New PC, Old Inactive Serial for CS4

I recently purchased a new PC with Windows 8, and no longer have access to the old one to deactivate Photoshop on it.
I believe the version I was using was CS4, which I couldn't reinstall.
I think my serial number pre-dates the Creative Cloud system and/or my account, so there is no record of the purchase aside from the serial number that doesn't work.
According to the system, my serial number is not eligible for the discounted purchase for owning CS3+.
I know other people have had this problem, and the advice generally consists of 'call customer support', but I cannot get through to an active support line and was told no such support exists for the product and sent me back to this website.
If anyone has an active number to call from Australia that would help, if nobody on the forum helps first that is.

open a cs4 program>click help>deactivate.

HT3275 New macbook, old external drive for time machine

I got a new macbook pro a few weeks ago and set it up using my last backup from time machine. I want to use the same external drive for backups but there is no room. Can I delete all of the old files from the old computer or do I need to keep them?

As long as they're formatted HFS+, yes. Be sure there's enough room, though -- Time Machine needs considerably more room than the data it's backing-up. See #1 in Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions.

New vs old SAP tcodes for BW delta

Dear Experts,
Is there a difference in the generation of BW delta if program for ME22 is used compared to using program for ME22N?
Please clue me in.

I dont think there is difference between these two T-codes.
As both provides same data for your BW reports.

Tina Hadley did you migrate/transfer your applications over to your new Macintosh? If so this could cause problems with your serial number being recognized. Please run the available uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once this is done you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. I was able to get part way through cs4, it showed up in my downloads but never got as far in the process as to ask for serial numbers. I tried with cs2 and I got an error message that some bit of information was incorrect. I currently have both downloaded on two other lap tops I own. One is operational and one is dead. I cannot access the dead one to remove the program. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Adobe is a company... what does "Adobe 10" and "Adobe 7" mean?
If you bought those on disc I don't think they are part of the Cloud
The serial number is usually on a sticker on the disc holder inside the box
If you lost your serial number check https://www.adobe.com/account.html for your registered products
When you figure out what programs you have, you might check the specific forums

Using Time Machine, or any other such program, to transfer Adobe software from one machine to another works probably less than five percent of the time. Uninstall from your new machine. Run the cleaner tool (do a search for Cleaner Tool on this site if you don't know what it is). Then reinstall properly from original media or downloads.

Yes, if you change your Apple ID to your new email address. You don't have to. Under those sort of situations you can speak to Apple about transferring your purchased items to the new Apple ID, and see if they will help you.
You don't lose access to your older purchased items, you simply cannot update or re-download them or, in some cases, use them without providing the old Apple ID and password. All purchased items are permanently tied to the Apple ID used at time of purchase.

I'm writting from a new Apple ID.
Yesterday i set my old iphone 4 for my mother. I own an iphone 5s.
I wanted to update my apps on my iphone and it doesn't want to recognise my password. I'm sure of the password, because I've been using it for ages, and also every few days I use it to update the apps. I tried to reset it, but it doesn't send me the email for resetting.
I created a new apple id with the same email, so I really don't know what to do anymore. I have applications that I payed for so I don't want them to be lost because of it.
And my 5s and ipad are registred to the old apple ID.
I am not able to call the support because I'm from Slovenia and it costs me to much to call.
