New Language and Font Set

Greetings,
Using RoboHelp 7, I need to create a Webhelp file in
"Inuktitut" (a langauge used in parts of Northern Canada). This
language is based on symbols. I downloaded the required font set
which has been installed in the Windows Font Folder.
Will the new font set automatically appear in the font
drop-down list, or do I have to navigate to the new set?

Hi all
Another possibility is to ask if RoboHelp has been restarted.
Sometimes applications will read in the list of fonts or
whatever upon startup. So maybe RoboHelp works like this too. So
before conceding defeat, you may wish to ensure you have restarted
RoboHelp.

Delete the account on your phone. This will not delete any data on her phone or iPad, or data stored in iCloud.

Got new ATV and all set up. It keeps loosing connection with iTunes on laptop and have tried everything suggested in set up guide. It works fine for a while then the iTunes account vanishes from 'computer' menu TV screen. Full Wifi signal on both devices

Sorry, I updated another thread I was a part of but didn't update my own thread.....ughhh!
I updated all of my ATV 2's and 3's to the latest firmware when it was released and have been problem free since. I do believe the major issue of not being able to connect after a period of inactivity has been corrected with the latest ATV firmware.
I can look at my network connection table using "netstat -an" in a CMD window and I do not see the massive number of connections I saw before the update.

How to assign new categories and category set to existing Items

This is on r12.06
We have around 9000 items in MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B and now we have created a new category and category sets in Oracle inventory categories windows.
Is there any standard/seeded API, concurrent program that assigns these new categories to items in item master?

You can load records into the mtl_item_categories_interface and run the "Item Category Assignment Open Interface" concurrent program.
OR you can use the INV_ITEM_CATEGORY_PUB.Create_Category api.

Additional language and character sets in R/3

Our SAP for Retail R/3 system (GUI 470 Basis 620) is about to incorporate some new stores we are opening in the Czech Republic. With English (EN) and German (DE) languages installed, we are able to type, display and save to the database all of the Czech characters apart from two of them. It seems a bit silly to install a whole new language (CZ) for these two characters alone. Is it possible to somehow add an additional character set to SAP that would contain the Czech character set? We are happy for Czech users to log on in English so we don't need to see Czech characters in standard field descriptions in the GUI, but users will want to type these characters into items such as material/article description fields.
Any advice as to the best way to go with this would be greatly appreciated.

CS belong to 1401 code and EN/DE belongs to 1100.. few char-sets might match others might not..
Best practice is to install the language..
You are not know about the future whih CS words that the users might type in.

Is it possible to add new language in General Setting?

I would like to add new language ("Cambodia[Khmer]") in General Setting in SAP and when i select that language, the system auto translate to khmer.
Is it possible to do that? if yes, can u tell me how to do?

Symptom
SAP Business One is currently available in 27 languages. While SAP may continue to increase the number of supported languages over time, it is not feasible to satisfy all possible demands.
Solution
The SAP Business One strategy is to empower its partners to take responsibility for the translation of the user interface (UI) into other languages, as needed.
To support this process we have added a new tool to the Installation and Upgrade package.
The Custom Language Tool (CLT) file 'CLT.zip' is located in the folder 'Packages' in the Installation or Upgrade packages.
It enables partners to:
Define an additional UI language
Generate a UI string source file to be translated into the new target language
Upload the UI string target file in the new language to SAP Business One
Make the new language available to SAP Business One users
For more information, see the 'User Guide - Custom Language Tool.pdf' contained in the package.

for
making own Code-Sets. With AMBASSADOR you maintain your applications-text
contents in a much better way than extmsg-Utility does.

to find the catalog. In Partition Workshop using
Running man, the catalog is copied into the tmp
directory and is accessible like it is distributed.
The distributed Application use:

When you make a distribution the catalog(s) are copied

Did you change the email associated with your Apple ID or create a new Apple ID?
The former simply requires signing out of the iTunes store and back in with the new credentials.
The later is a waste of time as content acquired via iTunes is permanently tied to the Apple ID it was acquired with.

New language and region in Email Definition properties lookups

I want to use Russian language in Email Definition, but I don't see it in Email Definition language property.
How can I install it or make to appear in properties lookup - Russian language and Russia region?

I found out myself.
There are two lookups: "Global.Lookup.Language" and "Global.Lookup.Region". Simply I had to add necessary values "ru" and "RU".

My Ipad was left on a plane - bought a new one and in setting it up, I checkd to set up from a previous Ipad but when it puled up the lastest Icloudata,it would't work as one was 6.1.0 and the other was 6.1.2. Soooo, how do I retrieve data??

I am trying to retrieve what was on a lost Ipad. I THOUGHT when I signed into APple it would just BE there. All my photos, program apps installed and etc but apparently there were not compatible - one was a 6.1.0 and the other was 6.1.2. Soooo, I went ahead and set it up as an New Ipad thinking that once I signed int o Apple, it would all be there I understand they are different serial numbers but thought it would update on this new one.
ANy suggestions - is it possible to get all the purchased music and downloads and aps that I had on the other one I Hope????

The problem is that the new device has a slightly older version of iOS than the device that did the back up. All you have to do is connect to itunes and in the Summary tab, check for the latest version to install. After that you can perform a restore.

Using Other Languages and fonts in Photoshop and Illustrator

I would like to be able to type in romanian as well as english, and do not know how to type using special characters in photoshop and illustrator.
1)How would I go about doing this?
2) How do I upload new fonts to these programs?

Border and font setting for the same cell

I have writen a label in an excel cell using a font that I created (called "wf" - see code below).
I also want to put a left thick border to the same cell.
How can I do that?
ps: I call this function from "main":

Portal language and Browser setting

The language of the portal objects change once i change the language settings in Browser. I want some portal objects to remain in English unchanged and the others to change according to the language selected. What should i do? Where should i change to achieve this? Please help...

A litle late... anyway: You can set something like "forced display language" in any iView's properties.

Will Apple add Irish Gaelic language and font support for iOS Mobile?

Is there any list available for up and coming languages to be supported by iOS Mobile to check on this?
Granted, this is not a common language, but many in Ireland and the United States who do use this language would much appreciate accomodation, if possible.

Apple do not announce such stuff until it is released, and nobody here has any idea what Apple intends to do. If you would like to register your interest with Apple, you may contact them via contacts info at the bottom of this screen.
My personal opinion would be not to hold your breath, although you probably have a better chance than the Cornish. :-)

after an update it doest support russian language any longer.. I need russian and armenian languages .. I dont know for what country mine is made but I live in Armenia now.
