New OS update

I just tried to download the new update and now I can't get my IPad Air2 to turn on. It keeps going through the update process and then just starts over again.

If it has NEVER been jailbroke, here are some standard repair procedures:
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, read this.

It sounds like your phone is not recognzied in iTunes anymore. I recommend the troubleshooting steps from the article named:

Here is an overview of the troubleshooting to be done:
1. Update iTunes
2. Check the USB cable
3. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
4. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service
5. Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed
6. Check for third-party software conflicts
If the issue persists, try uninstalling iTunes and its associated apps with either of these two articles depending on your operating system version and its associated softwares:

Computer slow and not responding since installation of new iTunes update

Good Morning,
I downloaded the new iTunes update two days ago. As soon as I did it my computer was freezing up and none of my programs would respond. I uninstalled it as my computer was working fine. I did the update again and the same thing happened. So this time I uninstalled iTunes only, not Quick Time and my computer is fine. Is there anyway I can get a link to download the previous version? I can not do a system restore because my compute does not have one for some reason. I have tried that.
Also my computer's CPU usage runs normally at anywhere from 4% to 12%, both times after I did the update, it was running at 100% all the time. I could not shut it off or close any programs.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Many thanks Matt - when I spoke to my son last night he did say the anti-virus programme might be the cause, so he told me how to re-install the old Thunderbird version which worked, and to tick the option which says 'allow me to choose whether to install new versions'. It looks like new firmware update is available for Nokia N95 basic model .
Earlier Version of Firmware was : 30.0.015
Now the latest available Firmware was : 31.0.014
When i connected my N95 to PC using PC-Suite, it notified me about this. But when i searched the internet for change log , i found none. Is it right firmware , why Nokia didn't disclose change log, which it used to do it earlier ???
I will wait for 2 more days for official communication from Nokia....

I had the same problem when i dl-ed a new anti-virus softward, but what I did help me reconnect Firefox again!
Here is what I did,
Go to open firefox browser-->option-->advanced-->network-->settings-->and change it to auto-detect proxy settings for this network!

Apple removed blood glucose until further notice. The reason behind this is that it gave a distorted picture in countries where the medical world used other measuring units. I suspect it will be available again in a future update.

With the new i0s7 update I can't delete the mail in my inbox all at once. I see there is the edit which allows you to mark all and to the right of that is MOVE and TRASH, why when you mark all you can't access these two options?

In the new ios7 update, why can't you mark all your messages in the inbox all at once? The EDIT tab lets you Mark All and off to the right is greyed out "move" and "trash", why can't you Select all and then press TRASH. It only lets you mark them as Flag, or mark as read. This *****!

Per pg 52 of the iOS7 User Manual, what you describe should be possible:
Delete, move, or mark multiple messages. While viewing a list of messages, tap Edit. Select some messages or tap Mark All, then choose an action. If you make a mistake, shake iPhone immediately to undo.

Get error message on my iMac while downloading new IOS5 update

Hi to all
Its very frustrating, since 1 week I'm trying to download the new software update ios5 for my iphone on my IMAC via Itunes.
Always shortly after the download, when the system unpackes the download I get the error message that the software für my Iphone got damaged
during the download (error = 1403)
I also get an error message when I want to download an normal update from apple. For example the new MacOSX Combo Update (see picture below)

I also tried to do the download via my windows pc and got the same error messages, which shows me that the problem cannot be on the IMAC it must have something to do with my network connection.
Can someone pls help me, I already spent 3 hours with apple care but the only thing they told me is to completely re set up my imac again and hope it works but that does not make sense when I get the same error message on my pc.
I already :
- reinstalled lion completley
- reinstalled Itunes completely
- setup a new administrator
- checked with my internet provider whether I have outages
- downloades other software from different providers -> works fine
- restarted my internet modem and infrastructure several times
Only when I try to download something from the apple server I have this problems

It's possible that the hard is starting to fail. Make sure you've got it backed up just in case it stops all together.

After contacting Apple, I received a reply from their engineers:
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
And that did the trick.

New software update for iPod touch 4th generation? PLEASE HELP!!

Ok so here is the problem: I have the iPod touch 4th generation with software version 4.3 (I have had my iPod for about 7 months) and recently within the past week or so I have started experiencing multiple crashes with many different various apps and games. Just random games crashing and then I noticed it happening with the Facebook app and even Safari on my iPod! I had to get off of my iPod and come on the computer to type this message out because Safari would crash every single time I tried to type this on my iPod! So at first I figured it was the apps and games' problems, but then as more and more began to crash, like Facebook and Safari, I figured it is the Apple software version 4.3 acting up. So I was wondering, is Apple working on a new software update for iPod touch 4th gen.? Or is this a rare problem? Is there anyone out there having this same problem? Or anyone at all that can PLEASE help me?! MANY THANKS!

No one would know what Apple is working on, unless they announce, which they very rarely do.
Have you tried the basics from the manual?
restart.
reset.
restore.

Since the new iTunes update 11.3, right after that I couldn't connect my iPod nano 7th G to iTunes. It kept showing me that it couldn't find my ipod, that I had to reinstall iTunes. I did that and still. And now I can't connect my iPhone 5

New iCloud update removed everything and made me get a new password!!

Hey Everyone,
Just a Heads up.
I did go over the past post of these issues before I posted this, I didn't find anyone who had any feed back that wasn't Bullsh*t or is some how my fault for being a long time user of apple and the use of iCloud and iTunes.
So since the new IOS8 update there has been nothing but issues for my iphone5s and IPad Air (WiFi + Cellular) both 64GB. And the fact it needed more space to do the update is upsetting.....What??? (BTW I waited a week after the update to do it and I use only 17.5GB of that 64GB of space on my iPhone and 10GB on my iPad Air).
Aside of that every few months itunes well act up and make re-enter my Payment details and I've had the same information for over two years now.
And when I do Update it, it'll run a no-refundable transaction which is only a $1.00, but if it's the same payment details, why bill me each time?
And to top things off, All my content in Icloud is gone. More so Numbers, Pages, and Keynote items.
This all comes after I updated everything.
I've called apple and each time I did each person I talked with did their best to see how to fix or found out what may have happen, but nothing came of it, aside of them all saying sorry it happened.
Again I did look over past post within the Communities but like I said before there were a lot run around answers and some left me looking at my screen like ***.
If anyone has ran into any one these issues, and found out why or how fix them please let me and everyone else know.
As far as ITunes and iCloud I'm SOL with my now lost content, but for each time there is update or I make a change to my account there is also a shot I may lose my content.
I may have to say good bye to Apple as whole.
I'm sure it's nothing but a bad patch or system issues, but me and a lot of apple users do use iCloud and iTunes more then others.
I just want someone to give a spot on and real answer to these issues.
Any help would be nice.
P.s. I looked over the lasted Terms and User Agreement and it didn't state anything about these issues.

Restore from the backup created when the upgrade took place. This should have been part of the upgrade process.
Did the upgrade actually complete?
Sounds like you simply restored as "new" when you should have been restoring from your backup.

New Security Update - Airport no longer works. Help ?

Hey all
this morning I ran various software updates: itunes, safari and the new security update. From that moment onwards, I cannot access the internet using my MacBook (about a year old, running Mac OS X 10.4.11). I normally use Firefox to access the net, but neither that nor Safari work now.
I know my internet works as I can access it wirelessly using my work laptop and my desktop.
But when I try to access my broadband using my macbook:
a) the "waves" on the airport all remain light-shaded
b) I receive an error message saying " There was an error joining the Airport network 'Zyxel' " (the router is zyxel).
If anyone has any thoughts on how to reset the connnection back to how it was, I'd be EXTREMELY grateful.
