I just installed arch, and I got these errors in errors.log

    I ran a new install of Team Foundation Server and let it install the built in SharePoint pieces on a single server setup. After the install i'm able to access the
    http://teamfoundation:8080/tfs/ address without issue but am unable to create a project. When I attempt to create a project I get the following error:
    TF30172: You do not have permission to create a new team project (when checking security i'm a member of the project collection administrators and Team Foundation Administrators)
    This led me to look at the sharepoint central administration site where I receive the following error:
    Error 503 Service Unavailable
    I've gone through and validated the identity is set correctly in IIS for the following services:
    SharePoint Central Admin v4
    SharePoint15AppPool
    The SharePoint Web Services Root is set as LocalService instead of the domain user.
    The identity domain user is setup as local administrator on the Team Foundation Server. They are all set to use .net v4.0.30319 with integrated Pipeline mode.

    And how can I install then the next full version "directly"??
    And I don't really understand.
    Adobe Updater cannot install this update, and tries it again after a month, it is downloading this update once in a month, and when it fails, closes itself,  and says sorry, see you later in november? And when it fails, I cannot say, please stop bugging me with this.
    Almost the same problem with the Adobe Media Player, which cannot play even the files advertised in its own browser, : adobe trainings from adobe related sites, and cannot update itself. It's almost brutal. How does this happen?

  • Solution Manager 4.0 install error logging in for DDIC step 29

    Has anyone else seen the error 'Test logon to SAP System <sid> failed"? It states that it cannot login for DDIC. This is at step 29 during the install of the solution manager 4.0.
    We are running on a Windows 2003 Server/Oracle 10g.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated. We've been hitting this same error for the last couple of days.

    Dear Derrick,
    I have run into the exact same problem!!!!
    During step 29 of the install does it ask you to enter the DDIC password?
    It will ask you twice for a password if both the times the login fails then you will have no other option but to uninstall and reinstall Sol Man 4.
    The tactic that worked for me is that when it will ask u the passowrd the first time.......before you enter the password.......login in to Sol Man 4 using the default DDIC password 19920706. then change the default password. And then go back to the install and give this new ddic password.
    This is the only thing that worked with me.

    does anyone know what is causing these errors in the log?
    im trying to install illustrator cs5. i have uninstalled illustrator cs4, and from reading forums AIR and Help. I have also used the Adobe cleaner to clean the unistall of illustrator cs4.

  • Exchange 2007 New Install Error - Read only MultiValuedProperty does not support this operation

    Existing Server/Exchange 2003 environment. New 2003 R2 x64 server fully patched and updated with no other apps installed attempting to install Exchange 2007 SP2.
    Initially I was getting the error "Could not find the default Administrative Group ‘Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)’". This I
    fixed by completely uninstalling per this Microsoft article,
    this Microsoft FixIt article and this recommended blog post, ending with
    setup.com /preparead. I'm making progress, because now I'm getting a new error attempting the install. Specifically, Hub Transport installation fails with "Read only MultiValuedProperty does not support this operation."
    Executing
    setup.com /prepareSchema fails. I've set the msExchVer attribute for CN=Offline Address Lists to 4535486012416 and gotten no change, the install still fails. This
    Googled page exactly describes my problem, and all anyone could say was to add this version number. It doesn't work. Pretty much none of the threads I've read have a resolution beyond this. I'm stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What's the error message when executing  setup.com /prepareSchema fails? failed at Organization Checks?

  • Error while executing Initialize with Data Transfer for 0FI_GL_10

    Hello All,
    Post Pre prod refresh, our timestamp for the datasource 0FI_GL_10 got reset. Due to which our deltas did not bring any records to the BW system.
    First we did an Initialize without data transfer for all the BW related datasources. The deltas were then set properly for all datasources except 0FI_GL_10.
    We then raised a message to SAP and they suggested to run the 'Initialize with data transfer' for 0FI_GL_10 so that the timestamp is set and accordingly the deltas are fixed.
    The issue now is we are getting the following error message while running INIT with data transfer.
    Job terminated in source system --> Request set to red
    Message no. RSM078
    We have copied the data till July 1st week of 2011.
    Please advice. The issue is very critical.

    I am getting this error while using external data transfer function using KEFC.
    Plan version is not supported -> check your entry

    Diagnosis
    Plan version"xx" has not been created in operating concern"xxxx"
    Procedure
    Transfer version"xx" to operating concern"xxxx" and maintain the attributes for that version.
    I have checked plan version settings. It has been created for operating concern as well. I am not sure how to resolve this. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated.

      Please check whether you defined a constant value for characteristic VERSI (Version) in the transfer rules for your sender structure. If you don't want to define a constant value there you have to assign a field from your external structure and fill the version in your external file. In this case please consider to fill the field in the following format '1  ' for version 1 (don't use '001').
      Please refer and implement note 576807 in your system if it is in your system . Also refer note  508273 for a possible list of problems in external data transfer.

  • New install: Event Log - Schannel Event ID: 36888

    I am in the process of setting up a Microsoft TMG server on a new Dell PowerEdge R610
    I have installed Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, Exchange 2010 Edge Transport Service, ForeFront 2010 for Exchange and finally TMG 2010 as per the TechNet TMG installation guides.  All the latest updates have been applied including Exchange 2010 rollup 1.
    Around the point at which I installed Exchange 2010, the system event log started filling up with the following entries:

    Message: The following fatal alert was generated: 10. The internal error state is 10.
    TMG seems to be working correctly - proxy, web filtering, server publishing etc.  However I can access any HTTPS websites from the TMG server, this seems to be causing problems with Windows Update/Forefront 2010 updates.
    I have installed two SSL certificates - one was requested from our internal certificate server and I have Exchange enabled that certificate for SMTP.  The other certificate is our public SSL certificate we use for website publishing - and ultimately SMTP but in case their were problems with the intermediate certificates I haven't yet enabled it for SMTP.
    I'm having trouble finding any useful information about the Schannel error - can anyone help?

    a.       Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools.
    b.      Click on Internet Options and click on the advanced tab.

    e.      Now try to play the game and check.

  • Contract Manager 14, new install, cannot log in

    I have tried to install CM 14 and can't seem to login. I keep getting "The user id or password you entered is no valid".
    I have a Win Server 2003 R2 Stnd Edition SP2 test server with a new standalone CM 14 Biz Intel Pub Edition install with JRE 6-24, Weblogic Server 11g (10.3.4), and SQL Server 2005.
    The startWeblogic.cmd seems ok.
    Weblogic Server 11g Admin Console seems ok with data sources and expedition deployment State: Active, Health: OK.
    admincm.cmd seems ok and Primavera Administrator opens ok with exp.sql login/password.
    When I use http://<servername>:7001/exponline/adminlogon.jsp locally (and remotely on the same LAN), the exp.sql login/password fails.
    Also when I use http://<servername>:7001/exponline/logon.jsp locally (and remotely on the same LAN), the exp.sql login/password fails.
    What am I missing?

    I have tried your suggestions Nikki and failed.
    If I look inside SQL Server 2005 under Database EXPADMIN > Security > Users I have dbo, exp, guest, INFORMATION_SCHEMA and sys and the same for Database CMDEMO. Under Security > Login I have exp and sa amongst others. There are no EXPADMIN or ADMIN users/logins inside my SQL Server 2005.
    I have followed the Installation and Configuration Guide for Microsoft SQL Server, but when I reach Page 110 I cannot login.
    What am I doing wrong?
    I do not understand why the exp login with password sql is not working?

  • Ethernet Data Transfer Fails on Deployed RT Application

    I have written a TCP/IP client that interacts with a custom TCP/IP server over a very local network (one cable). I've been developing this for a couple of months on LabVIEW 2014 (not SP1) targeting a cRIO9068 chassis.
    Development went very smoothly, never any flaky Ethernet problems on the LabVIEW side. Once I got it all bulletproof I deployed and went out to the plant. 
    At the plant, Ethernet will connect but no data is transferred. Puzzled, I reconnected my LabVIEW development machine to the chassis, opened the project from which the application was deployed and ran it from inside the project. It works. I see this behavior on the original chassis too, so I have two chassis that work with the development environment but do not work when deployed.
    What's up with this? Any ideas appreciated, I can find nothing on this subject in these forums or a general Google search.

    The problem was caused by the Execution setting of the top-level VI being set to reentrant. I set it to non-reentrant.
    The key was using 
    netstat -a
    I saw that the application had multiple ESTABLISHED connections where only one should be possible.
    Along the way I cleaned up my code a bit, but the root cause was multiple instances of the application running on the cRIO. If the startup vi is reentrant then you get an instance when the hardware starts or restarts, then you get another instance when you fire up the web-based front panel. Instead of the panel connecting to the running program another one is started.
    When running from the development environment this does not happen. The development environment enforces single execution on the top-level vi. 
    A shout-out to the NI software people: A little warning: "Multiple instances of the program may run because the top-level VI is reentrant" when the build starts, plus adding to the panel documentation something like "Connecting a web-based remote panel to a reentrant top-level VI will invoke a second copy of the top-level VI" would have saved me a day...

    I have changed password, confirmed password, rebooted several times, and it still will not re-insall new version.

    This 3rd time I followed this link. But nothing new, same error.
    Can you please tell me how to do follow, I cannt do the 1st step, how to change the local system to windows level account, vice-versa. It is shown mine as
    Server Configuration Manager(Local)

    If I right clicked on SQL Server Service, there is no option to change the account.

    To resolve it, follow these steps:-
    When the installation throws this error, click on OK and allow it to proceed. It will fail for Database Engine, but the SQL Server service should have
    been created. Check the Services console.
    If the service is present, perform the following steps:-
    1. Go to SQL Server Configuration manager, right click on the SQL Server service, and change the service account (if it is local system, give
    it a windows level account, and vice-versa). It might throw a WMI error but you will see the account getting updated anyway. If not, then use the Services console. Change the account for SQL Agent as well.

    2. Next, try to start the service. It should come online.
    3. However, you will not be able to log in to the SQL Server
    4. Now stop the service and start it from the command prompt using -m -c -T3608 parameters.
    5. Now try logging in to the server using admin connection from sqlcmd (sqlcmd admin:<server name>\<instance name> ...)
    6. Once logged in, use the sp_addsrvrolemember '<domain\username>','sysadmin'.
    Also add the builtin/administrators to the sysadmin role
    7. Now stop the service from the command prompt and start it from SQL Server configuration manager
    You should be able to log in to the server now.

    so your starting it up and its just crashing right away, yes? can you tell me what app it acutally is? as iOS6 is so new my thought would be that its probably incompatable with it at this time, im having trouble with my networks app that just will not let me log in at all!
    id suggest going to the page of the app on the app store and look to see if it says if its compatable or not? as for a error log its in usage data, which is in settings > general > about, and i think its near the bottom.

  • OS X Install errors

    I am trying to install a new OS on my MB Pro (2009) after replacing what seemed to be a faulty hard drive.  I have tried several times, using install disks for both Leopard and Snow Leopard on two different drive partitions and had what seems to be the same error each time.  The most recent install error log file is as follows:

    The above is from my latest attempt to install Snow Leopard on one of the HD partitions.  I had a virtually identical error log the previous time with Snow Leopard and when I had previously tried installing Leopard from my original install disk, I got the same final message related to the AdditionalSpeechVoices pkg.
    I'm wondering if this is a hardware problem.
    Anyone have any ideas?

    The Hard Drive needs to be correctly Partitioned (GUID) and Formatted (Mac OS).
    1. Boot from your install DVD or Bootable Clone and open Disk Utility.
    2. Highlight the new HD in the list of drives and select the Partition tab.
    3. Under Volume Scheme select 1 Partition and click on the Options... button.
    4. Select GUID Partition Table in the drop down window and click OK.
    5. Set the Format to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and click the Apply button.
    6. Once thats done then you can do a clean Install, Restore from TM or your Bootable Clone.
