New command for radius-server source-ports

I am trying to find the new command fro radius-server source-ports 1645-1646 since it appears to be depricated. We use tacacs so we do not have the radius server specified but we do need to put in the ports. Can someone please tell me the new command for radius-server source-ports?

Both of the links that Peter posted are interesting and helpful. I would like to take a slightly different approach in answering your question.
In every version of IOS there are certain commands that get inserted into running-config when a particular feature is activated. It looks like in your version the radius-server source-ports is one of those commands. I do not think it is anything that you should be concerned about.
And I do not believe that having the radius-server source-ports command would prevent TACACS from working. I believe that there is likely to be some fault in your configuration. If you would post the aaa parts of the config then maybe we could see what the problem is.
In my experience configuring aaa some of the common problems include not correctly identifying the TACACS server, not having exactly the same key configured on the Cisco device and the TACACS server, not having connectivity to the TACACS server (can the Cisco device ping the server, and can the server ping the device), or errors in the authentication or authorization prameters specified.
Post some information and we will see what we can do.

Mmmmmm. Works OK for me. I've tried every variation I can think of. Play from playlist, play from library, shuffle on, shuffle off, single song repeat on/off, playlist repeat on/off.
WAIT !! Now I've found it !! It happens when I have the sidebar hidden and play a playlist from the PLAYLIST pane. Hitting Enter then takes me to the FIRST song in the playlist.
WAIT AGAIN !!! In the time it took to write the above, it changed again and works properly. Well properly is not really true. It works if I stay in the PLAYLIST pane. If I switch to the SONGS, ALBUMS or ARTISTS pane, enter does nothing. BUT, if I switch to the GENRES pane, enter starts the first song there. AND, if I've switched away from the PLAYLIST pane and switch back, enter then starts the first song in the playlist.
WOW !! That was a crazy ride. I think we can safely say that there is something awry.

According to your description, you fail to use OpenQuery function to execute the procedure, and permission is not the cause. Based on my research, the issue could be due to that your procedure Report_Attendance_FullTimer_YUM is used to update,
delete or insert records and the OpenQuery requires a result set to be returned, but UPDATE, delete and INSERT statements that are used with OpenQuery do not return a result set.
You could work around this issue in the following ways:
1. Change the code to the following: execute ('exec AltDataHub.dbo.Report_Attendance_FullTimer_YUM 107,264593,1909,''2015-02-24'',''2015-02-24''') AT PSNSQLN04;
2. Instead of using the procedure Report_Attendance_FullTimer_YUM, you could reference the OpenQuery function as the target table of an INSERT, delete, or UPDATE and use 'update openquery', 'insert openquery', or delete openquery to achieve your goal. For

SharePoint 2010 creates a new instance for SharePoint server.

I have installed SP 2010.My env is Windows server 2008 R2 and SQL 2008 r2 (10.50.1600). When I install the SP 2010,
configuration wizard (Start the SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard) directly goes to configuration wizard and installed SP 2010 server successfully.
It skips the below Manual configuration.
1. Specify Configuration DB settings
2. Specify Farm Security settings.
3. Configure CA Web Application settings. etc...
So I get the new SQL instance with the name <MachineName>\sharepoint.
This new Instance is looking SQL 2008 version(10.0.2531).
Now I face the below issues,
1. When I restore DB backup, i get the compatability issue
2. Unable to restore the SP2010 site which is backuped from SQL 2008 r2 (10.50.1600) has 9GB size.
3. Unable to extend the DB size from 4096 MB.
How to avoid create new SQL instance with the name <MachineName>\sharepoint and install in SQL server default <MachineName> instance?

thanks for the help. Now I have another Two questions. I'm search service application in SP 2010. It works fine when I search data from home sites it works fine.
1. When I search from within sub-sites i don't get any search results. What mistake I have done here?
Second question from Restore spsite...
2. When I restore the site in 80 port, the search service does not crawl and pick the new properties from the restore site. But when I restore the same site in another port<8080/8099/etc> the search service does crawl and pick the new
properties from the restore site. Why the service not working in 80 port.?
Note: I have checked with 3 test env my bak file. but all the 3 env gives same result.... 80 port does not crawl and pick the new properties.

Finding new solution for Exchange Server

We are a three-man operation and since 2007 have had an HP Proliant ML110 running Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for SBS SP2. I think it's time to replace the server but the prices of the hardware seem to have increased dramatically and I've had a quote for
a new HP with Server 2010 and transferring everything across of over £4,000 which is ridiculous. I feel we've under-utilised many aspects of the programme for years. Really we just use it as a storage; to run Exchange for our (Outlook 2010) email; 'host' some
shared software (notably a diary service) which enables us to all connect and edit; each laptop (3) is assigned a user name, etc which enables it to connect to the network.
I've been trying to get my head round the Cloud, Exchange Online, Office 365 and I feel that there's a solution to be had within this area. But I'd love someone to confirm that and even begin the process of pointing me in the right direction of what I need
to buy, pay per month, how easy to set-up, etc.

I would recommend to upgrade your server to Windows server 2012 Essentials, and use Office 365 for your email needs. The way you have this currently setup, you are at a point where everything can be moved over in a few days, and have you up and running.
Office 365 is between $4 and $20 a month, not sure how this relates to pounds. Also, if you choose the Small Business version, you get the newest Office software to use on up to 5 computers per user, meaning you can install Office on your home
computers, as can the other two in your office.
Windows Server 2012 Essentials has a migration setting, where you can easily migrate all your current settings on your SBS 2003 to the 2012 server, making the transition seamless. There are some great websites with instructions out there for this as
well. Also, 2012 Essentials easily integrates with Office 365, so you only have one password to remember for your email and computer use. This is handy for people, as no one likes to have to remember multiple passwords to get the job done.
If you have more questions, or I did not fully answer yours, please reply. Hope this does help and sheds some light on what you are looking at.

Os command for ftp server

I use file adapter receiver channel to transfer messages to external ftp servers. After a file is transported to the ftp server completely, I need to run a OS command to rename the file accordingly.
My question is where I should put the OS command file? On XI or ftp server? Any blog on this topic available?

Hi,
Try using RUN OPERATING SYSTEM COMMAND AFTER MESSAGE PROCESING and RUN OPERATING SYSTEM COMMAND BEFORE MESSAGE PROCESING.
You just post ur output file in some folder(Target) , lets say /usr/sap/sapout/test/.and the shell script in this path /usr/sap/bin/convert.sh (use ur Rename logic here).
Inside the File access parameters put target directory and filename scehme and for shell script give processing parameters as File construction mode , File type and OS Command and use a space after the shell script name and the %F.
And for input can use it directly.
For the shell script (which u will use to rename the file after processing) you can put anywhere inside /INTERFACE/XI/ but athe time you provide the pat it will be exactly matching as from where you are using the Shell Script and the file at the coressponding places. It shud be in XI. Thats it and u r done.

I've had to change this various times when Sun makes site changes though.
I thought I had an example with Perl LWP somewhere that takes the xref over http and creates a file handle out of it suitable for a (<while_file>) type of loop. Can't find that one though, must have scrapped it for some reason. If I come across it, I'll post it for ya.
I would think it wouldn't be to difficult to turn an xref file into something that smpatch -x could take and let it go get everything.

Please Help: 3550 lab switch locked by radius server

Any idea? After clean up all routers and switches config files, sw3 still asks for radius username and password.
When console login and using 3550 password recovery procedure, it still asks for username and password.
When config aaa new-model, no username is asked only the passowrd cisco in typed in. (please see detail config file in the following)

WRT54G with RADIUS Server

Anyone tried WRT54G connected to RADIUS server for wireless authentication? Can anyone tell me how to go through this? I'm currently using Funk Steel Belted Radius.

Access the router ui by http://192.168.1.1 .. logon by entering the password .. go to the "wireless" tab and click on "wireless security" tab....for the security mode , select RADIUS...Enter the ip address of the radius server , the port and the shared key used by the radius server....then set the wep settings...nothing else....
