New 'Scribble' theme appears to have caused a glitch.

I have a Blackberry Curve 8310. I recently downloaded a them called 'Scribble' from the 'download themes' command on my phone. It's a great theme, very arty, but in the end I wanted to revert to one of the themes that came with my blackberry. However, I am still left with a rather offputting candy striped email background and have lost the ability to 'reply to' or 'forward' emails, though I can still 'send' new emails. I have tried deleting the Scribble theme and removing the battery and restarting but nothing seems to work. Can anyone suggest a way of getting back these invaluable email functions? We run off BB Enterprise Server.

Hi and welcome to the forums!
I suggest your get with your IT department and show them the problems, they may have policies on the BB that don't allow download. Or themes. They will probable resend the service books. I wish we could help more, but your IT dept would know your setup better than we can queues!

Installed new itunes, now appear to have 'lost' my song library

i just downloaded the new itunes to my PC (Vista--64 bit)--a message came up asking me if i wanted to 'delete' itunes or 'repair' it. i chose repair and it appears to have installed.
however all but 23 songs now have "!" next to them and the computer appears to be unable to locate them.
any ideas what happened. should i try to reinstall itunes?
the only place that now holds my 2000 songs is my iphone. do i need to try a 'reverse' sync where the itunes on the computer will receive the library from my phone--or is that a one way stream only?

actually the problem is a little differnt than i first thought. the library is intact but every time i go to 'synch' my ipad which i bought today, then all the '!' appear next to nearly every song and the computer can't locate them. i am able to sych only 23 songs...
if i disconned the ipad, turn off itunes and then turn it back on, I can play all my songs, but the minute i try to synch my ipad, the '!" appear.

My actual (brand new) iPad screen appears to have bubbles after on it after I removed a screen protector. HELP

I just really find it hard to believe that the screen itself has bubbles in to, but we can't see the device. Why don't you take it to an Apple Store and have a genius look at it? Or take it back to Verizon, since they put the screen protector on it.

if you have a laptop just transfer them that way

You didn't get very good advice. Rather than backing up, I would have imported the photos to a computer as described in iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
If you backed up to a computer using iTunes, the backups are stored in a format that is designed only for restoring to another iOS device. You should however be able to extract the photos using 3rd party software such as http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/ibackupextractor/
If the pictures were included in Photo Stream and if they are still there, you could retrieve them using information in iCloud: My Photo Stream FAQ

How did you get your songs onto your iPod Touch?
If purchase directly from iTunes you can download them again.
If your iPod is synced to iTunes on a Windows PC, then, sync your iPod to that computer.
If this is your first Mac, are you migrating from a Windows PC?

It sporatically freezes, but daily at that. I can be using it and suddenly a ghost writer is typing on the keys, jumping screens, apps, opens new internet tabs, very scary. I have retored to new several times, got rid of all apps short if what the unit comes with to see if it was an app creating the prob. I hold down the top and bottom buttons to reboot, ive done everything. I have had iphones, ipods and apple computers for a long time so i am quite familiar with the devices but this has stumped both me and my husband. I google it and so many hits appear with the same complaint....concerned in Charlotte! argh!!!!

I assume that you haven't got a backup copy of them (?). You can copy photos that were originally synced from a computer off the iPad via third-party apps such as Simple Transfer which can copy them off via your wifi network - you can then sync them to your other iPad. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you then copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer.

The people at the Apple store gave me a long, tedious workaround which is open Pages and bring in logo. Export it as a PDF. Open the PDF in Review and then "Save As" a jpg to the desktop and drag and drop into the imovie. Even with this process, the text will sometimes shift. When it works, it looks good, the logo comes up, then the second line fades in under it as part of the build and then the third line completes the graphic. It would something this easy and straight forward would be easy.

I did the work around for the titles/jpg's in this short video.
I'll try your fix on the next one. I have 22 short 3-5 minute videos to produce
and I'm on number 5. This should save me a bunch of time.

I already tried fixing them individually as you suggested,
by going the crop/fit route. However, even then,
the second in the series had always shifted.
The first and the third images lined up, but not number 2..
So I brought in all the images, (1, 2 and 3).
and then the 2nd image again and put it in the third position
in the sequence on the time line. I deleted the "original" 2nd image.
So I had 1, 3, then 2. Then I dragged and dropped the correct number two
into position two and it worked. So what happens is that the
client logo appears, then that stays put and the next line dissolves in
and then the third dissolves in. They are three separate titles, but they
are aligned perfectly so that they build as I dissolve between them.
I think the problem with the edit copy route would be that while
I could edit/copy the logo, I couldn't position text through the
iMovie text function exactly as it only gives you middle or bottom third etc.
Each title with the product name is positioned individually depending on
length and number of lines. By going through Pages, I can position the logo
and the text exactly. Also, some logos are horizontal, while others
are square etc., so text positioning is crucial.Anyhow,
I'll try the global approach for the next one and see how that works.

An install request for a new helper app appeared, I entered my system password to download the app. Since then safari will not open. It just comes up with a safari quit unexpectedly report. I have tried logging on as a Guest but it does the same.

Stupidly I input the password, when I log off I can see the download icon for a split second still running asking to abort or continue. How do I sort this?

Genieo Adware is installed. Removing it will help.
If you have another browser installed, use it.
If not, launch App store and get another browser for temporary use.
Remove it afterwards.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.
Anything else I could try, or am I doomed!

Use the Deauthorize All function documented in that article; while it won't delete your music, you should have a backup of it anyway.
