New Customer or should I just give up and go to ATT?
Ordered tv and internet on July 18. Had apt on July 22. Have older home already wired. Tech came out recommended go with Legacy equipment so he didn't hav eto run new lines. Said be back on July 27. confirmed apt on line. Took off work and no show on July 27. Called in said do emergency work order someone woulde call me that same day. Next day still no call called and waited on line 1 our 34 minutes and talked to 3 agents before being offered a new apt on Aug 6. Went ahead and took it but complained abouy length of time. Got call on July 31 for apt on Aug 1. Said I"ll take it. Stayed home all day to not miss tech. Got a call while in the bathroom. 1-800 rep left message said tech in my driveway. He never even came to my door and my car was in my driveway! Called back they said he should arrive between 7 and 730 even though window was 5 to 7. No one showed. Called 1 - 800 number just now they set up apt for Aug 10. What happened to Customer Guarantee? Almost a month trying to get service. Should I just give up and go elsewhere?

I downloaded Version 4 and installed it. have family plan with 250 data which I almost use each month. Going on vacation and will be on the road for two weeks. Should I up my data for a month then change back. Is it worth it or should I just run over and pay the extra 15 per gig?
Hello mlazaretti. Vacation time is awesome. (Especially a road trip!) Since you will be going out for two weeks, you never know if having extra data may come in handy. I highly recommend switching to the next tier up so this way you have more data. This way it is only $10.00 more versus $15.00, and you dont have to worry about overages. Then change back at the start of the next billing cycle.

Attempting to watch a video on a popular social media site, I'm asked to download a Flash Media upgrade in order to view. Is there an Apple alternative, or another alternative, or should I just go ahead and download Flash, but will it still take as long as it used to, to play?
Adobe Flash Player version 11.1.102.55 is the latest and it works fine for me on several Intel Mac's.

Elements Organizer does not open. Should I just forget it and use Lightroom?
I have Elements 11 and reciently instaled Lightroom 5. Elements Organizer no longer opens. Should I be concerned and just use the ghtroom Library?
Lightroom is more powerful and robust than Organizer. So yes go ahead if you don't need people recognition.
You can set up te PSE editor as your external editing app in LR preferences and then you can right-click on images in the Library and choose Edit in pse. -
Continuous loop
Rather than a "bug" - it appears to be some bizarre issue with the Apple servers that has been going on for a few days now. Users have had a few different issues with the App Store and a couple of them seem to have been fixed, but now this issue has cropped in the last couple of days.
No matter what we call this - it is not a necessary procedure, it's just fluke thing that needs to be addressed by Apple. This is not normal protocol for downloading apps from the App Store. -

ANY IDEAS??????You may have a problem with the logic board. I had the same issue on a MacBook Pro and had to get the logic board replaced.

CRM E-Commerce BOB Web shop - Duplicate check for New Customer Creation
Hi,
In CRM E-Commerce BOB Web shop we have a requirement wherein new customer creation should go through a duplicate check. Only unique customers should be created as BP in backend GUI, in case a customer already exists with the same credentials, BP should not be created and user should get a message that the customer already exist in the system.
Currently the system is not preventing me from creating new customers with same credentials.
In case anybody has worked on the similar requirement or has any idea about the same, Kindly help.

Hello there, I am a new customer to Sky only joining last month, and my broadband hub keeps disconnecting. I use wifi which is normally good, but the last week or so, every day our hub shows an Orange face, which I know sometimes means it's updating, so I leave it for one hour or more, and it still does not show white and we cannot connect to wifi. We have to restart the modem everytime for it to work, and have to keep doing this every day now... please help? As i dont think we should have to keep restarting our hub everyday for it to work. I can't seem to get my Itunes Library to come up on my Mac. When I bought a new PC last year I just downloaded Itunes and all of my previous library came in but that isn't happening with my Mac Pro. Is there an easy way to do that?

My previous Ipod was replaced with a 6th generation nano, a year later and it won't turn on and when I try to charge it, it heats up and gets very hot. Is it worth trying to get it repaired or should I just junk it and buy something else?
If you like the form factor and clip on the 6th Generation send it in to be fixed, $65 for an out-of-warranty replacement.
If you would prefer a larger screen and built in Bluetooth, but no clip, buy the 7th Generation Nano -
nuff said. Why does firefox not recognize the app? why is it asking me to save download (zip file?) instead of just downloading file when prompted? I'm tempted to just give up and let google chrome keep spying on me. At least that service didn't literally start giving me headaches the minute I downloaded
There's two versions of Flash. The ActiveX version for IE and the Plugin version for most other browsers. Firefox needs the Plugin version.

Whatsapp is just saying waiting and won't open
I transferred everything to my new phone but my whatsapp just says waiting and I've tried taking it off and restarting but it keeps saying waiting.
If the Combo installer did not work (what is the exact error message?), try to download Lion again from the AppStore, or boot into the Lion Recovery Partition:

You can also try, to restore the missing framework from your backup.
You need to restore this folder from the System Library:

How long should I let Safe Mode startup run? I keep getting the "disk0s2 i/o error" message and I'm just not sure when to give up and try a different method. I already ran disk utility in Recovery Mode and it said there were no repairs needed but it still kept getting stuck on the apple loading screen.
You have limited opportunity to attempt to create a backup of your created files.
That is what the SafeBoot or safemode appears to allow you -- at the moment.
Since the hard disk drive exhibits signs of failure or other major issues, plan
on a replacement in the near future. You may be able to get the computer to
start up in a regular full OS X (not safe mode) but consider its hours are limited.
An externally enclosed hard disk drive (with own power supply, not relying on
Mac ports to run it) is a good basic means of which to use a disk utility to make
a copy or a Clone of the current OS X. This may help retrieve an archive that
could be used along with a Time Machine backup, to restore your Mac once you
get a new hard drive installed inside.
