New iphone! yea, yea, but now i've got a problem
so i got the iphone, and it's completely activated on my mac and everything, but for some reason when i drag music onto it, it won't go on...it is on manual as far as i know
You dont need to drag music to the iphone. just go to itunes and tab the iphone icon on the left hand side of the screen. The on the right hand side of the itunes screen hit the music tab and click on what music what want to sync.

The reverse works, but in your case to use your backup, you must update to iOS 7.0.3 - no other option if you want to use that backup.

AppleID and passcode used to activate the iPad or it will be useless to you.
There is no workaround.
Suggest you try very hard to remember that AppleID and passcode. Did you try the

I am using iPhone 4 from the last one year and went dead and got it replaced by paying Rs.12500/- to Nyasa Sion Koliwada Mumbai Service Provider but now again after 38days the problem has started, what do i do? Is this is the quality & service we boost? On visiting the store we get only one reply you may write to Apple directely. we have the similar kind of problem with iPad which is being used by my wife Mr.Neelam Vij and paid Rs.16000/- to get it replaced within a year & 6months use. so in totality we have paid Rs.28500/- + Rs. 3000/- diagnostic charges.

Moreover, we have no information to contact whom. even the replace set has a warranty of only three month which further confirm that Apple itself is not confident wheather product will last after replacement for more then three month. You can find a local shop and pay to get it fixed or you will need to send the phone to someone you know in Canada and have them take the phone into Apple for service. Then they will need to ship the phone back to you. The warranty is based in the original country of purchase.

make sure the itouch does not have your apple id in the Settings>icloud menu. It is completely different from the App Store.

Are you trying to set up your own iDevice and that is why you want your own Apple ID?
Do you realize that any content that you have already purchased using her ID will still have to be used if you want to update apps or download purchases again for free? ITunes and App Store content is tied to the ID used to make the purchase. Furthermore, if you use her ID to download a purchased app for free on your own device, you can lock yourself out of your ID for 90 days.
Back to the question at hand .... Did she use your email address as the rescue email address for her Apple ID? -

You could contact Apple Support and see if they have the original discs for that machine but it would be 10.4.11 and there's no reason not to go to at least Snow Leopard, especially since the 10.6 discs would probably cost the same as a replacement set of 10.4.11 -
