What new features or changes can we see in Analytics & BI publisher from 11.1.1.6.2 Bp1 and later compared to 11.1.1.6.1 other than the ones mentioned in rittman mead blog.

ya i can understand we wont do the sql logic at the data model part as some time performance issue may come when comparaed to sql run in package and sql running in data model . so i have mostly done using package and i will just do select * from table in the data set of data model so i didn't face any issue's like this .

Brand new internal HDD fails again and again after clean Mavericks install - disc utility from Recovery HD can't repair

My old internal (self installed) Seagate HDD broke down, and couldn't be fixed with disc utility (from install disc). I bought and installed a new hybrid Seagate HDD, and did several clean installs of Mavericks, but the problem keep occurring - on the new HDD, just as it did on the old one.
I can't run Hardware test. Happened both on 10.9.0 and 10.9.1.
Will try to repair with DiscWarrior later.

If both the HDD and the hybrid disk are failing, your problem may be the SATA cable in the main HD bay. You might want to search eBay for Apple part # 922-9751, or if you want a tested cable, pay the higher price from ifixit -> http://www.ifixit.com/Store/Mac/MacBook-Pro-15-Inch-Unibody-Early-2011-Late-2011 -Hard-Drive-Cable/IF161-086.

ITunes on new Macbook Air is slow and laggy after a few minutes. What could be causing this?

I recently updated from PC to a 2013 Macbook Air i5 with an upgraded 8GB of memory and I copied over my iTunes library. However, when I've been using iTunes for a few minutes (specifically after editing the info of one of more songs), it gets very laggy and slow. I then have to quit iTunes and re-open it for it to run smoothly again. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

If your macbook is making that noise being woken from sleep mode, its normal and the noise of the laser tray. in the superdrive resetting, disk or no disk. (ignore the fact the video says 2010 macbook, superdrive makes the same sound).
Is that the noise you are hearing?

Thats a protection sound of the HD heads parking themselves to protect the HD from damage. Are you moving the Macbook at all when you hear the sound?

Loading my NEW ipod with audio, vidio, and games after disguarding the OLD

More to the point I would like to know if there is any way for me to compare what is allready on my ipod with whats on in pc's iTunes library short of leting it auto sinc?
I know I can open two windows in iTunes, one my library and one my ipod but im thinking there must be an easier way, including third party software?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

A new question about the x and y after the addChild

when i addChild an object to the stage the x and y placement
of that object is always diff from the ones people display in
tutorial.
nowhere in their code or mine did i define the x or y yet....
so how is it that there placement of when they add the object
onto the stage is diff then mine???

I agree and did always think its 0,0 ..............
but when i did the tutorial and loaded the movie the card
lets say was like ot the 0,0 ............
BUT the tutorials displays like somewhere i'd say 100,100 or
50,50 ...............eitherway its not like mine at 0,0 ...

In the past 48 hrs, all of a sudden, the New Tab feature on my PC< using Firefox 3.56, simply stopped working. I did not change settings, or download a new version of Firefox. it just stopped working. There are other scenarios where it does still work (for example, if I want to open a link on a web page, I can right click and open the link in a new tab), but if I simply want to have multiple websites open at once on my PC, I am forced to have multiple versions of Firefox open, as my New Tab option seems to be disabled or something. Can you help?

Apple removed blood glucose until further notice. The reason behind this is that it gave a distorted picture in countries where the medical world used other measuring units. I suspect it will be available again in a future update.

It sounds as though you are experiencing an issue with an Apple ID and authorizations. Based on your post, it sounds like you are familiar with the authorizing and deauthorizing process. The Apple ID in question (your wife's email) may be originating from the iPhone you are attempting to update. Is it possible that your wife created an Apple ID or iCloud account which is signed in on that iPhone? If you have performed a sync with the device since you restored this old backup, then don't bother looking for another backup. iTunes writes over the last backup each time you sync. If you were handling contacts in iCloud, you would find them by logging into iCloud. Or you can check settings and iCloud and see if the button it on for Contacts. Otherwise it might have been on the computer, if you had a program that syncs with iTunes and handles contacts, depending on the computer system you use. If Windows, it would be Windows Contacts or Outlook. If a Mac, there is a Mac Address book as well.

Why don't you talk to apple and find out if backup exists? That conversation with apple will stop your guessing.

Have you logged into iCloud on the phone? If not they won't be there, also just to let you know photo stream doesn't keep your photos forever anyway. It will keep up to 1000 photo's after that it will delete the oldest photo there, it will also delete any photo that is 30 days old.
