New iPhone cannot get voicemail to set up?
I have a new iPhone 4s and I cannot get voicemail to set up?
Go the the Phone app and select keypad. Press and hold the 1 key to initiate a call to Voicemail. Then Administrative Options > Passwords > Turn Password on or off > Voicemail password OFF.

It depends on what iMac you have. If it is an old PPC (G4 orG5) iMac then no further upgrades are possible. If it an Intel iMac:
Start by checking if you can run Snow Leopard:

I changed my gmail password after suspicious activity was detected. It works fine on my computer but my iphone 5 doesn't recognize my new password ("cannot get mail" message). I've tried changing my phone settings to the new password, but no good.

It sounds like you have modified the password settings for your Gmail account after changing the password. Thats where I would have started too. Next I would restart the device and test it one more time, and then remove and add the account again in Settings:
Get help with Mail on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Restart your iOS device.
Delete the affected email account from your device.
Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap the affected email account.
Tap Delete Account.
Add your account again.

When one restores an iPhone from its own backup, visual voicemail is also restored. However, when one restores a new iPhone from a backup from a previous phone, the voicemails fail to restore. This occurred between my 3G to 4s, and again from the 4s to a 5s. Restoring the 4s once from its own backup resulted in voicemail recovery.
My only explanation is that when a different SIM card is used, voicemails cannot restore as one would otherwise expect. Perhaps voicemails are inexplicably tied to their SIMs. Unfortunately, newer models of iPhones tend to use exceedingly different sizes, rendering one possible fix unpursuable. iCopyBot is the other possible solution: you can extract the voicemails from the backup and restore them onto the new iPhone individually. -
i bought a new iphone and as i was setting my apple ID account and i signed in to my account and confirmed two useres with diffrent numbers that were signed to the same apple ID and it messed up my i messege and face time. how do i fix that or delete one user ?

To sign out of your Apple ID
Go to Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, tap your Apple ID, and select Sign Out.

I used my work email on my personal iphone 4s to set up an icloud account and it will not let me use this email as the Apple ID on my new iphone. As it is a work phone I need to use this email address as my Apple ID. How do I do this?
when you open the app store scroll down to the bottom it will display the apple id currently in use, change it to your normal apple id email

When restoring my backup from my old iphone via my computer to my new iphone, it gets all the way through the restore and then at the end it says there was an error and doesn't restore. Doesn't say what error.

Are you logged in with the same account that was used to activate the phone ? If you are, and the apps aren't showing as free, then try logging out of your account by tapping on it at the botto of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in and see if they then show as free.

"Javascript" is not "java", two completely separate and different programming languages. So you are not getting "java errors". If you are using a browser to get your email then likely there is broken javascript code at the server.
