New Features in 4.7 version

Hi Gurus,
In my current project i will be working on SAP 4.7 version and wanted to know what all new features were added from Abap perspective.
I did go though relaease notes but it was not realy helpful. I did saw new monitoring tools like
1. Coverage analyzer
2. code inspector
3. Runtime monitor
and must say are realy helpful for developers and testers.
Gurus are there are new features/commands/tools added in 4.7 version which i should be aware of.

Thanks for your reply, but most of these features are not available in SAP 4.7 version.
Like Memory monitor, assert command, enhanced debugger, shared memory are not available in 4.7 version.
I wish i could use them but unfortunately my current version of SAP doesn't support it. Can you please provide information on 4.7 version.

The latest update was just bug fixes and improved stability, no new features. That is nearly always the case with series 40 phones like the 6300.
Nokia do not make the changelogs available publicly but often they do appear on unofficial sites. Searching google may provide you with more detailed info that cannot be posted here.

^ I've only noticed updated apps. You get new mail, new chat, twitter with push notifications, updated notifications app, added some pre-installed games from gameloft and EA. That's it. UI or menu saw no changes. One change is the volume too loud note when earphones are plugged in.
Sad thing is that the chipset won't allow you to downgrade. So update only if you're ready to get those updated apps

What are the new features on the DESKTOP version of LR 6?

I was going to upgrade until I had a chat with customer service and was told that the new HDR, photo merge, etc, were not on this version. Why should I spend the $79 to upgrade. What does the new version have. I have been using LR 4 successfully with other Adobe software products.

Work Manager 6.1 and SMP 3.0 with Agentry new features

Hi,
I know that Work Manager 6.1 is expected to be released by the end of June but I can't find any information about the product.
Since I'm starting a new project initially thought for Work Manager 6.0 but running in SMP 3.0, I would like to know the list of new features of 6.1 version.
At the same time I would like to know if the use of SMP 3.0 brings to the Agentry applications improvements regarding error handling, logging and administration in general since that was a bit poor in the previous versions.
The only thing I found regarding 6.1 version is this PDF where new functionalities regarding localization of assets in a map are added. I hope there is more than that.

I don't see the new features of CC within the Camera RAW dialog

Using Adobe Creative Cloud, I Updated Bridge Cc and Photoshop CC. Now when I access Camera Raw, Camera appears as 8.0 without the new features in the Cc version.

Updating Bridge and Photoshop isn't also updating ACR. You should be seeing the ACR 8.4 update in your CC app. If not, you can download the actual installer for Photoshop CC (not CS6 mind you):

Not possible. You need to update to v10.6.8
Click your Apple menu > Software Update
Or update using the this download > Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
Then restart your Mac.

How to get informed about new features and version...

Hello,
I used to get informed on skype when a new version is launched, but now I dont. I noticed it when I delete skype and re-install again from the site for a reason. Also I want to learn about the new features via e-mail. What should I do?

To manually check for new updates, you can click the Check Update option in the Help menu in the Skype software window. Then if there are new versions released and you want to know what new features are added in that release, you can check the Skype Blog's Garage section -

How do I find out what "new" features, if any, are in incremental version updates to CC?

In olden days, Adobe would tell you what was fixed and what was added to new micro-versions of a product. I've noticed now that when I get an update to Photoshop or Bridge, it can be over 100mb but nowhere does it say what the update is for like new features, bug fixes, etc. Does anyone know if there is a version changelog or anything similar that explains what each new incremental update does or fixes? Since we are paying now for our Photoshop and new implementations are supposed to be included (thus no more major new versions), I'd like to know what these new incremental updates actually do and what new and wonderous things Adobe has come up with. Anyone know??

1:Is there change in DB architecture as CUIC is the only option as compared to previous linux version UCCX ?
I assume this is from the tables regarding historical data. The database schema essentially remains the same since UCCX 9.0 had CUIC too and we had a seperate DB Space for CUIC and we still continue with that. The traditional historical tables remain and the replication process remains the same too.
2:Is there any version change for Linux OS used as VOS,
The Linux version is Red Hat Linux 5. To be precise:
[root@uccx10pub /]# cat etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.7 (Tikanga)
3:Is there any API architecture change in UCCX 10 from previous releases ?
I can answer this more of an overview. The only enhancement in the API side is the introduction of REST API step in the script editor. You can now make REST calls from the script and this ofcourse opens up a whole new world of possiblities.
4:Since from UCCX 10 , we can only use either CAD or Finnesse at one time, whats the impact of changing this after some time in production, let say , i used CAD for 2 months and then i decided to move to Finesse, whats the impact ? or is it a smooth change as switching CUIC and HRC in previoius release ?
For the scenario you mentioned, there is absolutely no problem. The point to note is that the Finesse services are activated/deactivated but the CAD desktop services are ALWAYS running. The only condition to keep in mind is that you can use ONLY ONE type of agent desktop at any time. Also if Finesse is not used and CAD operations are used extensively, it is advisable to shutdown the Finesse service.
5:Is 3rd Party UCS hardware supported by UCCX 10 instead of using Cisco manufactured UCS , can i use HP hardware for Virtualisation ?
Yes, it can be used. This is something called as "Third party specs based specification". The most important things seen for compatibility are:

New feature - "versions"?

Thought I heard of a new feature called "versions" but have been unable to locate any material in regards to this action. I have located "duplicate" project but not "version". Was wondering if this is the same process or if anyone could point me in the correct direction.

The point is that you're a customer, and the company needs customers, so the individual who's failing to deliver good service needs to be identified so they can be properly trained, and so that problems in the system can also be identified, but more important is that you get the service you're entitled to.
If you search the forum for similar questions, you'll see the kind of information that the volunteer users like yourself on the forum need to know about your system and files involved, so they can help you better.
