New order will not download

I just bought adobe X pro as an electronic upgrade and it won't download after clicking on the Order page "download" button, I get an error message.

Leopard is no longer available at the Apple Store but may be available by calling Apple Phone Sales @ 1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753).
If you can't obtain a retail install DVD from Apple, look on eBay or Google the installer part numbers to possibly find at an on-line store. Here's what to look for:

Have restrictions been enabled?
Is it possible that in app purchases have been restricted? Also is it possible that there could be restrictions in place regarding content? Could ratings be in place for the magazines?

I have a new computer and have downloaded some new CD's to my music Library. When synching the new songs will not download even though there is abundant room on the Ipod and the new songs are checked. Could this be a Windows 8 issue?

How is your iPod set up to sync music from your iTunes library? In other words, what options do you have selected/enabled from under your iPod's Music and Summary tabs?

New book will not download

Put used new book but will not download.just shows paused.

I had the same problem and was able to fix it after trying various things. Here's what I did. From my iPad, I went into the iBook store, tapped on my apple ID at the very bottom of the page and signed out. After I logged back in, I purchased the book again. When I did that, I got the message "already purchased, download again?" and hit yes. And it worked. Try it. Hope it works for everyone.

I am able to access the app store, browse and send/receive mail. so my internet connection is fine. Also my ipad works just fine over the same network.
The app is a very small file. (A flashlight app for iphone)

HT1933 New Yorker new sub will not download after 2 days 4G and Wireless

I have never had a problem getting anything to download, but yesterday I downloaded NewYorker app then one month sub and the sub downloaded the cover and table of contents and each page like Talk of the Town has a title but says waiting to download. I use 4g but took to coffee shop to download and use their wireless but did not work.
I have not received a purchase email yet, it is listed as purchased on my Apple Account though. The charge has not come in on my online credit card statement.
I have deleted app now, I don't want to fool with New Yorker if they don't have their act together.
I subscribe through Apple to NYTimes and Economist. Not a problem. I have about 10 other apps that all work just fine and all have downloaded and updated just fine.
Any suggestions.

I pre-ordered Natasha Bedingfield's new album a week or so ago and got the email to download it. When I went to get it, it said that the item was no longer available. I even canceled and tried to buy it again, but now it won't let me pre-order again. How can I get my pre-order?

So I also decided to cancel it and try to preoder the album again and I receive the same message: "The album you tried to buy is no longer available." What should I do...I know that her album comes out today, which means the preorder will be gone soon, but I was really hoping to download the bonus songs...let me know what I should do, and how to get my pre-order back.

my i pod touch is about four years old and i cannot download mos new apps as they require an updated system.can i update my i pod?

thanks for that.i feared that my i pod is now too old(like me) and typically throw away although in perfect order(unlike me).
i will just have to use it with the old apps and as an e mail receiver.

Most of my apps started updating 2 weeks ago, still not finished. And all new ones will not download. Does anyone else have this problem? And how can this be fixed?

If all of that stuff checks out - and iTunes is telling you that the apps have been downloaded to the iPad - try this.
Connect your iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. Right click on your iPad name on the left side of iTunes under devices and select Transfer Purchases from the pop up menu. Then sync with iTunes again. Don't eject the iPad yet. If you still don't see the apps on the iPad - click on the Apps Tab in the iTunes window on the right and see if they show up on any of the iPad screens. If they do - make sure that all of the apps are selected (checked) to sync - (checkmarks in the boxes next to the app names) - check to make sure that the Sync Apps heading is checked and as well and then sync again. You may have to click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes if the apps were not selected to sync.

Brand new iMAC, Mountain Lion installed, dashboard widgets will not download. Webpage times out. Any suggestions?

Just purchased a brand new iMAC and sucessfully performed download and install of Mountain Lion (free upgrade). Discovered that dashboard widgets will not download as webpage times_out in both Safari and Firefox. Already set security to allow downloads from 'anywhere' but with no change. 2nd Gen Ipod will sync with itunes but will not download new song

My Ipod will sync with itunes but will not download newly purchased songs. It is Ipod nano 2nd gen.

If you want to use automatic syncing, you may need to set up or update the iPod's Music sync settings in iTunes. If the new songs are not included in what gets synced to the iPod, they will not sync.
If the sidebar (along left side of window) is hidden, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar. The iPod appears in the sidebar, under DEVICES. Select it there, to show its Summary screen to the right. Toward the top, there is a bar of buttons, starting with Summary. Click on Music next to Summary. This Music screen is where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box for Sync Music, if not already checked. This is the "switch" to enable automatic syncing for songs.
NOTE: If Sync Music is not already checked, that means the iPod is currently set to Manually manage music. Setting up automatic syncing will replace the iPod existing content. If you want to add the new songs manually to the iPod (instead of using automatic syncing), please post back.
If your iTunes library fits on the iPod, you can choose the option to sync Entire music library. Otherwise, choose the option to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Below that, select (checkmark) what you want to sync to the iPod from the lists.
One convenient way to set this up is to first create one or more playlists in your iTunes library, with ALL of the songs you want on the iPod. Or you can use existing playlists. Back on the iPod's Music screen in iTunes, select those playlists under Playlists.
When you click Apply, iTunes syncs the songs in your selection(s) to the iPod (replacing its existing content). Going forward, to update the iPod, you can just update those playlists in your iTunes library (add/remove songs). If you have new songs, add them to a playlist that is synced to the iPod. The iPod does not need to be connected. The next time you connect the iPod (or click Sync if already connected), iTunes automatically updates your iPod with the same changes.
