New S4 that Reboots / Freezes ????? Any Ideas

Help just got a Galaxy S4 and now the phone freezes when using it and reboots. Mostly happens when i swipe the home screen to unlock to enter device. Any ideas ??? Just got this phone last Thursday. Any suggestions???? FYI My RAM is fine and phone is COMPLETELY STOCK NOT ROOTED AND NOTHING LIKE THAT !

Try going to sony and downloading the latest updates for your laptop, especailly patches for iTunes.
Try uninstalling iTunes AND quicktime in the control panel and then reinstall iTunes with antivirus disabled

Reset all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. Your iPad will reboot on its own. You will have to enter all of the device settings again, but no data will be lost.
I eould not spend a whole lot more time trying to fix this, if the device is really brand new. I would take it back to where you bought it, bring the box, the charger, the cable and your receipt and if they can't get it fixed, return it and get another one.

Many thanks - relieved that it can be done but I am very unconfident that I can do this - is the display driver the display adapter in Vista? Not at all sure how to install new driver from Acer site - Could I use 'Drivers for free' download - I tried to set up an account with them after seeing their free download on CINET but not able to from 'safe mode' and laptop crashes when I try to do anything ( after about a minute ) in ordinary mode. Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
* Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
* Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
* Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Not sure why this happened, but are you syncing calendar events direct with a supported calendar app on your computer?
If not, calendar events are included with your iPhone's backup which is updated by iTunes as the first step during the iTunes sync process. If you haven't synced your iPhone with iTunes since this data went missing, you can try restoring your iPhone with iTunes from your iPhone's backup. Do not sync with iTunes before doing so, and do not update your iPhone's backup before doing so when prompted.

My itunes won't recognise any of the music that is already stored on my computer or let me sync anything to my new ipod nano!! any ideas??

I recently bought a new ipod nano and when i got it home and connected it to my computer I was told my version of i-tunes was not compatable and I had to un-install it and then download it again. After I did this 4 times i eventually managed to get itunes to open on my computer and recognise my new ipod. However after all that hassle my version of itunes now wont recognise any of the music that has already been downloaded onto my computers music files. I have tried copying the music across and also using the add music to the itunes library command and nothing seems to work! I really like the ipod but if i had known that itunes was this difficult to work i would have picked a different type of music player! since i have bought the ipod ive heard nothing but bad things about how difficult and complicated itunes is to work so if anyone has any ideas for how i can fix this problem thatd be great! I get the message "...snow leopard cannot be installed on this computer" then i opened up the optional installs package on the cd and I got the message "Optional Installs must be installed on a system with Mac OS X 10.6 or greater" .......... any ideas?

This issue is blocking my access to iTunes and any other file from my home computer. It keeps on telling me that I have to autorise my computer to pass on files, yet, it seems, for all this to happen, I need to get logged in through the phone's Apple ID. This of course is different to my one on my computer - and I have no password for it.
This phone is not stolen!! I payed still a fair bit for it. Am still in contact with the previous owner. He doesn't know how to fix the problem either.
Would appreciate any suggestion ????

Settings>general>resets>erase all content and settings.
That will put it back to its out of the box state. Set it up with your own apple Id.

Hi - in the app store, I've logged in with no problem, but when I go into my existing purchases and have INSTALL next to everything I've bought, and try to click on them it says;
