New GEFORCE GTX650TI Boost not displaying

Hello,
I just purchased a GEFORCE GTX 650 TI Boost for my HP Pavillion P7-1543. All my hardware is stock beyond a Thermaltake Smart 750W PSU needed for the new card. I've reseated the card many times, checked all my cables, made sure all video drivers were uninstalled. Unfortunately I cannot tell the BIOS to switch from integrated graphics to the PCI-E slot I am using for the new GPU because the option is unavailable. Hours later and I still cannot get the card to display anything with HDMI to my monitor. Do any of you helpful folks have ideas or, as I hope, a solution?
OS: Windows 8 64bit
CPU: AMD A8 -5500
Motherboard: MSI Manufactured, don't know.

When requesting assistance, please provide the complete model name and/or product number of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes over one hundred sixty different models of a6000 series of computers. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving the issue.

The model name of "p7-1543" appears incorrect. Please provide the complete model name and/or number as requested above. There is no BIOS setting to switch between integrated and discrete graphics. This happens automatically when a card is inserted in the PCIe x16 slot and properly powered. Please make sure any PCIe auxiliary power connectors on the video card are connected to the power supply.
If the computer came from HP with Windows 8 pre-installed... please see "Computer Does not Start After Installing a Video Card (Windows 8)" for a possible solution to your issue. Typically, you must DISABLE "Secure Boot" and ENABLE "Legacy Support" in the BIOS before installing the new graphics card.

New created values are not displaying after upload

I have created 2 key figures(Infoobject),4 new nodes and leafs(Hierarchy), to include the new logic at R/3 end as well as BW end.Every thing is fine even after doing full upload(repair).
When i execute the query the data is not populated in its respective infoobjects and hierarchy nodes and leafs.
Even 1 infoobject which is used for Counter value is not showing the counting as it's defined as aggregate to the info object Count and that included to ODS which is responsible for counting. after full upload it's not showing the counter values.
After full upload(Repair) all these entries are not displaying in the report against the data which is present at RSA3 level.
Can any one tell me how to make them available in the query even after data is uploaded / available in the bw.

Hi,
You can´t see hierarchies in an infoprovider, so this is ok. A hierarchie is a part of an infoobject. But you say you have 2 new kefigures and they are not filled. I suppose you added both keyfigures to your DSO/Cube and to the datasource (in your source system). Have you extended the transformations between datasource <-> DSO and DSO <-> Cube too? Are the keyfigures correctly connected (in the transformations)? If yes, check your PSA after loading. Are the keyfigures filled here? If no, check the RSA3 in your source system. Are the fields for you keyfigures filled there?
Pls. check this all and tell us, what the result is.

Why are my new iPhone 4S photos not displayed in iPhoto?

I have just started using a new iPhone 4S and have taken photos that will not display in iPhoto. My previous iPhone 3GS worked fine, but now the image files from the new iPhone 4S show as dashed outlined files with the file numbers showing. But when I try to import them, they are indicated as unreadable. What is the problem and what's my next step?

When downloading a file, if I right-click and select new the submenu is not displayed

I have Firefox 12 installed; running XP SP3. Options/General/Always ask me where to save files is selected. If I download a file and select save file, I will get a save file to dialog. If I right-click in the dialog and select new, there is no submenu displayed. As a consequence, I cannot create a new folder in which to save the selected file. New will simply try to create a shortcut.

That Save As dialog that you see is part of Windows Explorer, including the contextual menu including "New". So, this sounds more like you may have a problem at a more fundamental operating system level, because Firefox (as far as I know) doesn't do anything, or even can, modify the content of the context menus of an Explorer window.
Could you provide a screenshot of what you see to make sure we're talking about the same thing here? Thanks!

Forums: read/unread-new/old postings icon not displaying

Just noticed this recently (perhaps after the 10.4.3 upgrade?): in all the forums I subscribe to online, the icons used by different boards to display read/unread or new/old postings no longer display the status of postings. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

OK, I see the problem; basically one simply needs to log in again. Even though I have "log in automatically" checked for each forum, after upgrading it appears that users need to indeed log in once again.

SAP BW query - new keyfigure added but not displayed in CR

Hello Experts,
I´m using a CR2008-Report on top of a BW Query. Now I´ve added a new key figure to the query, but in CR the new key figure isn´t displayed. But it is displayed if I open the query again as a second 'table'. Is there a possibility to get the new key figure displayed also without opening the query as a second 'table' ?
I don´t want to 'reconfigure' all my reports in the future completely if there are new key figures !

The same applies if I change the selection critiria for a character infoobject: e.g. there was a fixed selection in the filter, and now I want that the user is able to select freely via a variable. It does only appear in Crystal Report if I add the query again. So do I have to rebuild the whole report then ???

Having trouble with gigabyte geforce 8600 gts not displaying in device manager

hey i recently got a gigabyte geforce 8600gts and i installed it in the pci-ex slot and its not found once i started up windows and windows did not prompt for found new hardware, could the vga card not function or is it the slot. there is power to the vga card because heatsink it warm to the touch so obviously running. i have entered bios to enable the pci express and windows still does not find new hardware. i have tried an old pci vga card and that one was found during startup. any help would be appreciated.

First off it was free and no not a 5 or 10 finger discount, new a guy from comp store who was discontinuing the psu and mine went out; so got for free.
i tried the 8600gts on different mobo an asus a8n32 gaming and got a post with the a-power 580w psu despite the +12v@ 19A rail; it just maybe my current mobo. i dont know if it is the slot or the bios. the bios itself is locked and the mobo was manufactured by msi but was apart of an e-machine desktop. so no oc'ing of anything already tried cpuz and ntune to name a few.

XSLT - New Line/Carriage Return not displaying when deployed

The plain text transformation is working fine, but whenever I try to add a new line or carriage return, the text output doesn't reflect that. I've tried several ways of adding the line break but none of them have worked. This is the XSLT I'm using for testing purposes:

Ah I'm such a newbie. I was able to get it displayed by doing the following:

New iPod 80gb will not display music videos

Bought a brand new 4th iPod last week and it's my first video, an 80gb to make use of the loads of different quicktime stuff i have including music videos.
Had already updated my Itunes and OS using automatic software update in OS X, then loaded and learned that many of my quicktime movies i kept in iTunes needed converting to be iPod freindly which I did using a combination of QT 7 pro, iTunes, iSquint and ffmpegx. If i set them as music video in itunes i can play them but they never appear in the music video playlist on the ipod, if I make them movie they al llist in the movie window but i get no list by artist or artist details and have to play them one at a time, the one video i have from iTMS does not allow me to change the option from movie to music video the button being greyed out..
at first I thought the problem was me but the more and more i look having reinstalled itunes and restored the ipod the problem I believe is increasingly faulty apple hardware, software or firmware as all my videos can now be played through the movie option .. any one here care to discuss am i right / am i wrong? . .anyone out there watching movies through the music video playlist with a video iPod especially 80gb

New Request/Service Offerings not displaying on Portal via Catalog Group/ User Role

I have created some new service offerings and request offerings which I have published and are visible on the portal when logged in as an administrator.
I have then added these new items into a catalog group which is tied to a pre-existing user role to target our IT department ( this user role is currently working fine and shows all the other IT related offerings)
The new published items do are not showing up on the portal.
AD sync completed with no errors.
I have done the following to troubleshoot to no avail:
- created a new catalog group and user role to target the new SO RO's to
- targeted directly to a test user rather than the AD group
Some other weird things that I believe to be related to this is that the contents of catalog groups appear empty on local console but when logging on to the SM server to launch console all catalog group items are visible.
we are seeing a lot of error and warning event logs 26319 & 3333
Any suggestions?

New 2GB Nano does not display videos menu!

Okay, this is the second iPod Nano that I have had in a month. The first one had a defective drive. Now the new one does not show a menu option for videos! I bought the Nano so that I could download videos from the iTunes store. I can download music and audiobooks without any problem, but NOT videos. What to do? Should I take it back yet again?

New account group defined not display in FS00

Hello All
I defined a new account group in existing groups of company" Amortization and Depreciation" in New financial accounting and in New Gl in IMG menu for defining Depreciation expense account. I assigned 1. Chart of accounts 2. Account group "AMDP" 3. Range from x to Y.
when i Go FS00 to defince Depreciation expense account i find there is no Account group.
Using Transaction code: VOC4 i assigned a group All Optional "Field Status group"
I tried a lot to solve the issue but not do it till now.
Please suggest me the solution of that problem.
I also study the solution of Mr.Atif and others at SDN but not successful for me.

Brand New SunFire V40z does not display anything

I have just put 2 brand new Sun FireV40z in my rack, pluged the power, screens, keyboards and mice cables.
I have configured the SP IPs, then logged to the web-based consoles to create the Initial Manager Accounts on both machines.
Now I want to set up the SCSI BIOS through the LSI logic configuration utility, but when I press the platform power button on the server front panel nothing is displayed on the screen - wheras the small LCD screen displays appropriate information, fans are starting and the machine activates the floppy disk drive/CD drive as expected when OS is booting.
I have already tried with an other Screen / Kyeboard / Mouse without sucess. I have also validated my Screen / Keyboard / Mouse on an other machine.
The problem is the same on both machines. Did I miss somthing or does this mean the machine has a hardware problem?

I have found a connectivity problem in one of the machine screens, which I have fixed - change the cable.
But the problem is still there in the second machine, I have contacted SUN support, they will come to check.
Thanks for your support - which confirms there is no special trick when starting a SUN machine for the first time.
