New Layout in MIRO screen

Hi folks!!
I want to change the layout of Item List in MIRO screen, for this I created a screen variant Z_2_6310..., I have also changed the columns position to the required place such as Purchase Order from 5th column to first column and after that I save it.
But when I run MIRO and call my layaout there, instead of my required layout, the old standard layout is appearing.
Please tell me stepwise procedure of changing layout.

Hi,
Go to TC - OMLRLIST put you Transaction Code as - MIRO, Search for a already existing Variant or if you want to create a new one then put the name and click on create button (Make sure program name must be SAPLMR1M and screen no is 6310. Now for the case if you want to craete a new variant then click on create button a new screen will open now and there you will put the description as text and there are check button under required fields against each field with the technical name.
Now click on under required column against each of the field name (Make sure you are clicking on the required field under all the fields you want in you layout).

For MIRO, you can use tcode OLMRLIST, to create screen variant.
OR
For changing any layout of the Screen you have to create a Screen Variant or you can change the Standard Screen Variant (Basic Settings i.e the Standard screen variant. )
Procedure:
1) Use T-Code SHD0 and give the Transaction code : MIRO,
2) Go to the Screen Variant TAB
3) Select the Screen variant from the Possible List of Entries
4) If u want to EDIT the existing screen Just Click on the Change mode
5) It is not recommended to change the Basic Settings you can create with Z<Screen Variant>.
6) Click on create it will open the T-Code MIRO, Just click BACK button or Function Key F3 it will show you fields of the that Screen
7) Select which one you want to make Invincible or Required fields.
8) Save & Activate the Variant.

Error : Object can only be created in SAP Package.
This situation would arise if you are using a diffrent naming convention except "Z' or "Y" .
Use the varient name starting with "Z" or "Y" , then you would see that the error wont crop up .

Modify screen field layout in MIRO - Item level

Dear All,
I would like to know if I can change the field sequence in MIRO transaction at the item level. I want to move the Purchase Order number field next to the item field in MIRO and this needs to be premanent whenever I create a new invoice in MIRO.
This sort of a change is possible in ME21N by creating a new variant through the configuration icon in ME21/22 or 23n at the line item level. I want to know if a similar setting is possible in MIRO, if so please guide me.

Have you tried to carry out the following steps?
1- Transaction OLMRLIST
2- Screenvariant        7_6310
   Programm             SAPLMR1M
   Dynpro               6310
3- Click button 'With Processing'You get transaction MIRO
4- Enter the invoice date and click Enter-Button.
5- In screen 'Confirm Screen Entries' check the 'Adopt column reference'
and 'Adopt column width'. Click 'Exit and Save'
6- Enter 'Save'.
7- Check and activate the screen variants: Click the button 'Check' on
the main screen of Transaction 'OLMRLIST'. Select the screen variants
on coming screen and click 'Adjust and Save'
If after reviewing the above steps you are still having problems
viewing both display variants in MIRO, please take a look at note

I tried to use the OLMRLIST, but doesn't works! I tried all the possibilities!

Alter screen field layout in MIRO - Item level

Dear All,

Tab option for choosing Planned delivery cost in Miro screen

Hi all
I'm a new user in SAP system and I have a question as follows:on Miro screen, I do not see the tab, select Planned delivery cost, I think someone did somthing in system and made it hidden.it displayed above the layout tab, so I want to know how displays it on the screen?

then on item level u can see One option with 3 selection criteria
1) goods/serv item
2) planned delivery cost
3) goods service + planned delivery
please select the 2 option

Create a new layout for VF04

hi all,
how can i create a new layout apart from the standard for VF04 ( maintain billing due list ) , reason being the user does not require all the fields which are on display in the std one.
Hence forth i want to create a new user specific layout.

After executing VF04 create new layout, (settings -> Layout). Hide the columns you do not want to be displayed. If you want to change in the options available in the selection screen to the user then Goto -> Variants -> Save as variant.
After that you create Z-transactions using SE93 and assign these Variant and Layout. Then assign Z-transaction to the users.

Hai Experts,
I am new to BADI. Today one requirement was there to add a field in MIRO screen for costcenter.
As i searched in SDN i got information to use BADI MRM_ITEM_CUSTFIELDS.
Is it right or anyother option is there to create a field.
If it is right please give me detailed steps to create.

Its my mistake in the first reply as i thought it was for MIGO transaction.
Anyways you can use MRM_ITEM_CUSTFIELDS badi for MIRO.
Check the documentation of this badi in SE18.

Authorization object for LAYOUT in Miro

Hello everyone,
Our client requires, that the amount and quantity field should be greyed out in miro
So we have created a new layout through olmrlist.
But how can the other existing layouts authorization be removed.
Please Advice.

However, through shd0, the quantity and amount tabs do not appear where i can set them to be greyed out
when i try through olmrlist, the can get the amount & quantity fielda are greyed out
How now can i make this Layout restricted to particular user -id's only.

Internal order and g/l number trying to give in miro screen

hi experts
i am facing a problem in miro screen. i want to change the internal order and g/l a/c in miro screen. is it possible to change in miro?as i know this internal order and g/l a/c is generally given at the time of po and grn. but my cleint want to change it in miro screen if requeired. can you please suggest me whethere it is possible or not. if possible then how can i configure it?

New Yahoo e-mail screens

I appear to be getting a new Yahoo e-mail screen
Trouble is it seems to be confusing my graphics card in my laptop

I thought I'd replied to the e-mail, though I had to keep switching between inbox and drafts to do that - only to find that the reply I'd composed I'd actually sent to myself. I've ended up fowarding the e-mail to my g-mail account so I can reply to it.

Error while creating a new layout in a report.

I am getting this error message:
Failed to save data.
Error occurred when creating xml data.
when I try to save after I create a new layout in my report.
Is there some common problem with templates that could cause this to happen?
I'll continue to look around for an answer but if anyone would like to see the template and a sample set of XML data so they can help me figure out what the problem is, that would be swell.
-Nevermind. The problem seems to have dissapeared. Apparently the appropriate order of operations is
1: Create new layout.
2: Upload RTF Template

Getting "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" error while creating a new layout

Hi,
I deleted a layout from a level. When I tried to create a new layout with the same technical name, I was getting a run time error.
Name of the error : SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
Exception : CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
I went to ST22 and analyzed the dump. I found that the entries for the layout that I deleted were still present in the following 2 tables:
1) UPP_PARAMT
2) UPP_ELEMT
My questions are:
1) Is there any possibilities that I can retrive the layout that I deleted with the help of the entries present in the above tables?
2) Can I remove the entries from these two tables so that I can create a new layout with the same technical name?
