New Music Tuesday Archive

I know a lot of users like the New Music Tuesday playlist but don't save the playlists or don't realize they update every week. I have gone through the trouble of keeping an archive each week since I first discovered the playlist. Currently I am missing three playlists: I am missing July 29th playlist, October 21st playlist, and October 28th playlist. If you have these in a personal playlist please link them. Also if you have any playlists from before also please link them.

Does it seem like we're not getting new music on Tuesday's any longer? Or is it just me?

I too am completely annoyed that we don't have our New Music Tuesday this week. I eagerly wait and anticipate so much that I sometimes stay up until midnight on Monday just to see what the new exclusives are. Who do we email to ask about this? For chrissake they still have Jamie Cullum up as a pre-order and his album has been out for a full day!
This is only the 2nd time in a year that this has happened, but it is so disappointing.

I can't get into iTunes Store at all, iTunes no longer sends me new music Tuesday updates. What's up with all that?

I can't get into iTunes music store at all. It's just a blank page that says the music store may be busy, check my internet connection. Also I no longer receive information from iTunes on new releases Tuesdays. It's like they're mad and don't want to talk to me anymore.
Hey iTunes what's up with that? Do you want me to buy music from you or not?

I'm having the same problem. I've tried resetting my firewall, checking my anti-virus software program-blocks, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and nothing works. Does anyone know what's going on?

New music tuesday

It is 11:30 pm wednesday. New music comes out on tuesdays. Why isn't all new music available on tuesday as in the retail outlets?

Any idea as to why?
There was a holiday this week. The new music is often delayed a day or two when there is a holiday.

What happened to all of the new music Tuesday releases?

The Just Added section only displays the top 16 releases for every genre. What happened to the rest of the new releases?

Turns out it was something simple. I created a ticket, and got the answer back. I clicked on "my details" under my name in the top right. I then checked and enabled "content editing". Somehow it must have gotten disabled because I was using Muse.

New Music 9-8-2009

iTunes has not updated it's store to show all the latest releases for today, 9-8-09. Is this because of the big event tomorrow? I really would like to see all the new releases now since it is Tuesday.

It's not about the holiday. Monday holidays have not affected new music Tuesdays in the past. This is a glitch with the new version I would guess because I have seen this exact problem at least twice before over the years when the store rolled out new stuff. The programmers have always gone back in and fixed it though after customers brought it to their attention. I have emailed them because I live for the new release list. You should do the same if you want them to fix this.

Hello, Since it seems apple have many problems cause its christmas, they havent do the weekly update. Is there a way to know whats the new albums for this week? I know they hav put the music hidden, but just need to search. Just want to know what shall i search for

Is everyone still not getting the Tuesday new releases for this week (week of 12/27)? It's early Wednesday morning, I've gotten the New Music Tuesday email but it appears that the albums on the Music Store front are from 12/20.

WT* happened to the tab with all of the new music every Tuesday?!

I always looked forward to Tuesdays because I could see all of the new music that was released, with all of the genres all in one place. Why isn't that available anymore?The new store is just confusing and frustrating.

You can transfer the purchases you made on your old iPhone 3 by plugging it in to iTunes and doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases from your IPhone to the iTunes on your computer. This will get music you purchased in iTunes, apps, etc. (e.g., movies).
But for the rest you would need to restore a backup of your newly deceased computer.

Where is the new music?

When new music is added every Tuesday I immediately go to the "Just Added" section of the store which is a list of every album added.
Problem is iTunes never updated the list today. It still is last weeks list.
I wonder who dropped the ball?

New Music Releases by Day?

So, where did the option to view all new music by release day (Tuesday) go in iTunes 9!? I can't find it anywhere.

I also am curious as to how to do this now. This is how I look for new albums as I cannot keep up with all the artists I like, so I scan through this list every Tuesday to see if there are new releases I would like from artists I don't keep up with all the time.

I have music on my ipod that is no longer on my pc. How can I sync new music that is on my pc to my ipod without loosing the music that is currently on the ipod?

I have an iPod Generation 4. I have been using it with my pc Windows 8 iTunes for some time with no problem. Recently I had to do a system restore and reinstall itunes 7. It works great but I lost all of my music in itunes but I still have all of my music on my iPod. When I try to sync new music I have to my ipod itunes tells me it will erase all existing content on my ipod and replace it with the new content. My question is: How can I add my new music without loosing my old music?

Unable to put new music onto my ipod nano

Please, please can someone help me. I am unable to load any new music onto my ipod. When I put the cd into my the computer drive a message comes up "newer version of quick time required. Quick time version 7.0.2. is installed, itunes requires quick time version 7.0.03 or later. Please reinstall itunes.
I have reinstalled itunes - it still comes up with the same message. I have downloaded quick time from the website (windows version with and without itunes) and it still won't let me do anything and comes up with the same error message. After 2 hours of this - I've rather had enough of Apple and what at the moment is a rather defunct piece of equipment!
I would really appreciate any help that can be given. As you might of noticed I'm not a technical person...

New music does not show up on ipod !

HELP! I have had my nano for a year or so and now when I buy new music it shows up on my pc and appears to transfer to my ipod. But when I disconnect the ipod the music is not there!

I have a Ipod touch and recently added new music to my itunes library on my laptop. When I sync with my ipod, the new music does not show up on my ipod even though the sync process seems to be working.
