***,,,It's really assembly mistakes......why apple become like that...
and i chat online with apple support,she said let me call customer service，
after i call, they said let me went to A.LAB again,,,,they cannot do anything for it ...........
then A.LAB said they cannot be exchange,need apple to approve...then apple declined this case....
how......why apple become like that....

So what do you want us to do? Apple has already told you and there is nothing anyone here can do about your problem as no one here works for Apple.

    Did you drop it? .....unless someone did and didn't tell you.
    Looks like the liquid inside the display is seeping through hairline crack. Best to replace the screen. That is if screens are still made they way I remember them.

    Now when I try too connect my iPhone 4 to iTunes on my computer at home an error message comes up saying that I have to unlock my iPhone 4 for it to communicate to my device.
    But the problem is that I can't unlock my iPhone 4 because I'm unable to see the key pad and my touch screen no longer responds when I touch it.
    I just want to reset my iPhone 4 back to its Factory Settings & start all over from the beginning.
    How can I unlock my iPhone 4 with iTunes on my computer or any other option you suggest me trying.

    If you have had a "local guy "repair your iphone you will not get any support from Apple for warranty OR post warranty
    If Verizon return it to Apple it wil not be handled by Apple
    If Verizon also use unauthorised repairers you may be lucky
    (Apple do not sell parts to local guys or anyone else )

    First off, try a reset of the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, see if the problem persists.

    You can try recovery mode:
    1. Start iTunes.
    2. Disable all security apps (firewall, antivirus, etc.) running on your computer.
    3. Plug phone into a USB port on the computer, not an external hub or keyboard port.
    4. Press both the sleep/ wake and home buttons until the Apple logo appears, then continue pressing the home button alone until iTunes detects the phone in recovery mode.
    5. Follow the prompts to restore.
    If this doesn't work, there is a hardware problem the need warranty service from Apple.

Your default packet size being set incorrectly can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet-size modification for assistance.     Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, bypassing any routers, hubs, or switches. You may need to restart your computer and modem to get online.

  • Brand New iPad 3 has a jiggly screen and black boxes across the screen in different apps

    My mother purchased a brand new iPad 3 about 1 week ago.  The screen has begun to shake while she is in the apps.  (This is not the shaking that icons do on when you hold an app down so you can rearrange.)  When this happens the screen will go blank when her hand is near it and reappear when she moves it away.  Also, in some apps, I have experienced this in the App Store and Facebook, black boxes cover the screen so that you cannot see what is behind them.
    We have tried shutting it down completely, but that doesn't seem to be a fix.
    I have been searching for others with this problem and haven't found any.  Help would be appreciated.  Given the sporadic nature (but often enough to be a bother), I'm hesitant to go to the Genius Bar for fear it wouldn't do it then. 

    I've had the same problem with Big Black squares covering the screen. And a few times the screen has split vertical in the middle and pushed everything in the on half a little down, making it very difficult to read text as the lines was cut in half.
    I first experienced it in Mail, and then in Safari. I noticed that it is only covering content, not the App bar and When I scrolled down, the boxes were staying On the spot On the page. I figure it must be a software problem as it moves alting with the rest of the content, so I tried uenig Chrome instead, but yesterday the same ting happened.
    I have tryed to take a screen dump, but it gets completely black
    Its not warm When the problem occours.
    Anyone with a solution?

    Hi,
    Is anybody found a gap between the screen and the "black plastic cover" over the edge of the screen, especially for the bottom side. I doubt this is due to the regularly opening and closing of the screen, which leads to the seperation of the screen and its cover.
    I can even see the tapes throug this gap... Can anyone resolve this problem?

  • I'm getting a series of black lines on the screen in Safari

    This just sort of started out of the blue today.  There are a bunch of black lines on the screen, and when I try to scroll, the lines just scroll along with it.  When I look at things via an app, there are no lines, making me think it's a software issue with Safari.  Anybody have this problem or know how to make it go away?

    Using iCloud to sync bookmarks between your Mac and iPad?
    If so, on the iPad tap Settings > iCloud. Swich Safari off then back on.
    On your Mac, open System Preferences > iCloud
    Deselect the box next to Safari then reselect it.
    Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync your bookmarks.
    If you are using iCloud, don't sync Safari bookmarks on iTunes. That could be why the bookmark tabs got emptied out.

  • MacBook Pro having weird black noise on the screen.  Anyone seen this befor

    So I have a 15 inch MacBook Pro 2.2 ghz Intel Core 2 Duo with 2 gigs of ram. Recently the DVD drive has died on it but more importantly it has started having weird black things on the screen and it will freeze right up. It has been doing this more and more. It will do it when I have had it running for a long time and everything is hot, it will do it when It has just been sitting there in a screen saver doing nothing, and it will do it when I have just had it on for a few min right out of my bag. I am running Snow leopard on it. I have never seen a machine do this before in my 10 years of having Apple Laptops. Anyone have a similar experience?     You can try resetting it: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). If you are able to see the Apple, then the reset is in progress, and the Home screen will display shortly.
    If you are not able to see the Apple, then you are going to need to make a trip to the Apple Store.

    There was someone stole my completely new iphone6 plus, I mean completely new, still in box, no used.
    I checked serial number, the activation lock is still off.
    I'm really so sad.

    I bought it in apple store, LA, not from wireless carrier. It's without any service and it's unlocked.

    Not sure what the origin of the problem is, but you should try deleting iDVD's preference files.
    First, close iDVD and go to your Home(YourUserName)/Library/Preferences/com.apple.idvd.plist
    Drag this plist file to the trash. iDVD will automatically create a new fresh one when you reopen it.
    Open iDVD.
    See if the main screen is now visible.
    Post back if that did not help.

    I believe your only option will be to get Apple to replace the screen for you, which won't be cheap.  If the machine is still covered under warranty, you could try to push the case that the screen must be defective for a bug to get in there.  Apple has been known to do free out-of-warranty service in some pretty unbelievable circumstances, that that is at their discretion, so be very pleasant and polite so they'll like you and want to help you out.    But be prepared to have to pay for the repair.
