New Iphone Yellow tinted white, different to my other iphone

What do I do? Take it back? Or wait? I baught the invisible shield and i dont want to lose out £15.
No apple fanboys welcome.. I want someone who knows what they are talking about.

yes Im on my 3rd Iphone 4 myself the first one i got had yellow spots and after a week of them not "fixing" themselves took it back for a replacement. And what do u know the replacement had a yellow line up the side so i decided to wait 2 weeks with this phone and it didnt "fix" it self either. Seems they would fade and come back after long use or phone was in heated situations. So i went to apple store for my 3rd Iphone 4 in 3 weeks and got another replacement and spent a good amount of time checking it over and i guess 3rd times the charm for me this one has no yellow that iv found. As for proving it, well since its really cold in the store both times my phones looked perfect in store but i insisted they had this problem and without question they switched me out both times. I do give it up to customer support for making it easy to make me happy. So now i am a happy ip4 owner

Yes to receive an iMessage the recipient would need an iOS device (iPhone, iPod, iPad) and an internet connection. This is a messaging serviceprovided by Apple so the recipient does not need to check emails. If the contact does not have internet access at the time the iMessage is sent then a normal SMS through your carrier can be sent instead if you have "Send as SMS" turned on in Settings>Messages.

Additional things to try.
Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
On your iPad go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings and see if that enables you to connect.

I'm guessing that you turned off the iPhone 5? If so, then are you using the same phone number as the 5? You need to go into Settings>Messages>make sure that iMessage is turned on and activated. Then go the Send & Receive and find out if your current number is checked.

New 3G - yellow-tinted screen...

My wife and I just bought two new 3G's (after having owned the original iPhone for 8 months). The first thing I noticed after powering my 16GB 3G up was a very noticeable yellow-tint on the display. After searching the internet I realized that this was a common issue- I even came across Apple's statement that the temperature change in the display was intended. However, my wife's 16GB 3G does not have any hint of yellow... and resembles the temperature of our old iPhone's (blue-tinted). What gives?!

Just make sure you upgrade to the latest firmware... there was upgrade shortly after the release of the 3G that corrected the problem. If this doesn't work... Hi Ho Hi Ho... I'ts back the Apple store you go!

Nokia 1020 Flash gives Yellow Tint - White Balance...

I have the new Nokia Lumia 1020. Unfortunately, every time I take a photo with the flash, it gives a yellow tint; the white balance is WAY off. I called support and Nokia Support said to swap the phone, which I did at AT&T. The 2nd phone has the same issue. I searched online, and several others are having the same problem.
When will a solution for this come out, assuming one will?

now i love my 1020 just like i loved my nokia 808 but there is defo something wrong with the settings and jpeg processing on the 1020
on one of the forums i use a users examined the exif data of a yellow tinted image and the shutter speed was really slow and the iso really high , i think this is where the problem lies , on an xenon flash shot why is the phone choosing a very high iso and very slow shutter speed surely this will lead to polloution of the picture from other light sources hence the orange/yellow glow/tint to many pictures taken under ''fake'' lighting
In auto mode even with flash on, shutter speed is always 1/30 and ISO is pretty high (1000 or above). I don't know why these settings are this way with flash in Auto, but that seems to be the reason for the yellow tint.
a user has come up with a fix which is
Try this: force flash on and then either set ISO to 400 or a fixed shutter speed of 1/100 or even faster. I noticed that the flash fires shorter and brighter that way. Surprise: yellow tint is gone.
so as you can see the camera is simply selecting the wrong settings for the scene , why an earth is the camera selecting such a high iso and slow shutter speed for an xenon lit shot , surely thats ridiculous , it seems it to me

according to your response in this thread you have been aware of this for a while now and i know software can be very complex but this is something that needs to be fixed and is causing a lot of people hassle with the ''best camera phone'' the world has seen
i am sure it can be fixed easily via software and i look forwards to an update or resapinse from nokia about the issue

Since the upgrade my iphone periodically will not send iMessages to other iPhones. I am able to receive them and can send from my iPad. When I push send the bar goes 3/4 of the way and the stops and will not send at all

I have just now tried the Reinstall via iTunes, about 20 into the download, the iTunes logo on the phone disappeared, and the Apple Logo appeared again,,, I waited until the iTunes stated that the download had finished, and the install was in progress,,,

My iphone 5c won't receive texts from other iphone users?

I just got my Iphone this Saturday, before I updated it to 7.0.3 I could send and receive texts from other iphone users, now that it's upgraded I can't receive texts from other iphone users unless connect to 3G/LTE or wifi. Please help.

There is an earlier thread that was answered by an Apple employee that states they are seeing the iMessage and Facetime servers are down. It is unknown when they will return, however it generally is not an extended period of time.

If the iPhone is in a different country and the iPhone is left on Airplane mode, could one use iMessage through wifi connection?

Keep in mind, though- you will only be able to use iMessage to other iOS 5 users. Without a cellular connection, you will not be able to send or recieve texts from any other number/user.

Iphone 5s Free space different in Itunes and Iphone

I deleted all caches and junk I could find. When I access settings -> Usage -> It shows 4,6 GB free, but in itunes it shows 5,4GB free. Why is that difference so big?
Second question, Why after deleting everything I could, and all caches I still have 1,21Gb Others and 900MB of Documents and data?

Simple solution. Totally erase all your music from the ipod. then try transferring it all back on, or just what you want, if not all of it. This should pretty much correct it. Good luck!

IPhone 5 sending iMessage conversations to an other iPhone 5 not even in the conversation

Hi, my friend is using iMessage with one of her friends and her iPhone 5 sends their conversation to me also. But it only dose this when she messages this friend. What could this be? Is it the first time something like this happens? How could this be fixed?

Why some ipad 2 have yellow tinted screen? Can Apple give us an explanation?

It's so obvious.
Every ipad2 showed to us in the stores has cool screen.
Yet what we got have warm ones with yellow tint.
This also happens on iphone 4 and 4s.
Is it quality issues or something else.
Apple owe us an explanation.

ATT Microcell works with one iPhone in the house but not the other

A client of mine got new two new iPhone 6 phones when he and his wife signed up for ATT service. What ATT failed to tell him is that they don't have a tower in the area where he lives and he gets no cell reception from his house, and has one bar while standing in his driveway. Extremely frustrated, they went back and complained. ATT's answer (of course) was to then sell them a Microcell device. Oddly the Microcell they received is a small black box with only a single ethernet port in back. It is not like the white 'Y' designs you see online. The whole thing seems like a money making scam to me but that's beside the point. Anyway, I went over and hooked up the Microcell to their Xfinity router from Comcast, then logged into their ATT account and initiated the activation process. It took about 30 minutes to complete all four stages which included downloading a software update. Once the Microcell was activated, one of the Iphones had full bars. However, the other iphone still only had a single bar. Why would one iPhone have full bars and the other still have only a single bar? 1. Tried turning off both phones and turning them back on. Problem persisted.2. Tried moving the phone with a single bar coverage right next to the Microcell. Problem persisted. 3. Tried turning off just the iphone that had full bars. Problem persisted.4. Tried resetting the Microcell device. Problem persisted.5. Tried disconnecting both phones from the wireless internet network for the house. Problem persisted. Really confused on this could be happening with just one of the two iphones in the house.

AT&T has not completely updated the MicroCell page and links. The new MicroCell is the black DPH-154 model which is replacing the white "Y" shaped models and you describe it. Functionally, they are currently the same. The only difference is that Cisco/AT&T has done away with the external antenna port and the Computer port. It's not a money making scam.
You can have multiple phones connected to the MicroCell at any one time without issues. One of the iPhones I assume has the phone number that is associated with the AT&T mobile account. That should be the phone number used to register the MicroCell with (what we call the primary number). The other iPhone, which I will assume is on the same account, needs to be added to the Approved Users List. Once you add the "problem" phone, turn off the phone and then turn it back on so that it can add the MicroCell to its cellular neighborhood.
