New Fields need to reflected in the Web UI CRM

Hi Gurus,
I am new to the CRM 2007, two structures are being added in the standard transaction IB52 through the EEWB, can u tell the guided procedures for reflecting these structures in the WebGUI CRM 2007 also.I came to know i need to enhance the IBDETAIL through the transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB . But i dont know how to proceed....

Thanks for the reply, Now the Component IBDETAIL has several views which are shown at the same time at the browser through the view sets . Now i need to add two more views and these newly added views should be reflected in the browsers also, when this IBDETAIL is called .Can you suggest related documents to add the views in the BSP Components

UI Screen Configs not reflecting on the web

For doing screen configuration, when I click on the frame to configure, the system is picking up std key and not the custom key zpartman though zpartman key is there in the list. ( Note: Zpartman key is the one assigned to this role ). Therefore if I do config in zpartman key, it's not reflecting on the web. Please reply what could be the reason and the solution.

first access the standard and check the configuration info such as what is the configuration key , object and subobject .
Then access your custom configuration screen and check what it was looking for and what is it picked , change your custom configuration accordingly what it was looking for (by making changes to configuration key, object and sub object).
Check that you are accessing in the same client if not transport the request to other client using SCC1 transaction.

Convert Input Field in Picking List in the WEB UI interface

I´ve used the EEWB to create a new field (like a select-option) in the business transaction of opportunity in the new tab "Customer Fields". I´ve included it as a WEB UI, transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB.
Using the transaction CRMD_ORDER the field appear as I want it. However in the WEB UI the field appears like a simple Input Field. I need to change the field´s type to Picking List, I imagine.
But I don´t have idea how can I do it.
Can anyone help me?

Honestly the steps are pretty basic assuming you have an enhancement set setup in your client. If not create one in table BSPWDV_EHSET_DEF and then assign it in view: BSPWDV_EHSET_ASG.
1. Find the name of the component and view that you need to enhance by hitting F2 on the screen in question.
2. In the SAP GUI go to transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB
3. Display the component that you want to enhance
4. Hit the enhance component button on display view of the screen
5. When prompted for a storage location name it Z<component_name>
6. Keep the repository.xml the same
7. Now that it is enhanced.. you see the screen as component xxxx enhancement set xxxx, you can right click on the view name in the tree and choose the enhance option.
8. Step through the screens to put in a transport request and then it should be ready to go.

Keep in mind since you already have the field generated you don't have to do much else.

Add a new field(from transparent table) to the infoset

Hi,
I need to add a new field to the existing infoset in HR. I found that field exist in the CSKS table. in the infoset they are using PNP logical database. As per my understaning i have to link the CSKS-KOSTL with P0001-KOSTL.
Could you tell me how to do this?

I have added that KOSAR in the additional fields and i added the code for that like
clear kosar.
select single kosar
into kosar
from csks
where kokrs = p0001-kokrs
and kostl = p0001-kostl.
Is it will work now? One more help how to add this change to the transport?

New field will not show in the Datasource

Hello Experts,
I enhanced a datasource by adding a new field in the append structure and when I saved and activated and when into RSA5 or RSA6 then double clicked on the datasource my ZZ field does not show at the end. Anyone know why this is?
Datasource: 2LIS_11_VAITM

HI,
Once you have appended the structure .
In RSA6 you need to go to the purticular datasource (In change Mode) and need to uncheck the option *HIDE field for the field you have appended .
After you Uncheck that field save and exit.

New field does not reflect in Table control

Dear Experts,
There is a requirement to add a new field in a table and gets it displayed in already created table control (with wizard). I have added a new field, I can see that in the final internal table (debugger). But the field is not getting reflected in the table control. Why? Should I delete the whole table control and create again (which I do not want to do) or is there any other way?
As you can see in the below screenshot that there is already enough space but the last zzfield is not yet added.

Hi,
Either you use table control wizard and delete and create new table or try to understand how table control works and add the field on your own.
Open the screen layout. Press F6 or click on Dictionary/Program fields window. Type field name here. It should be work area field in which table data is loaded by looping on the table. Click on Get from program button. Your field will be listed there. Select the line and click on OK button. Place the field at appropriate location in the table. You can change the attributes of the field by clicking on the attribute window F2.

0asset_afab_attr, added new fields, need them to work with delta

Good day everyone,
I have searched the sdn forum and have not found anything on this subject specifically.
I have added two new fields to this extracter and in rsa3 it is pulling what i need. i have changed the bw side, including the bex query and all seems to be in working order.
but, now that i have added these two fields, i would like for the master data on the bw side to be updated with the new data in these new fields, but nothing is being sent over thru the delta.
is there a way to turn on these two new fields as delta specific? i would hate to have to delete all the cubes/dsos and master data and restart this process over again. it takes approx 7 hours to load the data to the cubes.

Go to B2B XCM application : http://host:port/zb2b/admin/index.jsp
select "Extended Configuration Management (XCM) Administration"
then select your application configuration from the "Customer" node.
Click on the "Display" button.
then maintain "ipcdata" parameter as what you have maintained in the IPC application.

Data is present in the database but it is not reflecting in the Webi Report

I have my data in the database. But when I create a webi report out of it, the data is reflected in the report. But when I shoot the SQL that the BO generated on the database, I'm getting the data. Can you help me out in this issue? I appreciate it.

Try the folllowing
1.If data in the database has changed i.e tables or columns then first thing we should do is refresh the universe so as to get the updated changes into BO.
2. Check whether any conditions are appilied at universe level/ filters appilied at report level.

I need to print from the web. I cant, Why?

I have the latest version of Firefox. Now I cant print from the web. I need to print Bank and legal documents in PDF format and now since Firefox upgrades itself, I cant print. Why?
I have to install and use IE. I have not used IE for over 10 years. When are you going to fix this. Can I go back to an older version of Firefox without loosing my Favorites? I use Windows7 Pro, I have a HP printer.

Does Crystal Reports need to be on the web server?

here's my scenario. someone who left us moved a .Net web application from server 1 to server 2 and didn't leave us notes of what he did. The report came up on server 2 fine but was not getting the right data so we changed the datasource to get the data correctly. Now we deployed the fixed version on server 2 and refreshed the web server. Now we see the correct results BUT the Business Objects icons (e.g. BO image, print icon, forward and back icon) are all "X" meaning that they could not be found.
We took a look at server 1 and it had the full version of Crystal Reports installed on it. On server 2 it looked like the DLLs were dumped into the GAC and that's all.
We're a bit perplexed by why it was working on server 2 with all the Business Objects icons even though Crystal Reports was not installed on it until we restarted the server with the fixed code. We were thinking maybe it's some sort of caching?? I've never seen this before so I'm a bit perplexed.
Any ideas on why this happened?

Mysterious for sure. When you say;
no virtual directory to crystalreportviewers115 and Crystal reports is not installed on the server (except for seeing only a few CR Dll's)...so how the heck did he get it working
You're essentially saying something like;
The car has no wheels, no engine, yet somehow it managed to get from point A to point B.
Sorry to say, but it ain't happening...
The only way to get a project that includes CR to work is to deploy the CR runtime. Either via MSI file where a simple double click will install the runtime and configure the viewer directory under the default app pool, or via a setup project you build using the CR MSM files. Again the files will be installed and the viewer directory configured under the default app pool. If your app is under a custom app pool, you need to configure the viewer folder under that pool as the install has no idea about non default app pools. New field need to be added in ES55 transaction

Hi experts
1)I have to add new input field in transaction ES55( second screen where address and all other details are coming )to input Business Partener Number .
I tried to do so using user exit I tried all function modules of XES55 function group but couldnt find any exit.
What should I do?
2) My second requirement is as soon as user Input Business Partner No. the address details of that business partener should come here by itself as connection object address details.
Any ideas? What should I do?How can this be done.
