I hope this could be added to the next release because will be the cherry on the top of the cake, add the possibility to let us change the sentences on the menu, you know the "Add to dictionary" be writing on the language of the user? I guess this could be done with some setters no?

New features for BSP since release 7.0

there aren't any new features for BSP in 7.0, as there is no further devolpment for the BSP framework.

I just checked my BIOS and my current setting is set at IDE although it also mentions that the default should be AHCI. Currently I have a dual boot of Windows 7 (need it for Tax software) and Arch
So I guess, when I get the new HDD, I will first set it to AHCI and then install the OSes on it. See if NCQ helps any, and if not I will turn it back and re-install (if I have to). I am planning to have Windows only in virtualbox in the new drive.
Anyhoo, while I was in the BIOS I found two things which I had questions about :
1) Under Onboard Devices --> Integrated NIC , my setting is currently set at "On w/PXE" and it says the default should be just "On". Would it be ok to change it back to On since its a single machine and its not booting an OS on any server. I just don't want to have to re-install anything now since I will be doing that in the new HDD.
2) How would I know whether my BIOS would support a 64 bit OS in Virtualbox? I checked some setting under Virtualization, but they weren't very clear.
I will edit this post and let you know exactly what settings were present under the Virtualization sub-section.

1> Direct Database Reads

수행하기 위해서는 아주 큰 테이블을 scanning해야 합니다. Direct Database
Reads는 read efficiency와 성능의 향상을 위해 contiguous memory read를
가능하게 해줍니다.
또한, concurrent OLTP와 같은 작업을 수행시 따르는 경합을 없애기
위해 버퍼 캐쉬를 bypass합니다.
2> Direct Database Writes
Parallel query 프로세스들은 intermediate sort runs, summarization
(CREATE TABLE AS SELECT), index creation(CREATE INDEX)과 같은 작업의
수행 결과를 디스크에 종종 기록해야 합니다.
Direct Database Writes는 write efficiency와 성능의 향상을 위해
direct contiguous memory로 하여금 contiguous disk writes를 가능하게
해줍니다.
또한, concurrent OLTP 작업과 DBWR 프로세스에 의한 경합을 없애기 위해

결론적으로, Direct Database Reads와 Writes는 concurrent OLTP와 DSS

3> Asynchronous I/O
Oracle 7은 이미 sorts, summarization, index creation, direct-path

read-ahead 기능을 제공하여 최대한 processing과 I/O의 병행성을 증가

4> Parallel Table Creation
CREATE TABLE ... AS SELECT ...와 같은 구문을 제공하여 상세한 데이타를
갖는 큰 테이블의 조회된 결과를 저장하기 위해 임시 테이블을 생성합니다.
이 기능은 보통 intermediate operation의 결과를 저장하기 위해
drill-down 분석을 할 때 사용됩니다.
5> Support for the Star Query Optimization
Oracle 7은 수행 속도의 향상을 위해 star 스키마가 존재하고, star query

6> Intelligent Function Shipping

이 사실에 근거하여, coordinator는 data들이 machine의 shared

8> Parallel Hash Joins

않아도 되며, 기존에 존재하는 인덱스를 사용하지 않으면서 'on-the-fly'
라는 개념을 제공합니다. 따라서, star schema 데이타베이스에 전형적으로

9> Parallel UNION and UNION ALL
Release 7.3부터 Oracle 7은 UNION과 UNION ALL과 같은 set operator를
사용하여 완전히 parallel하게 query를 수행할 수 있습니다. 이러한
operator를 사용하면, 큰 테이블들을 여러 개의 작은 테이블의 집합으로
나누어 처리하기가 훨씬 쉬워질 것입니다.

Sorry for the confusion!
I'll clear it up right now - I'm currently running 10.7.2 - please disregard SL 10.6.8, that was from the past. I updated to 10.7.3, the new checkmark appeared. I noticed a few other stability issues in 10.7.3, so returned to 10.7.2. As for Mountain Lion - I saw a friend's Mac running ML (I assume he had a Dev account), and noticed the new checkmark as well.
Here's the pictures to show the comparison:

See the difference? My question is, I don't want the new checkmark in 10.7.3. I think, personally, it's hideous and very iOS-like. Is there a way I can "hack" a resource file, or copy over a file from 10.7.2 into 10.7.3 to bring back the original checkmark used in 10.7.2 and all prior versions of OSX? I'm not sure, but it seems like some kind of font is used for the checkmark, but I'm not sure. I'm still a bit new to OSX.
If anyone knows, or has any idea, that would be much appreciated! Again, I know it's a bit nitpicky

what are the new features for the latest version of N6300? can you cite me the newest features?

The latest update was just bug fixes and improved stability, no new features. That is nearly always the case with series 40 phones like the 6300.
Nokia do not make the changelogs available publicly but often they do appear on unofficial sites. Searching google may provide you with more detailed info that cannot be posted here.

Wish list for the next release

Some things I would love to see in the next release of Xcelsius:
- Making the software more stabile/robust!
- Being able to switch an existing chart from Line chart to bar chart etc., without having to manually create the object from scratch again (in Webi one can easily change the visualization of an existing chart for example bar chart to a line chart at a click of a button).
- Providing more markers for the graphs
- Being able to create layers of objects, which would be useful if you have objects overlaying each other using dynamic visibility.
- A horizontal bar chart uses the underlying data sorted from bottom to top, this is counterintuitive.
- If one is using multible tabs on the dashboard having a navigation bar for all the tabs (similar to Powerpoint for the different slides)
- Being able to select/mark various data points on the dashboard and group them for further analysis (see Tableau saoftware)
- Being able to easily create small multiples (for example create the same chart type for each product category, the individual charts displaying revenue by month)

So far, the only thing I have on my wishlist is to be able to turn iterations on in the Excel file that is uploaded. I haven't even been able to use the program yet because the files I need Xcelsius to work with all contain circular references which require iterations. Instead, they just crash the program since iterations always get turned off when a worsheets up uploaded.

I dream of new features in the near future, including that of power sharing my screen on my TV (imagine a Keynote presentation or a spreadsheet in a presentation), and able to play my games on Iphone 4 content directly on my TV .
Wow, just imagine the power of that kind of function.

Imagine, at your work you have your Mac in your office and you need to do a presentation in the meeting room. You plug in your ATV into the projector or television to the wall and you make your presentation. Imagine the same preparation but not from your computer but from your iPhone or your IPAD.
Just imagine this possibility to me that this would be an important addition that would open the possibilities of this very beautiful object.
And my goal, it would also and especially to have this opportunity at the opening of the box without having to tweak the code.

Do the ACE certifications only focus on new features in the version of the software.

A bit confused about adobe ACE certifications.
right, i was looking at using some of the revision notes from ucertify, and was a little baffled you see, in the notes theres is only 200 and something questions on the photoshop cs5 exam and when i looked on the photoshop cs4 exam prep there was like 600 and something?? most of these companies say that there prep kits feature 95% of the material required to pass the exam so looking at this it would be easier to pass the cs5 exam than the cs4 exam?
as i've never taken one of these exams before so this makes me think that the exams are only based on new features with the version of the software not a complete overview of the software.
is this right? or do they just not put it in the prep material as they expect you to have learnt it all from the previous exams?
