New iPad; Apple ID account review doesn't show "FREE" option

When I set up my iPad 2, the free option where it asks for a credit card doesn't show up. with this, I could not download any app. Pls help

I changed my website's host and although I can access all existing mail and folders via the cpanel at my new host, my PC account now doesn't show the folders?

I had to change the details of my mail accounts to the new mail server details of the new host and also the port. All files have been deleted off the previous server.
I did have a lot of folders with emails stored and I can access these through the mail option on my new host's cpanel. However, they have disappeared from my still existing version of TB that I have running on my PC.
I did do a back up copy a few weeks ago but I don't know how to reinstall that. I also figure if it exists on the new server / host, there may be a way to 'pull them back in' to my existing profile?

I'd suggest to check with your service provider about their IMAP server. It's functionality may be limited, or you may need to configure something on the server.

Cannot generate a Key. Manage Account menu doesn't show up even after following Help articles. Correct username, e-mail and password. I already have a Firefox Sync Account but cannot Add a Device. No way to Sync due to no Key.

Upgrading from an iPad1 (os 5.5.1) to iPad Air. I want to still use the original, but want to transfer my iPad 1 stuff to my new iPad. Do I restore (doesn't that also restore the old os?) or set up as new?

Make a backup of your old iPAd to itunes or iCloud.
Then restore from that backup when setting up the new iPad Air.
The restore will put your data onto the new iPad. (The Os will remain at 7).
Folder structure is a little iffy. Since backups don't restore Apps, only data, you would still need to re-download the Apps to the new Air and as such would need to create the folders for them.

Adding new ipad to existing account - help!

I'd like to use both my old iPad and new on the same account, but "provide valid values" error message appears with each attempt on that initial page with "cellular #, email, passcode if required, and last four digits of SS#". Info is correct according to my account settings which I access via the old iPad.. Many repeat attempts here over the last week - what can I be doing wrong?

Sure - It's the ATT&T cellular account opened through my first ipad, for the that ipad. I'm hoping to add a new ipad to the account as I still wish to use the old one for awhile too.
On this new ipad, it seems it will allow this, but on the initial screen for cellular registration, I can't get beyond the remedial information. I feel like there is something ridiculously obvious I am doing wrong.
I'm hoping someone has done this before, and has insight as to what I am oblivious to.

If you want to use the email address that you used on the first account then you will need to remove it from that first account before you can do so e.g. via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's or via http://appleid.apple.com - you can create a new email address via http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com to replace it with.

Sync and backup your old iPad one last time and then connect the new iPad to iTunes and you will be given the option to set up as new or restore from the backup of the old iPad. Choose the restore from the backup option. After the iPad restores, follow that with a sync with iTunes.
You can erase the old iPad by going to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. Then your husband can set it up as a new device and sync with his own iTunes library or content.

Why doesn't the camera app on my iPad (4th Gen) with iOS7.02 doesn't show panorama option ?

I have updated my iPad 4 ( WiFi & GPRS) with iOS 7.02. The Apple website's "know more on iOS7" clearly displays availability of Panorama option under Camera section. But the camera app, which otherwise works fine on my iPad, doesn't show panorama option ? Is it that it is available only on Phone 5S? How may I get this option.

Does your phone show the correct time?
If not, change the time on your phone, see if it helps.
If it does, then sign out, sign back in. If that fails, the delete and reinstall. If that fails, then contact Facebook, as they're the developers of the app and will have the proper documentation to help you further.

WPF 4.5 doesn't show the option to open the project in Blend for Visual Studio 2013

In my WPF 4.5 project in Visual Studio 2013, when I right clicked the name of my project it doesn’t show the option to open in Blend for Visual Studio 2013….. and when I try to open the project with Blend for Visual Studio 2013, it doesn't show anything.....
I don't see the project nor the UI of my WPF 4.5 project
How I can open my project in Blend for Visual Studio 2013???

open Blend. Open Project/Solution and select the .sln-file of the project you've created in visual Studio. That's it. In the Project Explorer in Blend you should see your files and you should be able to open up your XAML-files.

Ipad apple ID account is deactivated and don't know the password or security questions

I have had an ipad for 12 months, my husband created an icloud account on it ([email protected]) but since then we have never used the ipad to log into apple website, itunes etc. Recently I purchased a MAC and iphone5 and after downloading the latest itunes to then sync all 3 together the ipad then asked for apple ID and password even though it had never asked for this before. The trouble is the ipad apple ID is an icloud one, ie. an email account that belongs to Apple, so we cannot reset the password via email as we don't have access to the email, and one of the security questions answers comes up wrong all the time. Because we have tried several times to remember the password the apple ID is now deactivated and the only way to re-activate it is via email verification (impossible) or security questions (impossible). We tried connecting ipad to computer and restoring factory settings, but the ipad continues to ask for apple ID and password...help... customer service Apple in Spain has more or less told us if we can't remember the security questions or password and have no recovery email (which we don't) then basically the device is useless!!!! Urm, that ipad cost a lot of money to just "throw it away". Any advice you can give me?

Do you have the latest version of iTunes, version 11.1, on your computer (iOS 7 requires iTunes 11.1+) ? If you are using a PC then you can see your current version via the Help > About iTunes menu option.
