New Computer, but Adobe is telling me too many are using the program

My PC went down last week and I've re installed Master Collection. Adobe is indicating that I now have the program on too many computers. I've searched, but haven't found a way to deactivate my old computer? Any ideas?

I have Adobe Photoshop elements on two computers. I just had a msg come up that said I have the software installed on too many computers. It has only been on the two. No recent installations either. I need help here or I am going to loose it in 30 days. Why is adobe so hard to get a hold of?

I synced to move all to a new computer but after I moved successfully, when I cleaned off the old one and forgot to undo sync it cleaned off my new one.

I successfully moved my info, favorites etc., to a new laptop with the sync feature, but when I cleaned off all my info from my old internet computer and forgot to undo the sync, it then synced and cleaned off my new one. Help! Can I get my favorites and other stuff back???

I can very well empathize and it hard for me to say it, but you can not get anything back - because there's nothing left anymore, at least not on Mozilla servers.

Perhaps the type of file on the camera card is not supported by elements 9 (I have elements 12 and all of my pictures are jpegs so I wouldn't know). You might have to save the pictures you want to your computer as jpegs.

I feel so sorry for people that switched over from PC to mac because they were misled to believe that 'macs just work'.
Imagine someone without a degree in patience and computer engineering ever being able to work this problem out.
