Hi mirela2000!
I have some troubleshooting steps for you that can help you resolve this issue. First, you will want to try just performing a reset on your phone by following the instructions in this article:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If you are still experiencing issues after attempting that troubleshooting step, make sure your Safari settings are set for accepting cookies. More information on this can be found here:

  • Appstore New Terms & Conditions Bug

Hello everyone! I'm trying to get my Appstore to work on my iPhone - when I attempt to update an app, I get the 'before you can proceed you must read & accept the new T&C' window. After I tap OK it proceeds to the landing page, loads up and displays an empty white page without any buttons or text. I cannot do anything from there, nor accept any terms and conditions nor proceed anywhere. I can only close the Appstore and go again. I tried the obvious, restarting the iPhone and such solutions. Is this a known bug or is it happening to me only? I just recently restored my phone and would like a solution that doesn't involve restoring it. The specs are:
    iPhone 4
    iOS 6.1.2

  • Help! App Store will not accept new terms/conditions

Howdy!  I have a MBP early 2011 with 8GB RAM and it has OS X 10.7.5.
It has been working well, but today I note that it will not Download via the App store. I get stuck in an endless loop, where I see a drop down menu saying "Terms and Conditions Have Changed" and when I do the usual thing and accept terms, I sometimes get to the Thank-you page, sometimes back to the sale page, but INVARIABLY the store REFUSES to accept that I accepted terms!
That makes it hard to upgrade!
I have repaired permissions, and repired the disk (didn't need repairs). I have upgraded to 10.7.5, and I have cold rebooted.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

The iTunes and Mac App Store / iCloud problem spontaneously resolved for me as of 21:54 Pacific Standard Time on 9/30/2012.
Someone at Apple was aware of and fixed the problem. Finally.

  • Can't view terms & conditions in app store when trying to update apps

When trying to update my apps, I get a notification that says:
iTunes Terms & Conditions Have Changed
Before you can proceed you must read & accept the new Terms & Conditions
I am given the options "Cancel" and "OK". Upon clicking "OK", however, the Terms & Conditions do not show up. Instead, I am just back at the screen that shows my available updates.
Please note that this issue is different from other issues that say they cannot update apps because of this pop-up; their situation is that the Terms & Conditions show, and they are given an option to accept the Terms & Conditions, but upon doing so and trying to update the apps again, they are prompted with the same message. I am completely unable to view the Terms & Conditions entirely.
This may or may not have to do with another minor issue I'd been experiencing where certain applications do not allow me to switch to or from the application. For example, whenever I receive a text notification pop-up, clicking "View" or "Reply" will simply close the window but it will remain on the window that I am currently on and will not switch to the text messaging app. This also seems to be the case when a notification occurs in the notification center and upon clicking on the notification, nothing happens. This only happens to select applications, not all of them.
I am currently running on iOS 6.1.3 on a 16GB iPhone 5 with Verizon Wireless as my provider.

I agree with you. I have just encountered the exact same problem and it's frustrating. It's a bug.
Opening iTunes didn't solve the issue in my case.
Here's a description of the problem and the solution I found:
    Problem
    1. Opened the App store
    2. Logged into my account
    3. Clicked on the download link for the app in question — was presented with the dialogue that I should accept the terms and conditions etc — and pressed OK.
    4. Nothing happens. Repeated step 3 many times but nothing happened.
    Solution
    1. Quit App store
    2. Launch App store again and repeat step 3 above.
    3. The terms and conditions will appear on the screen for you to accept and you can then proceed with your download/purchase.

  • Terms & Conditions PROBLEM

I have a problem with IOS 7 I think. When I want to download a app says cause Terms & Conditions have changed and I taped ''OK''. I read it but there is no Agree or accept button! I can't accept it because is not an agree buton. There says if you agree please accept but there is NO Agree or Accept BUTON! What can I do?

It doesn't work! I tried to reset the ITunes account and the IOS Device but nothing happens! I tried to download another app but after I write my apple ID and my password says '' iTunes Terms & Conditions Have Changed
Before you can proceed you must read & accept the NEW Terms & Conditions''  ''Cancel'' or ''OK''    I tapped ''OK'' and there says me all the new terms & conditions of 74 pages... I red them but when I was on 74 page is no ACCEPT or Agree BUTTON!!! I will try again to see if it works! THANKS ANYWAY!

  • Just tried to install a new app and was told that I needed to "Agree to new Terms

Just tried to install a new app and was told that I needed to "Agree to new Terms & Conditions".  When I hit OK, it brings me to a blank screen, so I can't accept them.  What am I supposed to do?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
    Apple Mobile Device Support
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
See also HT1925: Removing and Reinstalling iTunes for Windows XP or HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
    and paste into:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

  • ITunes Match new Terms Loop After Agree

So After Installing iOS 6 on my iPad 2 (Model- 2, 4), I've been Using The App Store, more specifically itunes Match to recover my apps from the cloud.. However recently, New Terms & Conditions has been popping up when i try to install any app and everytime I press agree it redirects me to the same terms to agree... like a loop. Any Help Is appreicated!
PS.. I tried to use iTunesForm My Windows 8 Pro Desktop, but it did the same thing, bring me to new terms loop..... (iTunes 10.
** I Also Did A Hard Reboot, Closing The Application from the switcher and reopening it, but it still doesn't work :\

  • App Store Update and Terms & Conditions

I am unable to update my Apps using the App store application.  There are two updates: Garage band and iPhoto.
When I choose to update all or each individually, a prompt appears that says there are new Terms & Conditions for iTunes (...not being updated), I select okay, and read the terms (not really), and check the "I have read" buttton.  But, there's no "okay" or "next", I just get stuck there.  Closing the terms window brings me back to the update page, and the same prompt shows up when I try to update. Clicking to view the "printable version" doesn't help.
I don't use these apps, but I want to sort this out in case there is an important app update in the future.

Sorry, after posting, a related thread appeared under "more like this", the pre-search didn't find it, but it doesn't seem resolved:

Hi, I recently updated to iOS 8.0 on my Ipad mini however when i try to agree to the new terms and conditions i get an error message saying either 'Cannot connect to server' or 'Your session has timed out please try again' what can be done to resolve this problem? Also i cannot download anything from the App store as a result of this.

Can you check the Object Security for the Analysis Menu and Export button and see if it is restricted?
Also, is this a Oracle DB?  IF so, has the following 32 bit Oracle Client components been isntalled:
    Oracle Objects for OLE
    Oracle Data Provider for .NET
    Oracle Providers for ASP.NET

  • How can I e to these new terms and conditions for the App store?  I can't find an "AGREE" or "ACCEPT" option anywhere

I am prompted that I must agree with the new terms and conditions of Itunes before I can download an app but have no place to agree to it or accept it.  Any advise/

Try firing up your computer and accessing iTunes that way and get it to trigger the agree page. Worst case scenario you may need to download a free app to trigger the agree popup.

  • I can not accept the new terms and conditions of iTunes Store.. Why?

Today I wanted to install the application Twetter on my iphone, but the app store is a pop-up window that says that I had to accept the new terms and conditions itunes store ...Now, I have read 58 pages of the contract, but there is no button on the last page of "end" or "accept" only I have the chance to go back through the pages or click cancels. In this moment i can't install new app!! Please help me!
    Thanks

After unsuccessful attempts with "do it on the desktop and sync", I found a duplicate question at: https://discussions.apple.com/message/23011347#23011347
The solution of "turning on cookies" worked for me.  You can always turn the cookies off following the "accept".

    Try these...

Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

    Release the Buttons...

  • Why can I only accept the new terms and conditions and keep getting sent back to agreeing (5 times and still going in circles)

Seems that I can no longer install anything, as every time I get forced to a page to read and accept the new terms and conditions - and no matter if I accept them or not, I only get sent back to read them again.   Another reason my next smartphone will be android based!
