New Keynotes Won't Download

My daughtor started a powerpoint on the new updated version of keynotes on her iPad. The files transfer perfectly to the laptop so she was going to continue to work on the project at home so that she could add photos and such. When she tried to open the document it said that there was a new update needed in order to open the document. When she continued to the app store it said that the update had already been downloaded. When she went back she still couldn't open her docment and it continues with the same process even now. How do I solve this issue??

As I understand TS is has already started with the new keynote on the iPad. In order to be able to work on both platforms there are two options
a. downgrade on the iPad
b. upgrade on the Mac.
Furthermore when you upgrade on the Mac with Marvericks, the former versions of iWork (with Pages,Numbers,Keynote) will still be on your Mac for use. In the new Keynote you can even export to Keynote 09.
So even if you cannot get used to the new set-up of Keynote, nothing is lost.
I've been working now for a couple of day's with the new keynote satrting with new presentations; it's certainly something to get used to. In my day to day practice I didn't miss sofar functionallity that wouldn't allow me to make great presentations. I notice several complaints on the internet about missing functions, I need to further exploit that, because some things have defiinitly changed.
So far no major step backwords for me.

My new mags won't download even though my subscription is up to date. After 2 weeks of frustration I still am clueless. Can anyone help? I am set to automatic uploads when new mags are available and still nothing. So frustrating when I have paid for them.

Maybe you do not have enough space on iPad.

New itunes won't download on my mac

The new update for itunes won't download on my mac. It says that it is not compatible with my operating system. I just want to put music on my IPHONE 5!!!!!

The new Firefox won't download on my Mac OS 10.5.8; when I downloaded it, there was a circle with a line thru it on top of the Firefox icon.

I am having a similar problem. It did load the song but today it erased them and won't sync any music. The rest of the sync is fine.

IOS7 New Mail Won't Download

Hi,
I recently upgraded my 4s and iPad to IOS7, when I did it stopped downloading messages from my mail server. I have a SmarterMail email server that I get my emails from, however since the update it only checks the messages, but won't display them. I also have a badge icon that says the number of emails I had at the time of upgrading and it hasn't updated since.
I have tried searching for anyone else experiencing this issue but the closest I found was the bug where it sets your emails to unread. I don't have that problem, my problem is that I can't get to my emails at all through the app.
Any ideas on how this is happening? I did not change any of my connection settings prior or after the upgrade as all was working fine prior to that point. The same problem exists on my iPad as well as my iPhone for messages on the SmarterMail server.
I don't want to blame the mail server, as it worked perfectly up until the iOS 7 update.

I managed to get everything working again. Here are the steps I took to correct it.
1. Logged into my webmail
2. Created a new folder
3. Moved all of the emails from my inbox (6000+) into the new folder
4. Re-checked my email on my phone and iPad
Everything then disappeared and my inbox was working again, I sent myself a test message and it appeared on both devices ok. I didn't try to move my emails back into my inbox as I don't need them there, but for me those steps seems to have made it work again. I don't know why, but it's working...

Safari 3.0.3 won't open PDF files in new window & won't download to desktop

When I click on a PDF file at a website Safari opens a new browser window but the window is always blank. The PDF file never appears. When I try to download the file to the desktop (right click) it doesn't download. I've read everything about the PDF problem posted at any relevant forum here. I've tried the Quicktime MIME approach. Didn't work. I've disabled the "open PDF in browser" option in Adobe Reader. Didn't work. I've looked for the Adobe plug-in to relocate. Didn't work. I downloaded Adobe Reader 8. Didn't work. When I make Adobe the default rather than Preview, Safari still doesn't open the PDF files or download them. Is there anyone in the computing world who actually can fix this problem? And why hasn't this recurring problem that has affected so many others been escalated to Apple for resolution???!!!

Installing the newest version of Adobe Reader and restarting Safari fixed this issue for me.

HT5731 New music won't download to Ipod

I have a new computer and a new Ipod. While the library downloaded, any new music I purchase will not transfer to the Ipod. I have authorized the computer and the new music shows up in my library, but it will not transfer. I try selecting Sync, but that doesn't work either. The only way new music will transfer is if I use my old computer, which is ready to quit working at any time. So I need help in getting the new computer to transfer my new purchases to the Ipod.

You can only sync with one computer. If all the synced media like apps and music on on the new computer then
Backup the iPod to the new computer and restore from that backup
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If the synced media is not then:
Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive: Apple Support Communities

New Episode won't download automatically

Ok, what gives? I purchased a season pass for Family Guy. I click "Store" and "Check for purchases" frequently, but there is a new episode that doesn't automatically download.
This isn't the first time this has happened. Does any one have any info on this?

are you sure, you bought the Family Guy "Season Pass" and not "Buy Season". As I think, there sadly is no Season Pass for Family Guy, you can just buy Season 6 up to the current episode.

New iPhone won't download previously purchased book

I received a new iPhone 6 replaced under warranty. I have restored from my iCloud backup. On the previous iPhone I purchased a book on iBooks. I have tried to download this book on to my new iPhone, but nothing happens. I can see the book icon, but when I click on the icon, it shows me a blue bar briefly, then the icon changes back to the way it was. The same thing happens from a different screen. I see the blue bar, then nothing happens. One one screen I see the blue circle with the stop icon inside. Still, nothing happens. I can't delete it. My phone has had a constant WiFi Internet connection for 9 hours now, so I have a hard time believing it is still restoring. Besides, shouldn't the book download when I click on the icon? Any ideas how to download this book?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you are having trouble downloading a book you had purchased. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

If you’re having trouble downloading an item, make sure you can download the item again from iTunes in the Cloud. You might want to sync the content to another device instead.

Mail app - new account won't download all the messages

Hi,
I setup a new email account on Mail and it downloaded 250 of my emails, but then it stops at March 23rd. If I log onto yahoo, all the new emails are there and it was working fine when I was using Thunderbird.
In fact, under mail activity, if I click on get mail it says it's downloading 161 more emails, but it never displays in the inbox. And if I click on the Get Info for that mailbox, it actually shows all my new emails under "Messages on Server".
Is there a way to get the messages to be retrieved under the inbox? I've tried deleting the account and re-adding it, but it keeps stopping at the same date. I've also added two other email accounts and those downloaded fine (also POP accounts).
