New Printout message for Consignment Process
Hello,
I use MRKO for consignment settlement.
However I created a new condition type ZKON by copy of KONS to print out the consignment document.
In message schemas for message MR0003 (Consignment) I created a new line with priority for this new condition type:
1 0 ZKON [Edited by: RMC on Nov 25, 2008 4:01 PM] Consignment
10 0 KON6 Consignment EDI
20 0 KONS Consignment
I created in MRM1 the condition type by vendor and company code.
However when I'm trying to print out the document only standard condition type KONS is available and assigned to my consignment documents. No message for condition ZKON is generated.
Can you help me on this? How can I have the print out for the new condition type?

You need to go to the transaction NACE and compare the set up of the output type not working to the set up of the output type that is working. I recently had this happen and the set up was missing under PROCEDURES-> CONTROL.
Another area to look at is the condition record when you set it up by company code or supplier... make sure the communications screen is set up as well.

reboot DIAdem.Hi punkmonkey,
I'm curious why you compare the results of the "DataLoadHdFile" command with that of the "DataFileImport" command. The former is a time-honored DAT-file-specific command for only reading the header file contents-- NOT the data, and the latter is a brand new DIAdem 9.0 function for loading all sorts of data files-- TDM files included.
If you want to load a DAT file using an OLE command, why don't you try the time-honored "DataLoad" command, which is specifically designed for loading DAT files? The "DataLoadHdFile" command is really only used to do selective loading (specific channels or rows) of part of a DAT file. Do you want to load selectively, or do you want to load all the channels from the DAT file?
When you get the same error with
the "DataLoadHdFile" command, are you executing that command also through OLE automation, or directly in DIAdem? What happens if you try both the "DataLoadHdFile" and the "DataFileImport" commands directly from DIAdem (no OLE)?

You can maintain the same using MN21.
Also check whether the necessary customising is done using Transaction NACE and by selecting application ME.

VL74-No messages for initial processing exist
Hello All,
At the time of executing tcode VL74 i am getting the following message
No messages for initial processing exist
Message no. VN108
Could anyone please let me know what settings I need to maintain for the same, I have maintained the output type determination procedure and also maintained condition records for the same besides assigning output type in the required output procedure.
Kind Regards
Atul Keshav.Hello Atul,
You need to check 2 things:
- In TCode NACE, Application: V6-Handling Units, your output type should be active for Multiple issuing in General Data tab,
- In TCode VL74 overview. the input parameters for processing mode should be 2 - Repeat processing which 1 by default
Thanks & Regards

Dear all,
I would like to print Consignment Note from MR91, but the system issue message - "No message for initial / repeated processing exist", does anyone know how to solve this issue?
Do I miss out any setting in IMG or it is due to program error? My application release (SAP_APPL) is 470.
Thanks.

Output type = KONS
Sort order = 01
Processing mode = 1 or 2

Comany code = xxxxHi LOI ,
At first check whether the condition records are maintained. If it doesn't exist , maintain the same using MRM1 Transaction.
Goto Transaction NACE and Click on Application MR and then o/p types.
Check whether KONS is cofigured properly.

The receive activity in bpel process expects input message "PackManagerRequestMessage" of type "PackHandlerProcessRequestType"
Now on invoking the Bpel process directly by using the console ... the default input to the process looks like this -
<payload xmlns="" xmlns:def="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema/UnpackMessage"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:type="def:PackHandlerProcessRequestType">
<instanceId xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema/UnpackMessage">600</instanceId>
<activityName xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema/UnpackMessage">receive</activityName>
<result xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema/UnpackMessage">ok</result>
</payload>
and the receive activity gets the following as input (as taken from Flow in bpel console)
<ReceiveInput_initiate_InputVariable>
<part name="payload" >
<payload xsi:type="def:PackHandlerProcessRequestType" >
<instanceId>800</instanceId>
<activityName>receive</activityName>
<result/>
</payload>
</part>
</ReceiveInput_initiate_InputVariable>
But when i invoke the same process using a SOAP message which looks like
<?xml version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8"?>
<SOAP:Envelope xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:ns2="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema/UnpackMessage" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema">
<SOAP:Body>
<payload xmlns="" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:type="def:PackHandlerProcessRequestType">
<ns2:instanceId>600</ns2:instanceId>
<ns2:activityName>receive</ns2:activityName>
<ns2:result>OK</ns2:result>
</payload>
</SOAP:Body>
</SOAP:Envelope>
the receive activity now gets the following as input (taken from Flow in bpel console)
<ReceiveInput_initiate_InputVariable>
<part name="payload">
<ns1:instanceId>600</ns1:instanceId>
</part>
</ReceiveInput_initiate_InputVariable>
So i am losing input data. Can someone help me form appropriate SOAP message for this ?
Thanks,
SriniThanks Marc,
The SoapUI is really useful. The SOAP request as generated by the SoapUI for above case is
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:add="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing" xmlns:pack="http://xmlns.oracle.com/PackManager" xmlns:unp="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema/UnpackMessage">
<soapenv:Body>
<pack:initiate>
<payload>
<unp:instanceId>800</unp:instanceId>
<unp:activityName>receive</unp:activityName>
<unp:result/>
</payload>
</pack:initiate>
</soapenv:Body>
</soapenv:Envelope>
and the input received at BPEL was as expected.
Thanks a lot.

No messages for initial processing exist-- GR
i am trying to take print out for GR document
but getting the above said error message
these are the settings which i have already done
assigned user parameter NDR ,
created a condition record for message type wee1 thru MN21,NACE
chcked in the table TNAPR ....for and programe is coming there with output type please suggest
Edited by: Sap: IN on Jun 3, 2009 9:45 AMHi ,
The condition types are linked to procedure under the below path ;
SPRO Materials ManagementInventory Management and Physical InventoryOutput DeterminationMaintain Output Determination Procedures
Did you create a new message type or using the standard one "WE01 " .
As per my understanding Message determination of PO is never assigned to document type .
U only maintain condition records through document type .
Just check whether u were able to enter the message type manually and process the o/p.
If yes , then there might be a problem with ur condition records.

New SSL certificate for M670 process?
Can someone help me with the current process for installing a new certificate on an M670 running 8.1.0-476? Do I still use OPENSSL to generate the private key, and then get the certificate signed and import the certificate via CLI, pem format?
Can I install a SAN certificate? I have one DNS name spam.domain.com for the two (internal and external) SPAM quarantine interfaces and another name mspam.domain.com for the management interface.
Appreciate the input, I only do this every three years and the process has changed the last two times and I find nothing in the documentation.
JasonJason -
You can use a SAN certificate - as long as the machine names are specified and signed off in the cert by your signer.
Had previous saved notes for similar questions in the past --- see if this helps:
For full create and install:
http://tools.cisco.com/squish/39054
Starting with AsyncOS version 7.1 it is possible to generate a self-signing request on the ESA appliance. This can be used as a workaround to create certificates for SMAs.
On an ESA, create a self-signed certificate that will be used for the SMA. This can be done under GUI: Network > Certificates
Detailed description how to generate a certificate can be found within the knowledge base article 1634.
It is important, when creating a certificate, for common name to use the hostname of the SMA (M-Series) and not of the ESA (C-Series), so that the certificate can be properly used. Submit and commit changes.
Use GUI: Network > Certificates > Export Certificates to export certificate.
Give it a file name (e.g. mycert) and password that will be used when converting the certificate. Exported certificate will be in .pfx format. The M-Series only supports .pem format for importing, so this certificate needs to be converted.
To convert certificate from .pfx format to .pem format, please use the following OpenSSL syntax:
openssl pkcs12 -in mycert.pfx -out mycert.pem -nodes
Windows version of OpenSSL can be downloaded from:http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html Make sure Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable is installed first before the OpenSSL Win32.
Versions for Mac, Linux, and other operation systems can be downloaded from http://www.openssl.org/source/
After converting the certificate to the correct format, one should now have available both - the certificate and the corresponding key in .pem format. It is recommended to sign it by a trusted Certification Authority (CA). Cisco doesn't recommend a specific CA, this is up to the choice of the customer.
To have this signed, simply select "Download certificate signing request" in the GUI of the ESA (Network > Certificates >select the corresponding certificate created for the SMA) and submit it to the trusted CA of choice.
The signed certificate or the self-signed certificate, and the key in .pem format, can be imported now in the SMA. To learn how to do it, please use the corresponding Installing Certificates on an IronPort Email Security Appliance.
Let me know!
