New iphone plugged in keeps trying to access store
Bought new iphone. Got it and it's been wiped clean but the battery was really low. Eventually it told me to plug it into itunes and its registered it but I haven't been able to sync it to me or anything because it keeps saying "acessesing itunes store" which lasts a second stops and starts again over and over. Why is this? I haven't updated itunes yet.
it's not your iphone, it's gmail. you must reset up you pop mail setting at your gmail settings, it usually makes awkward things when you use new device to connect it to its pop3 but if you recheck it again, you should see some kind of settings that says that pop3 will synchronize "all" messages in your mail at once - but sometime it keeps sending/syncing all messages that your local mail app can absorb. Based on your post it sounds like you would like to sync your iBooks content with your computer. I have located an article that may help you in this situation. While you can sync this data with your computer you can also use the sharing button to send PDFs using various sources:

I'm trying to restore my iCloud back up on my new iPhone 5s and keep getting "could not sign in your apple Id or password is incorrect. I noticed that the Id it's showing is not my complete email address. I've reset my password 5 times. It accepts my password when I install as a new phone. How can I resolve this so I can restore my back up?

I just got a new iPhone 4 and i tried to download some songs from my itunes account onto my phone and it bricked my phone! So I can't use my phone, it's locked. It shows a plug going into an adaptor frozen on my phone. How can I resolve this problem? I got my phone at Verizon yesterday so I went back to see if they could help me today and they didn't know anything about it at the Verizon store. Theyy said to try IMac store here in town...
Ask the Verizon store to exchange your iPhone for a different iPhone 4.

I keep trying to access my mail via the MAIL icon on my MacbookPro but it keeps rejecting my password. It worked find an hour ago but all of a sudden it won't work. I tried deleting the acct and re-adding it but still the same problem. The odd thing is I can send no problem.
I am an AOL user and am entering it correctly but it keeps rejecting I can access my acct via aol no problem
Okay now it's effecting my Iphone and Ipad accts.
Please advise?So far as I can tell this is a server overload problem and Apple is working to fix things. I have had the same thing all morning and just now it cleared up, though not with AOL, but my iCloud mail. I was, of course, typing in the correct password, so the error message one keeps getting is very misleading, as the rejection has nothing to do with the PW. I think if we are all patient things will straighten out through the day. My mail is okay as of noon, crossing my fingers, but at least it is nothing I did wrong.

Won't accept new password for appleID when trying to access my iCloud
I keep trying to access my iCloud on my mac but everytime I type in the password, it says wrong password for my appleID and then I reset my password and it still won't accept the new one. I have done this many times and still can't get access to icloud. This all started when I downloaded Mountain Lion. Someone please help. I have an imac 10.8.2, my software is up to date. Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.

My macbook says it will sinc all 610 of my songs onto my iPhone 4. However, when I push sinc, it only puts a random selection of 197 songs onto my iPhone. I keep trying to sinc all of them. But it will only do those 197. Help
hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music' then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

After some troubleshooting, I decided to order a new battery. I replaced the battery and was then able to get it to restore, however--after I restore it and it comes time to restart the phone, it gets stuck and doesn't turn on.

She does not have apple care and even though she loved this device, she isn't going to buy another iPhone because of all the problems shes had with this one (it's just over a year old).
After you ruined the iPhone with DIY, Apple won't touch it anymore. You should have asked before all these had happened.

I have a new iPhone 5S. While trying to learn about it, I accidentally recorded a voice memo with no content. I cannot now figure out how to get rid of it. There is a banner across the top of my phone with this memo which I don't want. I have deleted it from iTunes but cannot get it off the phone. Help!
The banner usually indicates that the memo is "Paused." If you go back into voice memos, touch the word "Done" beside the big red pause button, give it a name, then it will show in a list. Touch the memo in the list then touch the trash can icon that should appear.

I got a new iPhone and i am trying to buy songs but when I go to buy a song on iTunes it says I have to answer my security questions and I don't remember the answers. I pressed where it says for them to email you your answers but I haven't gotten an email. Is there another way to change or get the answers for the security questions?
If the email hasn't arrived after a few hours and isn't in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I have just bought a new iphone 4 as an upgrade to my iphone 3GS. How can I transfer all my apps including saved levels in games etc. and data and folders to the new iphone 4 and keep facetime etc on the new iphone 4. When I have done this for someone else they got all their data etc but lost the Face Time App and teh iphone 4 looked like the iphone 3 screen.

Recently got a new iphone but when i tried to sync it with my itunes, all my music appeared with a cloud beside it and doesnt play. Do i have to download each individual track by clicking on each cloud or is there an easier way? I have over 1000 songs!!!!

The two user tips both describe a sequence of steps that should get your library from the point where it threatens to wipe data from your device to where it is syncing normally, while recovering as much information as possible. It may still be necessary to wipe and reload the device but this should only take place once all the data that can be recovered has been recovered.
Doing step 1 of 8 and then complaining things aren't the way you want them to be yet strikes me as premature...
Since you appear to have all your media content, and we are discussing an iPod classic, not an iOS device, the main worries are already taken care of. What's left is ratings, playcounts, playlist membership and checked status. Since your device holds only part of your library at best you could only recover the missing data for the content that is on the device using third party tools.
Recreating the previous checked/unchecked status of every track in your library from where you are now may not be that easy. Syncing with selected playlists has many advantages, one of which would have been that you would have a named playlist that could have been retrieved by 3rd party software if you had used this method.
You haven't explained what caused your problem in the first place, but if you have a Previous iTunes Libraries folder holding old copies of your iTunes database (generated with each iTunes update) then it would be possible to restore the most recent of these and then update the library with any changes in your media folder.
BTW Apple doesn't offer free support for this kind of issue with iTunes.
