New iPhone 5c won't reboot. ?

I bought a new iPhone 5c a week ago Saturday. I tried to sync it to my iTunes today for the first time. As the driver was loading to my computer the iPhones screen went completely white. It would not shut down immediately and seemed to freeze. Once I was able to shut it down I am now unable to get it to reboot. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix or is this a warranty return? Thanks!

I will also add that the phone becomes very hot quickly when I try to reboot it.

The iPhone can only be serviced in the country where it has been bought, and it can't be shipped internationally to Apple Support, you'll or somebody else have to bring it personally. If you registered the phone with your Apple ID, you might not need the receipt, Apple Support should have your data.
Did you try to set it back to factory settings without using any backup afterwards?

New Iphone 4s won't sync off my computer, can't get past 'syncing calendars step 2 of 6'. Got 1/3 of old apps, and contacts, but a 2/3 of my old apps are on the computer.... not real computer savvy, any suggestions?

no no a hard reset is just something you do to the phone, you wont lose any data or anything else its litterally like starting your phone on a fresh slate running wise but you wont lose anything at all, all your apps settings etc will still be right as you left it. think of it as a step above turning it off and on again

I've got exactly the same problem.
Upgraded to iOS7 all was fine.
It then prompted me to upgrade to 7.0.2 and now my iPhone 4s won't connect to Internet anymore.
There was also a carrier settings update that I accepted which could have broken things.
I've tried different APN settings but it still won't connect for me :-(
Tried a Reset Network Setting, and the problem is the same.

Since your screen is flashing you may want to look at the hardware troubleshooting article. The error 21 is a hardware issue and is addressed in the quote from the second article.

New Iphone just WON'T sync - I've tried everything!! Please help

I bought a new Iphone yesterday and for some reason the lady synced it at the store (I had no idea what she was doing at that point - she told me she was 'unbricking it'). Anyway when I came home my own itunes wasn't recognising the Iphone (despite repeated attempts). So after reading up on the iphone a little bit i resetted it by deleting all data and settings. After this, every time i try to turn on my Iphone it just displays the usb and apple symbol icons, and everytime I connect it, itunes won't recognise it. Even though vista makes the "connection" sound the Iphone just isn't recognised. PLEASE HELP!! I have tried everything! Restarting comp + iphone, reinstalling itunes, downloading itunes 9, reinstalling the usb port, borrowing my brother's connection cable to make sure mine wasnt faulty. Device manager just won't recognise the iphone.
Please help!! I bought it from a store far away so the chances of visiting it again soon are fairly slim.

Iphone 4 won't reboot

A window popped up asking me to upgrade a program and I said yes. the phone then locked up, turned off, and won't reboot.
All that comes up is the apple logo. It takes about 15 minutes for the phone to shut down when I try. I have tried a reset but it doesn't help. and itunes will not recognize the phone. What can I do?

If the iPhone still does not boot after a reset (holding the sleep/wake button and the home button), it may be necessary to perform a forced restore.
Try turning the iPhone off and then holding the home button down while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the home button until iTunes gives you the message that it has " detected an iPhone in recovery mode".
If iPhone will not power off, connect the iPhone to your computer and perform a reset and then release the power button when the screen goes black.

Just got new Apple iPhone 5c. It won't connect to my home Wi-Fi. Doesn't even ask me for password. Just says "unable to join the network." Help!!

Congrats on getting the new iPhone, Jante! Have you been able to connect this new phone to any wi-fi services besides your home? If the home wi-fi is being picked up on the phone, I would recommend forgetting the network and start over. New Iphone 5 won't synch with my itunes

I just got a new iphone 5 and it won't synch with my itunes; it shows up in a seperate tab labeled "on this Iphone" and it also showed up as Cast's I phone when i first plugged it in; the only way i can put stuff on it is by manually dragging music to it and my itunes will be updated Hilary's I phone but it wont show up unless i manually drag it to this random tab; i am up to date on all my software on the phone and computer; please help this is so annoying.

If "Manually manage content" is selected on the Summary tab there is no option to sync.

The little circle means you are connected to Edge data (if you are on GSM). It is the slowest of the data speeds. There has to be a reason you are losing your wifi. Have you tried to reset your wifi router? Does the wifi stay connected at locationis other than home? Steps to try for wifi troubles are after resetting the router, reset your phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. If this does not help, then go into Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. Understand this will remove all wifi passwords of other wifi networks as well. If this doesn't work, then you may have to try and restore the phone, first from a backup and if that doesn't help, then as a new device.

Brand new iPhone 5s won't update to iOS 7.0.2

I just got a 5s about five hours ago and it won't update to iOS 7.0.2 because it says it's still restoring- it's not. I've tried restarting the phone but that didn't help.

Did you setup as new iPhone or restore from iCloud? If iCloud it must be doing restore in background for apps and data. Check in settings -iCloud and wait for couple off hours.

New iPhone 4s won't connect to Internet unless on wifi

I just got the new iPhone 4s. Problem is that whenever I'm not at home and connected to my wifi, I am unable to open anything on Internet. Just says server cannot open page. The 3G icon is showing but nothing will open. And sometimes it won't even send my text messages, I just get that failure to send in red under the message. Any idea of how to correct this issue???

Sorry ... this might be a silly question but have you contacted your mobile service provider. Maybe the 3G service is down. Maybe they change some settings on their 3G service and did not inform their customers. It doesn't hurt to run the phone configuration through with them anyway.
Just a thought.

Brand new iPhone 6 won't turn on

I had my new iPhone 6 yesterday and everythings seems to be fine. It had more than half charge with no open apps on the background when i went to sleep and it was turned off in the morning. The alarm had not ringed. So i have tried everything including hard resetting, charging and reading everything i could find. Yet, there is no response from the device. Can someone please comment if they are able to solve this without having to go to store again.

How long did you try and charge it? Plug the device in and make sure that you have allowed it to charge undisturbed for at least 30 minutes. With it still connected to the charger, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release the buttons. This could take up to 30 seconds. The phone should reboot at that time.
If this does not help, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store or authorized Apple service provider to have the device looked at.

Brand New Iphone 4 won't appear on device listing

I've just got a new iPhone 4 and I plugged it in to my computer to initially register it for use but my computer would read the phone but iTunes wouldn't register it on the device list.
I brought it to work today and it worked fine. Came home and tried a number of things such as removing iTunes and not restarting etc. I've been at it for nearly 2 days now and I'm none the wiser. I've just got no idea what to do with it. It charges on the computer, it appears on the computer as being an iPhone but iTunes won't do a thing with it.

I bought it custom built from overclockers and it only had the operating system and updated drivers with it. I don't think it could be that. I've looked after it well. My friend had a jailbroken phone registered on my iTunes for awhile would that have had any conflict with iTunes for future devices connected to it at all?
