New Subscription : AFL Live wont accept/save my credit card details
Hi, i am try to subscript to the AFL Live - but the systems does not accept or save my credit card detail.... please help!!!
hi Greg, In the Select a Payment Method i get this warning => You need to complete your payment method selection..i have entered my credit details several time and each time the credit card does get thru .. but the same error messages keep appearing... ps - i have tried IE and Firefox from several PC and also from my mobile.. nothing works... and now there is another issue - i have been charged several $1 from my credit card??please advise - should i call my bank to cancel these tranactions??? please help!!!MikeAA

II want to download films from I the I tunes store. My account there is based on " Italy " as I live in Italy and my credit card has an italian address. But I want to be able to download films in English language, which Apple refuses to acxcept indicating that I have an Italian account . there is no way out of this, seemingly, unless I get myself an English speaking country credit card. Crazy ????
Due to the demands of the content owner, you can purchase only from the iTunes Store in the country in which you reside, and as proof of that residence Apple can accept only credit cards issued in and billed to that country. You can call this "crazy" if you wish, but it's not by Apple's choice.
As to the language of films available, that again is by choice of the content owners. If they won't license movies with English audio tracks or English subtitles, there's nothing the iTunes Store can do.

If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account. -
Please help. Because I wanted to purchase apps on my iPad after I have only used my credit card detail on my iPhone, I was requested to also enter some security code. I cannot recall what it is and now I cannot purchase any apps. I entered anything in the hope that some assistance to choose a new one will pop up but nothing. What can I do?

I am trying to change my credit card details on Itunes as I have moved to NZ and closed down the credit card in Australia. There is $5 left to pay on the card. It will not let me update my address to NZ or put in my new credit card details. HELP!!!!!
It says I have to provide a credit card in the Australia before I can clear my $5 credit card debt and I have now cancelled my card in Australia and don't have another one!
Do you know how I can change my address to NZ and then change my billing to my new credit card in NZ and pay the $5 bill.
Do I have to shut down my account or reapply to Itunes with a new email address and leave this bill outstanding!! Seems crazy........but cant seem to see any other way around it!Click here and request assistance.

I am setting up a new iTunes account and do not have a credit card. When I am setting the new account up it does NOT give me an option of "none" in lieu of an actual credit card. What do I do?
How did you create it ? There are instructions on this page for creating a new account (the instructions won't work with existing existing account) without giving credt card details : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
e.g. if currently logged into an account then log of it, then find a free app in the store, click on its free 'price', and you should then be able to create a new account during the 'buying' process and get 'none' as an option on the payments screen -

Did you get any message from when you attempted to make the purchase? Did you review your credit card details in your iTunes account? Did your crest card expire and you forgot about it? -
