New Excise Group not coming in SNUM (No. Range Maintenance)

Hi!!!
I have created Excise Group by copying existing one
Now, Through T.Code SNUM,
i am maintaining No. Range for Object J_1IRG23A2
(i.e RG23A part II number range object)
However, system is not showing newly created Excise Group against which
i have to maintain no. range within above object
However, system is showing new Excise Group in Excise GL A/C Assignments but now in above
Can anybody guide in this regard?
Is there any necessity to update any Table manually pertaining to Excise Group through SM30?

Hi,
You need to have an entry of the Excise Group in the table - J_1INEXCGRP.
Mostly whenever the excise Group is created this Table is supposed to be updated with the excise Group, but in some cases it does not.
For maintaining the entry in this table you need to open the client settings.
Just maintain the entry of the Excise Group in this table and Save it.

We created a new depot plant and new excise group in golden client.
Transported the same in testing client, excise group is appearing in excise group node.
but in excise number range maintenance session SNRO for object j_1irg23d in testing client, transported excise group is not appearing.
If we enter the same and move for number ranges system states " Excise group XX doesnot exist"
I checked for excise group intable J_1IRG23D table , excise group xx is appearing.

Can you please give me the correct detail for Mail Preference/account information both incoming mail server & outgoing mail server.
My new messages still not coming into my mail inbox yet, still not working since yesterday. My sent mails are ok working. What,s number for Port & click on 'use SSL'? 110?
My safari is working Internet.. My ipad2 is still working to receive my new messages via my mail inbox. Something miss in my mail preference? How to fix it?

But without the specifications defined by your ISP no one can tell you any more specific details. They should have a web page somewhere (or call them) that supplies all the relevant information:
Incoming (pop) mail server
mail login user name and password
pop port
ssl requirements
authentication type (password?)
Outgoing (smtp) mail server
smtp port
ssl requirements
authentication type (password?)
mail login user name and password

Excise Duty not coming during sales order creation

Hi Experts ,
Sub:Excise is not calculaing on sales oder for a perticular plant
We have configure a new manufacturing plant .in this the system not performing calcualtion on the base amount and no tax duty is coming .but for one plant its coming properly .

Sorry, no idea what product you are using. Likely a classic SAP product of some sort. If it's Crystal Reports then you are using someones created report so check with that person or try the B1 forum possibly.

Excise Group Not Appering in J1I9

Dear All,
I am not getting the excise group in J1I9 for number range maintenence for J_1IRG23A1.
Same excise group I can see in dropdown menu while posting excise invoice in J1IEX, but in J1I9 it s not appearing in dropdown menu.
In Golden Master Client It is apper, but when i have copy to quality it is not appering, in J_1IEXGRPS table it is fine but J1I9 table it Could not be appering.
What could be the reason.

During creation if you copy for the standard and do it i will appear, sometimes when we use the New entries and do it directly will end up in non updation of Tables.

Total Excise Duty not coming in MIGO

Hi All,
For a PO in MIGO am getting Total Excise tab in header level(in Excise invoice tab) but the same is not coming in item details.Please let me know what is wrong?

In std sap u will not get the total excise in either header r item, in ur client it might have delveloped.

Please make sure whether you have maintained the Excise Default Settings for Tax Procedure whatever you are using
take the reference of standard one that will be better and maintained it in SPRO-IMG
The Path is
SPRO>Logistic-General> Tax on Good Movements>India>Basic Settings------>>> Maintained Excise Defaults
after that Check all these given below
-In J1ID the material chapter Id combination is maintained.
---The Cenvat determination is maintained.
---The Vendor details and vendor status is maintained.
This will get solved your Problem

We have query, as there is Change in Excise Group for Existing Plant, Question here is weather it is possible from functional part what will be effect on historical data and from CIN [Excise transaction] perspective and how to cope up with new excise related transaction like;
1) Sales Excise Invoice
2) Register Updates
3) Utilization
Kindly expedite from CIN perspective about the pro and cons for the same.

For new Material type account determination there is no requiremnt of gioing for anew valuation grouping code.
You go for a valuation grouping code only hwen you need to trigger differnt g/L accounts based on the PLant combination.
YOu can go ahead with the existing account determination by maintaining the new account category reference & valuation classes to the new material type.

New Contact groups not appearing in iTunes

I just got my iPhone 3G and attempted to set up syncing with iTunes (v7.7).
I added a new group in Address Book, put some contacts in it, and then went to iTunes. I wanted to sync only certain groups from Address Book, so I turned that option on, but the new group I added does not appear in the list. I quit and restarted both Address Book and iTunes. I rebooted the iMac. I reinstalled iTunes. Nothing has worked.
Any ideas?

New chat groups not showing up in client

i have skype installed on my mac and, apparently, I was added to a few new converstations. I am not seeing any of the messages in my client though. No new group popped up in the left hand bar. Individual conversations are still working and old chat groups that I have work, but not these new ones for some reason.
I logged into Skype on my iphone and I see the new chats there, so this is only on my mac client.
I restarted skype on my mac, logged out, logged back in, and even uninstalled and reinstalled, but no luck. The new group chats still don't show up.
Any ideas?

Can you confirm you are using the latest Skype 6.18 for Mac from www.skype.com/go/download
You can check your installed version from the menu "Skype - About".
Please report back which Mac hardware you are using should you have problems updating to 6.18

New dimension created not coming in workbench

Hi All,
I had created a new dimension last week, but I am not able to see the same coming up in "Dimension Ordering" in Endeca Workbench even after running workbench.
I can see the same in Endeca JSPref application. This is the first time we are not able to see a dimension in workbench.
I cannot see the same in "dval_ranks.xml" as well which I downloaded as part of Instance configuration.
When I run initialize services, then only the dimension comes up in Endeca workbench.
Please can you help me out in getting the issue resolved without running initialize services. Also it would be great if there is root cause for the same.

You need to run a command called "update_web_studio_config.bat" (or .sh) in order to tell Workbench about the new dimensions. It never really made sense why this was necessary (since part of the baseline update script performs something like setPostForgeDimensions), but it is necessary.
Note that people can't be in Workbench when this occurs as it requires locks.

Sales group not coming from Customer

When using complaint process Sales group field (VKGRP) get popupated with customer data. Upon entering next order for other customer VKGRP is not taken from this customer - previous value is kept. This is visible in VA01 and can be manually deleted - which is obviously a space for mistakes. I wanted to use MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK as described in OSS note 67498, but this does not work in 5.0 - note is valid only till 45B. OSS 67498 solution is as follow:

I am having a import PO, at the time of migo, i am not getting excise tab. i have maintain all the field in ji1d and taxes on india.
but for the same po in j1i5 it allowing to capture excise invoice.
but i want to capture excise at the time of migo

Have you done the miro for capturing all the custom duties .iF done, the system will ask for the commercial invoice no during MIGo, then enter the corresponding invoice no and year, then the system will take you to the excise tab.

New OS update not coming out until 5PM on 3 11?

I saw in another post that you won't be able to buy a Ipad 2 from an Apple store until 5 PM. I want to pick up one at my local Best Buy that syas they will have them on sale right when they open at 10 AM.
I heard the new OS for the Ipad will be out on friday as well. Will Apple not come out with the OS until 5 PM as well so the people that buy the Ipad won't be able to use it until then?

Operation long text not coming in print priview of maintenance order

Hi Experts,
I am facing problem in getting the long text of operation of maintenance order( generated from maintenance plan) in the print preview because of which long text of opeartion is not showing in the print out of order but other things are coming in the printout except the long text.This is happening for the first time.Earlier long text was coming in the print of order.Can anybody suggest the possible cause behind this & solution for this problem asap.

Please check The IP30 batch job schedule in which LOG IN language it is schedulde for those manitenance plan.If same it is diffrent what as Long text language then it will not come in Ordre OpRN long text.
