New iPad and iPhone4s appstore not working
I have an apple iPad (New iPad) and an apple iPhone4S. The features in Appstore are not working. Chart and featured pages are coming white blank. How to resolve this problem?

Good morning, I installed ios6 on the new iPad and siri will not work. Each time I try to use siri she says "uh oh, I'm having a problem. Please try again. I have tried turning siri off and back on again. Resetting the iPad, resetting the network, turning Airplane Mode off and on again. All to know avail. My iphone 5 works great and so does my wife's iphone 4s with ios6. I have called Apple support but there only suggestion was that the servers were busy. If that was the case my other devices would not work either. Plus the servers wouldn't be busy for four days. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. I was looking forward to using siri on the new iPad and other folks don't seem to be having a problem.

It's very possible Apple's servers have been busy for 4 days as not everyone downloaded iOS 6 on the day it was announced. I downloaded it last Friday, myself, as an example.
There are a millions and millions of people using Apple iDevices.
Just because everything went fine with the iOS 6 updates of your iPhone 4 and 5 doesn't mean something couldn't have gone wrong with an update to your iPad3
If the iOS update missed something during the download, I am not sure how to go about re-downloading iOS 6 to fix the issue you are having. -
I hooked up new iMac to wireless network and now iPad and iPhone do not work using wireless. They did before hooking up the iMac. I am using a Netgear N300 router. Also my Netgear ethernet/homeplug for wireless TV internet no longer works. Any ideas? I have tried unplugging, restarting, and resetting. No luck! Thanks!

Ipad displays “ipad is disabled connect to itunes”, I have tried putting the ipad into recovery mode and then restoring but that does not work. I have also tried doing a hard reset of the ipad and that does not work either. Any ideas?

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

When I updated my iPad 3 and iPod Touch 4th generation to iOS 6 a few months back, I was able to update the iPad effortlessly over WiFi. but I kept getting error messages when trying to update the iPod over WiFi, so I used iTunes on my MacBook Pro.
Connect the iPad to the computer, launch iTunes. Select the iPad under the devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update
If you are using iTunes 11, go to View>Show Sidebar at the top - so the sidebar is visible. -

How do I activate Acrobat XPro- I've installed CS6 Premium on my computer and Acrobat does not work and says its not activated. It is listed on the programs on the computer but will not respond. How do I fix this?????? Help Adobe?????

How did you install Acrobat, did you install it as a part of Suite installation.
If it is a part of suite then deactivate suite uninstall Acrobat, Reinstall Acrobat using Suite media. Launch Photoshop first and Activate.
Then try launch Acrobat.

Some months ago I changed my email address and so my appleID. Everything worked fine, but last week my ipad broke and when I tried to restore my icloud backup in my new ipad it does not work: it asks me for the password of the OLD appleID (it doesnt work); and in icloud configuration page the field for appleid is colored grey so I can not change it.
any clues? thank you in advanceMy suggestion is to change apple id back. I know it is not something you want to hear, but there are suppose to be ways around it and usually they work, but not right now. I suspect that is consequences of Apple getting their servers ready for ios7. Normally in your situation - you should be able to get all your stuff back, but apps, and then you can sync those or download from icloud. But lately (last week) it does not seem to work normal way.

Help. I have double checked everything I and my husband can think of. I need to be able to print out my daily agenda and I can only do that from the MacBook Pro. And of course it is the devise that is not getting the updated iCal data. Any suggestions?

IOS5 on iPad1, iPad2 and iPhone4S all with iCloud on. Lion 10.7.2 installed on my MacBookPro and iCloud set up/on. Any new iCal entry on either iPad or on the iPhone ends up via iCloud on both iPads and iPhone. BUT NOT ON THE MacBookPro. And iCal entry on the MacBookPro does NOT GET SENT to iCloud.com or to either iPad or the iPhone. This is a huge problem for me because I do all my office scheduling on the iPad or iPhone but rely on the MakeBookPro to print out daily client lists. I REALLY need to get this fixed...it is causing major business issues. " No one so far has had a fix.... :(

New iPad - Wi Fi does not work
My new iPad was delivered today.
I connected it to my home wireless network. The connection seemed to work without a hitch. It says I am connected. It says that the signal strength is very strong.
Nothing works.
No internet, no mail.
I updated the software. That didn't help.
I read something about turning off auto brightness. That seems awful strange, but it didn't help anyway.
It keeps asking me to set up a Cellular Data Account. I should not need such an account at home on my Wi-Fi, or so I would assume.
It is a very frustrating first day with this thing. I was excited to see it when I got home, and I have had nothing but frustration with a device that serves only as a paperweight.

Has I only have the wifi version I can't be 100 percent, but maybe part of the setup process for the 3G version is that you have to set up a cellular account. Have you tried setting up a cellular account and then seeing if you can connect via wifi? As I expect you would be doing this anyway with getting the 3G version iPad.
If you don't want to setup a cellular account at this time, there should be an option to turn off the cellular data on the iPad.
On looking on my iPhone 4, the option on this is in:
Settings/general/network, I now see an option to turn cellular data on or off, I expect that you should see something similar on your iPad. Try switching it off and then see if you can connect via wifi.
If not then go into settings, when you see the name of the wifi network that you are connected to, touch the the little blue arrow that is pointing to the right, next choose FORGET NETWORK. Now try and connect again to your wifi network, entering any network key that is required.
