New iPOd Does nothing when Pllugged in
I Just BOught a new 30 GB White 5th Generation iPod and i plugged it into my computer and nothing happened i tried the other computers in my house and when plugged in nothing happened. The iPod isnt recognized in any way. Any way i can fix this?

Have you installed the latest iPod updater/iTunes/Quicktime?
Are you connected to a high powered USB port?
Have you tried the 5 R's?
Make sure those are all "yes".

Leave it plugged in for an hour so to get a charge in its battery. It may be less reticent to work after that... -
new ipod nano, charged and used twice and now won't turn on, won't charge or do anything. I've tried resetting and updating, but nothing works. I've even tried buying a separate docking station and nothing. HELP!!!!

I thought it might be a bad USB cable so I got the cable to my sisters and still nothing? this don't make sence any suggestions?

Do not omit the Additional Information paragraph.
Is the iPod that connects an iPod touch? If not that does not mean anything since iOS devices like iPod touch, iPhone and iPad use different drivers than other iPods. -
IE Issue - Login button does nothing when accessing at secure URL
I have a user login screen for a customer control panel
located at www.realestate-websites.com that does nothing when you
click on the login button when using IE on SOME computers.
Symptoms:
The computers that are having the
problem get it every time
Other computers running IE work fine
everytime
Different computers with the same
version of IE get different results. Some work, some don't
The problem only occurs when on the
secure URL. Changing the URL to
www.realestate-websites.com/flexCP/bin/main.html solves the
problem, but it not a feasible solution
Forefox and Safari both work fine
everytime
Steps to Recreate the Problem:
Go to
www.realestate-websites.com
Click customer login in the bottom
right of the footer. (this will open the login screen)
Try to login with something. (if you
get a message saying the user/pass was not correct, it is working
correctly. If nothing at all seems to happen, it is broken)
Secure URL:

Non-Secure URL:

I could really use some help on this one. I have new

I launched the URL and got an RTE. can you please check if
this is the reason why you are facing the problem.

I have bought a new ipod touch and when i went to sync my music library on to it only a few songs went over, the ones that didnt had a ! next to them. I had no problem when using my last ipod touch but i was using a pc at the time not a mac though.

My daughter bought a new ipod touch and when synced received the contacts from my iphone. She deleted the ones she didn't want on her ipod and now they are gone from my iphone. I have the cloud and i thought back up on itunes. I have tried to re-sync and no luck. How can I get my contacts back?
Your problem is that she used your icloud ID to connect to icloud and thus had all your data synced to her device. Contacts are not saved in a backup to icloud, since they are stored independently in the Contacts section of icloud. If someone deletes them, they are gone. If you had them on the PC would they be available in some backup you frequently make of the PC?

I just bought the new ipod touch, but when I try to sync it I get told to use the cloud and download from there. How do I sync it to my itunes so that I get all my songs without going through cloud? Otherwise if this isn't possible I am taking this back!

I just got a new ipod 5 and when I plugged in the charging cord that came with it, it says it is not supported, and may not charge. It worked the first few times, but now it won't charge at all.

- Try another cable. Some 5G iPods were shipped with Lightning cable that were either initially defective or failed after short use.
- Try another charging source
- Inspect the dock connector on the iPod for bent or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. The cable as well as the iPod, is covered by the warranty.

Just bought new iPod touch. When I connect to computer to sync it tells me "iTunes could not connect to this iPod touch. Could not send a message to device." Not sure if it is b/c of an older version of iTunes but connecting via wifi sync unacceptable
What version of iTunes is on the computer? You need at least 11.4.

I am trying to sign into icloud on my pc. It will let me enter my username and password but does nothing when I click the arrow to sign in. Also, I can't select the "keep me signed in" box. When I click on either it does nothing.
I would suggest to restore Apple TV again to factory settings.

Just brought a new iPod touch and when I set it up (twice now, after resenting to factory settings) there are grey squares on all screens at the top and the apps over these squares won't open. Any suggestions?
I can't envision what yo are seeing.
If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.
