New contract account suspended with £70 limit reached

I applied for a contract via the Internet to be sent an email that it has been referred. Received another email to be told to ring for further information. Went through a further I.d check to be told I passed. My phone would be sent out and be delivered Wednesday. Received my phone. Loaded it all up with my new sim. I tried to text and it never sent. I then rang my partner with an automated reply of my account had been suspended due to reaching its credit limit.. Haven't even used the handset or sim ever. I'm really confused as to why this has happened. I have heard about deposits and things. But I never got told I had to pay a deposit for this handset otherwise I would of not gone through with It.
I can't afford this £70 an the initial contract payment on top!!

It'll be a refundable deposit against roaming. You can ask for it back if you don't want roaming.

    Whenever I change the subscription order and add a line item to it, SAP by default  creates a new contract account for that line item. Whereas I want to assign the same contract account to the second line item also.

    Hello Abhay,
    This is the normal and correct function for SAP. If you would like for the subscriptions to be on the same contract that you subscriber has, an enhancement has to be developed.
    We had a similar requirement and an enhancement was developed per specifications.

    the  customer  is asking  to  allow  changes  in  transaction  FD32 in 
    field  ''KNKK-KNKLI''  which  is the ''Customer's account number with credit limit reference''.
    I  dont  see possibility  to  allow  the  changes in  this  field......
    Somebody  could  help  me  with  this issue?

    Be careful when you are using credit reference customer as system will take the overall overdue items (both the customer and reference customer) into account during credit processing. If it is a functional requirement then only you should suggest this.

    When we were trying to create a contract account for a business partner, we were stuck at this point with an error message stating u201CAccount holder relationship is not uniquely definedu201D.
    If anybody could tell us how to overcome this erroru2026 we would be pleased to proceed

    You won't be able to delete the existing account in order to set up a new one without the password for the old account.  If your father doesn't remember the password, he can reset it as explained here: iCloud: Change your iCloud password.

  • Can't add any new email account - Bug with Ios 6.1.3?

    For unknown reason, I can't add any new email account, I get stuck with when I have entrered my email address and password. In fact, the system says " checking" but nothing is happening. Do you have any idea?
    Somebody proposed me to reset Safari which I did with same result.
    I have two Iphone and 1 Ipad and I have exactly the same problem on all of them.

    I finally found the reason, it was linked with my email suffix which was a shorten version. When I put the long one, my email address has been recognized. The strange things is the fact, I have set up earlier the same account in pop instead of imap without any issue. I need to fight with the server name too as my standard incoming server was not recogized on imap (no reason as it works with other system). However, I found my way and it works.

    I created an icloud email account through my MacBook Pro and need to change it.  I deleted the account from appleid.agfa.com, but when i logout from my appleid in icloud on the MacBook Pro and relogin, I can't create a new account.  Any way to create a different account?

    Delete old one and sign into new one.

    My girlfriend had an old computer when we started dating. That computer had an Itunes account on it for her Ipod. Recently we purchased a new computer together. After the purchase, she transferred her Itunes account to the new computer. Today, I bought a 3G Iphone. Can I just add my Iphone to her Itunes account (if so, how?) Keep in mind the name on my ATT account is different than the name on the Itunes account. Is that a problem? Do I have to set up my own Itunes account? Is that even possible on a computer that already has an existing Itunes account? If so, how? Any help would be great...Thanks.  

    I am guessing that you want to manage your iPhone and APPS separate from your girlfriend's music. Am I correct? (If you are trying to load her music onto your phone, I don't know how to do that.)
    Mac OSX allows each of you to have your own User Account
    System Preferences -> System -> Accounts
    If each of you have your own User Account on the Mac, then each of you can have your own iTunes Store account.

    We are trying to print several invoices with transactio FPCOPARA but if the payment method in contract account is filled, it does not print them.
    Is this normal?? Is there another way to print them?

    First of all which correspondence type are you using for your invoice printout in FPCOPARA ?
    The control of FPCOPARA is based on the setting done in the folllowing node :
    SPRO - Finanacial accounting new - contract accounts receivable and payable - basic functions - correspondence - define correspondence type .
    Here we define the general Event or BTE that would be fired when the correspondence is run .
    Kindly check the correspondence type and check the events that are fired , secondly kindly ensure that have you used and other events from FQEVENTS for correspondence ?
    As per my understanding payment method and printout of invoice has no relationship , provided you have not used any Z events for the same .
    Revert back if still having issues .

  • JDC addr on contract account populated from standard mailing address...HELP

    Hi, I am having a problem with the JDC address field on the Contract Account being updated with the standard mailing address when the customer uses a different mailing address other than the service address (connection object). This is causing an issue when we try to post FICA charges or dunn at an account that is using an out of state mailing address.
    Has anyone had this issue? What did you do? I was under the impression that the JDC addr field was being populated from the connection object.

    Hi Lisa,
    Every Contract Account picks up the standard address from the Business Partner.  However you could control this by Changing the fixed address at the contract account level.  If you go into transaction CAA2 ... You will see the header as seen below..
    Contract Acct   200000012853 Cont. Acct Cat. 02  Utilities Contract Account       
    Partner/Address 1000145433   ROMA HAWKINS    227 CHERRY AVE / HAMPTON VA 2        
    Valid from      07/17/2008                                                                               
    Next to the Address here you can see a FIX check box.  We can create a new address as per the connection object address on the BP address list and FIX the CA address based on the new address in the Business Partner.   Similary the JDC address also can be changed this way.
    However this is a manual process.  If you want this to happen during the move-in process, custom code will have to be written wherein when a new contract account is created, the list of addresses are shown to the Customer Service Agent and ask them to pick the Address which will be set as the FIXED address in the Contract Account.  We had once implemented this enhancement for a Utilities customer in US.  Let me know if you require details.

    Hello all,
    Does any one know IMG path for settings for contract account related activities (Tcode - caa1\caa2\caa3). We have 2 systems of SAP ISU. One system shows various fields blocks under 'General data' tab like 'Account management data', 'contract account remarks', 'invoicing', 'associated work activity' while other system only shows 'Account management data' and 'associated work activity'  that too with very less no of fields in there.
    Is it because of any functional settings through IMG or is there any other reason?

    In IMG there is a setting where in you can make settings for the fields of activities like contract account create , change , display .
    Following is the navigation for the same .
    SPRO - Financial accounting ( new ) - Contract accounts receivable and payable - basic functions - contract accounts - field modifications - configure field attributes per activity .
    Here you can make the necessay settings for your activities as to you want to make the field as hide , display , mandatory etc.
    Secondly , in case of authorizations - System checks for following Auhtorization objects ;
    F_KKVK_BUK - For  co code .
    F_KKVK_VKT - Contract account type .
    F_KKVK_BEG  - Aurhoization group in contract account .
    E_REGIOGRP - Regional structure group .
    do revert back in case of anyother issues .

  • PSE 9 Activation Limit reached

    Purchased PSE 9 via ebay. Arrived OK complete package. Installed with no problems, but today it came up with "Activation Limit reached".
    Talked to seller and he has deinstalled (but probably not deactivated) the software. Any ideas or help appreciated. Thanks

    Again thankyou, I had already sussed that it had been installed on two seperate machines. However the seller is far less aware than I am about how this works. Having said that (and having read the Adobe doc) it also appears that I have no idea either. If there is no easy way to resolve this the seller will be having to refund me anyway. I always thought the IBM AS400 licenses to be overly complicated but Adobe has taken it a new level. Back tp PSE 2 for me I think.
    Just to complicate matters, when I first loaded the software I actually registered the software in my name with no problems at all.........

    I have this requirement: Once a contract gets close the ending date (30 days before) i need to automatically renew the contract. In order to do that i thought that an action in the Contract Item might get the job done and browsing i found that badi ISU_PRODUCT_CHANGE does almost what i need even if it creates a new contract line item with a new product and this is not good for me... Does anybody know if there is a better Badi matching with my requirements or i have to "modify" the ISU_PRODUCT_CHANGE? I hope my question was clear if you need more specifics please ask me...

    You can create a new costing variant with  a valuation variant that points to inforecords for material prices. Go to OKKN t-code and create the required configuration and start using the new costing variant to measure the current cost of making vehicles.

    As you know, the same contract account could has more than one utility contract.
    I want - by customizing - prevent users from creating new move in ( new utility contract ) for a contract account that has a contract.
    I don't want to do this functionality by user exits. Do you know how can I do this by customizing ( spro )?

    This depends on which transaction you are using for move-in.  The only control you can have on this is by configuring your Master Data Template to always use a New Contract Account being created during move-in.  If you are using CRM front end for doing move-in, you could by default check the option for create new contract account and lock that field from being edited.

  • DUNNING- Contract Account and Leading Contract Account

    in table FKKAMKO we are finding that contract account (VKONTO) and leading contract account number (VKNT1) is different
    though the collection step is trigerred. further print date (MDRKD) is blank for these.  We are dunning and grouping at contract account level and we have duning item grouping enhacement at event 317
    what will be the reason behind this and how to solve it? whether its due to enhacement at 317? We tried but not able to find solution for the same.

    There are two settings you need to maintain for grouping in collections
    (a) SPRO->Financial Accounting (New)->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable->Organizational Units->Set Up Company Codes for Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
    In here, you have to maintain, whether the master data grouping will happen at Contract account or contract level.
    No assignment means that open items do not participate in Collections Management
    (b) SPRO->Financial Accounting (New)->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable->Business Transactions->Dunning->Dunning by Collection Strategy->Master Data Grouping
    If you maintain these two settings , you do not to customise for grouping the items in event 317.
    Moreover, you can also check transaction FPCG, whether grouping is maintained or not  for a contract account.
    Is there any other specific reason for customization at event 317?.

  • Contract Account delta load not happening

    I am doing integration between ISU and CRM 7.0. I have achieved integration both sides for BP . I have also done initial load for Contract Accounts using object 'BAUG_MAIN'. We are able to see Business Agreement getting created for the Business Partner in CRM but when I change the data in a particular Contract Account in ISU or create a new Contract account after the initial load it is not trigerring Delta Load for the Object.
    Please help me for the same.

    A possible reason for this issue could be that no module is assigned to the event 1030 in FQEVENTS. If you want to report FKKVK changes to BW (i.e. update the DataSource 0CACONT_ACC_ATTR_2) then the module FKK_EVENT_1030 should be activated here. The similar is valid for changes of FKKVKP table (= DataSource 0UC_ACCNTBP_ATTR_2) -> activate
    the module ISU_EVENT_1030.
