New Joe Bonamassa album

I recently purchased the new Joe Bonamassa album on iTunes however when I try to copy it to my iPhone 4S it will not copy. I get a message saying the file did not copy because it cannot be played on this iPhone. Does anyone know what is going on?

Trying to get the New Rascal Flatts Album....

I have been trying to get the new Rascal Flatts Album (Unstoppable) using the complete my album feature. I bought the four singles from the countdown to the album thing. When I go to my "Complete My Albums" page, it doesn't show up there. I went to the album main page and clicked "Buy Album." I confirm I wanna buy the album and a pop-up window comes up saying I have bought 4 songs previously that meet the requirements for the "Complete My Album." I click complete my album, but it does NOT download ANYTHING!
I don't want to pay $4 more to get the album. I was told that I could buy it for $7 TODAY using this feature as long as I bought the four singles. I did buy them and I don't really wanna go through and buy them yet again.

Presuming you're using the latest version of iTunes (if not, you might try updating), contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form at the bottom of the Purchase Issues FAQ web page and explain the problem to them.

OH my god SOMEONE PLEASEE help me. I closed itunes so maybe it could work again now it looks like its never downloaded it dissapeared from my library. I went to the album it looks purchased but it doesnt have a download button. So what you basicly did is you made up a problem. You failed to help me. You stole 0,90 and still dont care to answer me back. Not community nor if there is any workers here, themselves. I wanted to support one of my favorite singers and this is what I get in return.

Figured it out.
1. Click on your name in the top right of the iTunes window
2. Click on Account Info.
3. Enter Passsword
4. At the top, it should say Downloads Available, click on the Download button and you're all set

I can't download the new, free U2 album into itunes. HELP!

I keep trying to download the new, free U2 album: "Songs of Innocence" into my Itunes but it keeps saying:
"Your album is already in your library, waiting for you to download". BUT...I can't find it anywhere in my Itunes library!

How exactly are you trying to download it ?
You should be able to download it by going to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and selecting Music on that screen.
Or you can tick the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tick box on the Store tab in Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac) - it should then show in the Music part of your library with a cloud icon against it for downloading (when downloading its digital booklet via this way I get a 'corrupt file' message when trying to open it).

The latest iTunes, iTunes 11 is compatible with XP as long as the XP has allof its updates and it has service pack 3 installed.

Why does the new blake shelton album crash my itunes?

- First try resetting your iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next try deleting the app and redownloading/reinstalling the app.

New issue about Album Art

I sent this e-mail to Apple and was sent back a "follow-up" e-mail a day later that completely disregarded everything I said and didn't answer anything I asked. I figured if I post on this board I could actually get some help since the phone and e-mail already failed. My questions and all of the information are below:
I recently downloaded iTunes 7 and was excited about the new cover art feature. However, I have a problem while using it. I purchased the explicit version of the CD "Fly or Die" by N.E.R.D. at a store and had ripped it to my iTunes library. I wanted to get the proper cover art for the album so I created an iTunes account and then used the "Get Album Artwork" feature for a song on the CD. However, the cover art given to me was not the artwork with the "parental advisory" sign on it. I know this seems like a minor detail, but what bothers me most is that iTunes offers both cover art for the explicit version and the clean version of the CD and even though I have the explicit version I am stuck with the clean version's artwork. What puzzled me even more was the cover art's hue given to me from iTunes looked different from the version that can be seen in the iTunes store. You can notice this if you look at both covers from the iTunes store and then use the "Get Album Work" yourself. I don't know if this is a glitch within the system but I was wondering how I can get the explicit version's cover art now that iTunes offers ALL of their cover art and I had created an iTunes account based on this feature.
I have also noticed difficulty getting the explicit version of an album's cover art for many other CDs I have in my iTunes library. Is there a way to access them because I keep recieving the clean versions even though both should be available. My tracks are even named exactly like the explicit versions in the iTunes store. I hope something can be done about this and would appreciate a response whenever information about these subjects have been figured out.

Allistair Hart: I appreciate your investigation but I don't quite understand your results. Are you saying that you were able to access the "Fly or Die" explicit album art by using the "Get Album Art" feature or were you only talking about viewing it from the iTunes store? The iTunes store by the way DOES have both the explicit and clean versions of the album.
Nathan C: At first I tried searching for the album art based on the information I already had labeled for each track. That didn't work so I set my song information exactly the same as the way iTunes listed it but that didn't work either. Finally I labeled the song with the word "explicit" after it (I tried putting it after the album title, artist, and song title, using several combinations) but that also didn't work.

I recently added a music album to the iTunes store, I need to obtain promocodes that I can send to the press and industry folks so they can hear and review the music. How do I get codes for this? This would be like the cards/codes that you can get from StarBucks for a free download of new music.

How do I do File/New in Photoshop Album Starter?

Problem is that when I open Photoshop Album Starter 3.2 by the icon, it automatically goes into My Catalogue -- and you cannot access File/New in the drop down under File -- so how do I get out of My Catalogue?

thank you Vibha -- I am trying to follow instructions from a company to whom I will send an original artwork image that I scanned. They suggest using Adobe Photoshop, a program in which you can change the color mode to CMYK. The way they say to do this is to go to File, and then New, and then proceed from there, etc, etc to change the color mode. My Catalogue which is the only window that comes up when I click into Photoshop Starter Edition 3.2(the only version of Adobe Photoshop that I have). Do I have to get a more sophisticated version of Adobe Photoshop, or is there a way to get out of My Catalogue. I don't know how to get out of it -- I can't find a button or click or link or option that lets me out of it

I fixed the split albums eventually by selecting all the tracks and clearing each field in turn and reentering data, all but one obstinate album glued together again now
re the artwork, discovered I had caused a problem by altering album titles to make appear chronologically on my ipod, by removing the change temporarily I was able to get itunes to locate some albums. but because it wont do all eventually I found quickest way forward to find pix in google images and paste in manually. by the way, I found out the hard way it pays to check carefully whether itunes has grabbed an album of tracks or a whole artist before executing a group edit - I accidentally selected a dozen albums which got merged and I have spent a whole afternoon returning 250tracks to their rightful place!

Creating new flickr & facebook albums in iOS.

I used to be able to create new flickr sets & facebook albums when uploading from Photos or iPhoto, but that option seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know how to get it back?
The only workaround I can find is to do it via each sites associated apps, but it's quite difficult in the flickr app without going through the whole upload process.
I prefer to upload from iPhoto as it doesn't compress the files as badly plus it also includes the exif info.
I'd appreciate this functionality back because when I'm out on photo shoots I like to upload them to the ipad, do immediate selection, basic post, and upload them straight away to both these sites.

As suggested in the article below, you may need to make sure that you are signed in to your Flickr and Facebook accounts in the settings of your iPhone:

If you are still experiencing this issue, you may need to do some further troubleshooting by deleting the iPhoto app, then re-downloading it. Thanks for being a part of the Apple Support Communities!

I bought a new phone - 2 albums didn't export.

I bought "Pretty Odd." by Panic! at the Disco and "If Music Were Real" by Smosh a while back. I recently got a new phone and all of my music exported over just fine except those two albums. I don't want to re-buy them because I already spent money on them. I also had to get a new e-mail because my iCloud wasn't working right, but that was after the albums didn't go over. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

What do you mean by 'didn't go over' - where didn't they 'go over' from ? If the versions of the albums that you bought are still in the store, and you haven't changed countries since buying them, then do they show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for redownloading ? If they don't show there then check to see if you've hidden them : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases. If the versions of the albums that you bought are no longer in the store then you won't be able to redownload them.
Or if you have them in the Music part of your computer's iTunes library (and they play on your computer e.g. you haven't deleted their music files from your computer) then you should be able to sync them to your phone from there.
For the email address, if you updated the email address on your existing account then that shouldn't have affected any of the account's pas purchase, those items that are still in the store should still be redownloadable.

Everytime I update my ipod - loading new songs - my Album art doesn't show

I don't know if this has been happening to other ppl, but ever since I updated my ipod to newer version of OS4, my album art doesn't show up when it locks to home screen. When I go into music - it shows that the album art is there, but when I lock my ipod, the album art doesn't show up. But when I turn off and on again, it works again. It's just really annoying to always turn off my ipod and on again. And also I've noticed that after updating my ipod (loading new songs) it seems really slow - but when I turn if off and on again - it works normally.
I Don't have lots of songs or movies - I have used a little over half of the space. It's just that these things only happened right after I updated my OS to newer iOS4!
Can either someone make a better iOS4 or something?

Try deleting the songs from your iPod, then in your iTunes library delete the album art and reload the album art back to the songs and put them back on your iPod.
