New Iphone 4s will not accept email password

I received my new Iphone 4s in the mail yesterday and went to AT&T to have them set it up. Everything was working until today when my backlight went out. I had to make an appointment and go to the apple store and reveived a new phone. Now after updating my phone and trying to set up the email, it is not accepting my password for my yahoo mail account. I have tried multiple times and each time after typing it in I get a message that says Yahoo! server unavailable please try again later. However I can log into my email fine on the computer.

Delete the account on your phone then set it up again.

Won't it accept it where? Did you go to Settings> iTunes & App Store>Apple ID, and sign in there?

4s will not accept email password

My 4S iPhone will not accept my email password even though it's the correct one, which was varified through my Macbook Pro. I went ahead and changed the password, and still the iPhone will not accept the new password! What should I do? Would you recommend deleting the e-mail on the iPhone and re-entering?

Everything else has transferred beautifully. Gmail is working fine on my MacBook Pro. I can send and receive emails to/from myself. I panicked and tried several old passwords--has it locked me out for a time?

IPhone 5 will not accept WiFi password

I reset my network settings (Settings - general - reset - reset network settings), to try and resolve an issue with my cellular signal strength. Now I can not connect to the WiFi network at the company I own and set up. This iPhone always connected instantly.
Every time I type in the correct password, a screen comes up that says "incorrect pasword for XCAF4". I know that this is the correct password.
Has anyone had this issue and if so, what is the solution? I have tried rebooting and performing a hard start on my iPhone. I have turned the cellular and WiFi on and off. I have rebooted the router.

Is your iPhone able to join other Wi-Fi networks?
If it isn't try having a Genius take a look at it.
If it is able to join other Wi-Fi networks, try updating the router and setting it up again with these suggestions in mind -> iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

My email on my iphone will not accept my password. It was working great and then the message of invalid password came up. I can log into my email online however, I can not on my mail dock.

I had to delete the account and re-enter the correct email and password. Hope this helps.

Apple ID has my old email address. It will not allow me to change the address and will not accept my password or ID questions. I recently upgraded to OSX Yosemite 10.10.1. I also have an Apple ID that works with iTunes and would like to keep it as my primary.

To change the iCloud ID on your devices you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted (if using iOS 7), then sign back in with your current ID.
If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, you will have to temporarily recreate it in order to delete the existing account. To do this, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

After accepting the carrier update yesterday my iPhone 5s will not receive emails via my work Exchange system. I can send emails, but can not receive. I deleted my account and added it back with the directed provided by our Corporate IT, but I still can't receive emails. I've hard booted and soft booted my phone several times to no avail. What else can I do to help remedy this situation?

I don't have any other email accounts on my phone and I don't get any type of error message. It just says "Checking for Mail" and I receive nothing, so I know that it is accessing my work email system. I haven't made any changes to my account. I only accepted the message to update my carrier system.....I do have an appointment with the local Verizon store to see if they can help.
Just FYI, my Exchange email account still works on my iPad, so I'm pretty sure the settings are correct.

Connect the device to the computer with which you normally sync and open iTunes.
Note: If iTunes asks you to enter the passcode, try another computer that you have synced with. Otherwise, go to "If you have never synced your device with iTunes, or you do not have access to a computer" section below.
If the device is still disabled, or if iTunes does not automatically sync your device, sync the device with iTunes.
If you have chosen to encrypt your backup, it will contain the passcode. Disable backup encryption before restoring from backup. Learn more about iOS backups in iTunes.
When the backup and sync is complete, select Restore from Backup and choose the most recent backup of your device.

Use iTunes on your computer. With the iPad connected, sign into your Apple account and check for updates.
Doing this should straighten out the problem.

No. There is no standard/defaults passcode. I assume you are talking abut the lock-screen passcode. If so, just restore the iPod from backup. If iTunes asks for a passcode and you can't enter the passcode, place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore. For recovery mode:
