the App Store. Please try again". Just want to know how do to fix.

After I upgraded to Mavericks I was also having this message when I tried to update. There was a previous post about this problem which offered this simple solution which worked for me:

Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.

What kind of wireless router are you using? more importantly which protocol are you connecting with? Are you and wife connecting using the 2.4Ghz band? or do you have a dual band router that offers the 5GHZ band? Are you both connecting vie 802.11 a/b/g or n?
The best thing to do is to go into SYSTEM PREFERENCES and select NETWORK, then select AIRPORT and click on the ADVANCED button.
Under the AirPort tab you should delete all the preferred networks and only add back in your network with the proper security settings and passwords.
If you hold down the option key on your keyboard while clicking on the airport icon at the top on your macbook pro. you'll seesome data that will tell you what band and mode you're connecting at, as well as in an indication of signal strength (RSSI) if you write down and post back that information it'll tell us what's going on.

Presenter 8 -- need help with proper settings to allow quiz retake (with a NEW set of questions from a random pool)

We are publishing a Presenter 8 quiz to an LMS in a SCORM format. I am having trouble with the following: the quiz is built with multiple question groups, and a limited number of questions are being selected from each group. E.g. we have 80+ questions in total, and 25 are presented to a user on a given attempt.
When a user fails the quiz and exits the quiz normally, we want them to study and try again. I set the quiz settings to allow infinite attempts, and set the LMS settings to make sure the quiz is not presented in "review mode". When I test this quiz by failing it the first time, when I reenter the quiz, I am taken to the last slide in the quiz (which is the last one I viewed), and I can retake the quiz by navigating back to the first question.
Here's the problem: I am presented with the SAME set of questions, rather than a NEW set of random questions. This will facilitate cheating (all a user has to do is take the quiz once, review the answers, and then take it again to pass it).
How do I insure that the user is presented with a NEW set of questions when I retake the quiz?
I am open to upgrading to Adobe Presenter 10, but would rather not have to do so. There must be some setting I'm missing.

CHeck out iTunes Match which has an annual fee of £21 or thereabouts. You can store a maximum of 25,000 songs there and they all become available on your other kit, iPhone, iPad and iPod. I know it works as I have over 23000 songs uploaded of which only a few we're bought through iTunes.
it works by comparing your music to the whole iTunes music dadata base so you access the same tunes that you could get from iTunes. If you have obscure stuff, it uploads your own music to the cloud as a copy.
I Find it incredible that on my iPhone with its 16gb memory I can view almost 200 gb of music (ie my 23000 songs) and play any of them. Anything I add to iTunes becomes available via the cloud fairly quickly from a few minutes or a little longer if adding a lot.
The first time you use it it will take quite a while to match your music if you have a lot, but after that it is all automatic. Read the stuff on the apple site. Your PC needs to be at least running Vista. I recommend it and at less than 50p a week it's good value.

The new version of itunes has conflited with my cd/dvd drive

It seems that the new version of Itunes has conflicted with my CD/DVD drive because when I uninstalled and re installed the itunes my drive has stopped working and I now have an error code of 19 - Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) I have tried to update drivers but I am up to date, I have installed and re installed my drive this did not solve the problem. I am now at a loss as to what to do I have had a live chat with microsoft and they could not reslove it all they wanted to do was sell me another service!!! Could installing an older version of itunes solve this issue?

I'd take it into my local APple store and have them look at it. There may be something wrong inside your device.
