New issue with existing account. when updating software using creative cloud.
I am trying to update my cc programs indesign . I am prompted for my password . It is correct I type it in and nothing happens . No message comes up. however within the program it says my privileges are not valid. this is a new problem I previously updated my software with one click. what do I do now.

Problems with my curve when updating software
My computer crashed when my curve was updating software and now will not switch on. The red light flashed at the top. On a previous forum post advice was given that suggested that I should attempt to reinstall the software as I had been doing before and that would fix the problem. However when I plug my phone back into my laptop I get a Window's message telling my that Window's does not recognize the device and that it is not working correctly. The Blackberry desktop manager does not connect with the phone either. I have only had this phone for 5 hours, please help me!
1. You have a Curve (what exact model # at Options > About) or a Pearl? You posted in the 81xx Pearl section.
2. What is the OS on the device you were replacing, if you recall?
3. Disconnect the USB cable, Reboot the computer from off, and try it all again.
If still nothing, please post back and let's see what we can do.

Installing lr on a new computer with existing account
I'm having trouble installing LR on to my new computer using my existing account. I can only seem to get the trial. Please help

Update LR5 using Creative Cloud
I had to move LR5 to another computer do to failure.
It reinstalled normally and I used KEY to register it and no problems UNTIL I tried to update to 5.7.
Using CC LR5 says "TRY" instead of "UPDATE". How do I Correct this problem?
I cannot seem to find alternative way to update.Do you have the Photography Plan that includes LR+PS for $10/month (US) or do you have the serial-number-activated LR?

Problem when installing apps using Creative Cloud
I just downloaded the apps on my second computer and Im forced to go into trial mode in order to use the apps (like PS, AI, ID etc. ) even though I have a paid CC mebership. It's like it does not recognize that Im logged in already.

Please check the host file and try to license again.
Windows
Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
Save and close the file.
Mac OS
Log in as an administrator to edit the hosts file in Mac OS.
In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
Type /etc.
Select the hosts file and open it.
Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
Save and close the file.

jhoYour subscription allows for two functioning installations (normally on separate machines, but I imagine you could install the two as you indicate).

I own an iPod Touch 4g. Now i'm planning to buy iPod Touch 5g. Is it possible for me to register the new iPod with existing Apple ID so that i can transfer the apps from my existing account to my new Ipod 5g?
There should definitely be no issue. You can register more than one Apple device with the same Apple ID and get the same apps on both devices without having to pay for the apps again.
Alternatively, if you want all your settings to say the same, do a backup of your old iPod Touch and then whe you receive the new iPod, restore the backup on it and it'll save you the trouble from having to redownload everything.

It was just a hunch that MircoNetFrame was causing the problem. I disabled it as you suggested, and I still have the problem.
I just changed under Tools>Options> General - had checked "ask me every time" under downloads, so instead of asking me, FF saved the download to I know not where. It no longer saves it to the desktop, leaving a duplicate in "my documents".
In windows, I have found unless one knows the entire name of the document, one can never find anything. It isn't listed under recent ''''''__. I can't recall the nomenclature, but the
capability is ridiculous. So, I don't know where that file I just downloaded is!
I downloaded a PDF file, but this happens with all DL's. It was so easy to have them all stacked in one place and I could recall
what I had and when I downloaded it easily.
Do you have any other suggestions other that going back to the old version of FF, which I would rather not do?

I'm working on solaris box recently ugraded to 9.2.0.8 from 9.2.0.7. however i want to downgrade now. I have followed the document 4547809 mentioned. Now the real issue is when i restored the oracle_home (9.2.0.7) and execute sqlplus /nolog here is error message shown
