New computer-I can't do move/delete any info on my iphone
My old computer crashed and I lost everything. I have a new computer, installed itunes and authorized the new computer but after I plugged in my iphone, I can't move, delete or play anything on my iphone through my computer. I wanted to delete some podcasts I downloaded on my old computer but I can't.

I plug my iphone into my iMac, where all my music is, and I click on the music I want, and unclick the music I want to change, hit apply and......nothing changes. I've looked up other people's issues and none of their suggestions help at all. I even did a complete restore and then used my iCloud back up to get things baack.

You should be able to transfer the backup of your old computer, however. And if you don't have one before you do anything else go buy an external drive and let Time Machine automatically create backups every hour.
iTunes sync on an iPhone is one way, computer to iPhone only. You can copy purchased music and apps to your new computer by connecting the phone (after Authorizing iTunes). Don't sync, but choose "Transfer Purchases" from the File menu.
If you have contacts and calendar make ure you have one contact and one event on the new macbook before syncing or it will erase the information on your phone. -
I just bought a new computer, how can I start syncing with this computer without erasing everything already on my iphone?
Everytime I try to use the option sync manual it wants me to erase everything.
Please helpThe iPhone can be synced to one and only one computer at a time. Before you "marry" it to your new computer, be sure your new computer contains all the old computer's information. When you sync the iPhone to a new computer, it will be erased first. Then, whatever is on your iTunes Library will be synced to the iPhone.

You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so if you only had one installation, you still have the option to install on a second without doing anything further than that. If you originally downloaded the purchase thru Adobe then you might find a download link available in your Adobe account online. Have purchased a new computer but can not install elements 12 since it has been installed on an older laptop. This is a one time user program, is there a code that can be put in or a small fee to pay to be able to use the program again. Never installed the video editing and hoping this can be installed with no problem.
If the laptop is still connected Launch Elements in Expert Mode. Go to the help menu and sign-out. That will deactivate usage on the laptop.

looking at the 'help' to work out how to authorise new computer so can play songs, the instructions say - open itunes - go to store tab -locate 'authorise computer'- I cannot find the 'authorise computer' part !
You are looking at the drop-down menus at the top of iTunes e.g. on a Mac :
If you are on iTunes 11 on Windows then press Alt-S and the Store menu should appear at the top. -

If you registered the software when you first installed it then you should be able to find the serial number available thru your Adobe account online.

Install it just as you did before. You should have backed up the download to a CD or backup HD and have the S/N archived with the backup. If you did not backup (please do in the future), you can download from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html unless it was an upgrade (I don't think you can use these files for upgrades).

iTunes Store keeps a purchase history for your Apple ID and allows ypou to redownload purchases. Any other media add to iTunes from outside the store (CDs, etc..) are not uploaded to iTunes unless you have purchased iTunes Match. Those items you will need to add from your backups. -
How can I retrieve my deleted text messages from my iPhone 5s? I don't sync to a computer, only to iCloud. My last backup was 2/19/14.
