New to the iPad world. Need PDF help!
I have some work related ebooks online that come up on the web page as a PDF. I don't see where I can save the PDF so I can view it later offline, like on a PC. I need to be able to review them when on an airplane or when Internet is not available. Suggestions?
In order to save content on the iPad you need an app that supports that file type - unlike a 'normal' computer the iPad doesn't have a file system, and everything on it has to be associated with an app.
Apps that support PDFs include Apple's iBooks app and the Adobe Reader app. When you have a pdf app installed on your iPad you should be able to tap on the open PDFs in Safari and you should get an 'open in' option which will allow you to save it to your app.

New to the berry world, need some direction
I have just purchased a BB Tour 9630, I'm trying to customize my emails with a signature as one can do in Outlook and many of the online email sites. I found one reference to doing it which said to click on a particular option on the BBDM (5.0) but that option does not appear on my screen.
Can anyone tell me how to do this or if there is some software I can get that will allow me to do it. Also would like to know if DM v5.0 does not include some options that were on the previous versions.

Depending on your email service, you have a few options:
If BES, go to (on the BB):
Homescreen > Messages > BBKey > Options > Email Settings > select your BES Message Service (usually "Desktop")
Then set "Use Auto Signature" to Yes...and fill in the space with what you desire.
If BIS, you have two methods:
1) On the BB, go to the device interface to BIS:
Homescreen > Setup > Email Settings
Click on the appropriate account and the screen display will have a "Signature" section.
2) From a PC/Browser, go to your carriers BIS website:

and log into your BIS account. Similar to the device interface, edit the desired account and modify the Signature section.

I'm new to the MAC world. I turned my computer on from 'sleep' mode, and a window was up stating that the IOS disk was full; asked me to force quit, then it just froze. It's been 2 hours. Help! I'm worried about losing photos/videos of my children. Im not sure if there's something special I need to do once I turn it back on; in the meantime, its still on... which I'm afraid the picture on the screen will burn into the screen. Does that happen on iMac's? Thx!
Try a hard reset. ( holding Power til it restarts)
Once to your desktop. Click the Apple icon >> About this mac >> More info>> Storage
Once you see what you have the most of. Try to see what you can delete.
Open up any folder>>all files>> or buy an external to store more data.
Once deleting make sure you empty your trash.
If you are new and its a new computer, you might need to bring it to a store for further assistence.

• How much free space is there on Your Start-Up Hard Disk ?
If less than 25Gb - then iDVD will get a hard task as iDVD and Mac OS needs this space for it's pref files (can't be easily addressed to other hard disk)
Then
• I do not use "Share to iDVD" - but - "Share to Media Browser" and as Large (not HD or other resolution)
If still problem - then
• Material used in iMovie can be the problem maker eg .mp3 audio and .avi, .wmv/a files etc.

i have a canon hf10 and need to be able to transfer my video from my camera to my computer so I can burn them to dvd is there a step by step process? i'm new 2 the mac world. I tried downloading imovie 7.1.2 but it said, "An eligible iMovie application was not found in the location /Applications." can anyone give me step by step instructions? i would hate to call the geek squad!!!LOL

Sorry, I'm new to the Mac world. I recently got a new IMAC and installed my Epson CX5800F printer and it worked fine. Then a few weeks later I installed Windows7 through Bootcamp and I think it reconfigured a port or something and now I get a communication error and it won't print. Can anyone help me with this problem, and/or help me get the port back the way it was? Thanks, Barry

I downloaded the new os7 on my ipad mini. Now in order to use the Ipad, I need to enter a passcode. I cannot get pass this screen. I did
not set it up to use a passcode. What can I do? I am not too computer savy.I have the same problem. I upgraded to iOS7, entered my usual passcode when prompted in setup, and when I tried to access my iPad after installation was finished it denied my passcode. I can't connect to any internet to erase it or anything because the new iOS hasn't yet been configured to a wifi network, so I can't backup from anything either.
When I connect the iPad to iTunes, it tells me that Find My iPad must be disabled on my iPad before backup or restore can continue - and I can't access anything beyond the lock screen of my iPad at all because it refuses to accept my passcode, so I can't get to Find My iPad. -

My wi if connection Hangs at random and the iPad then needs to be restarted for it to reconnect!

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

I watched all the video tutorials, but I'm not clear on these parts.
1. How to do a fade in / fade out title intro over the moving scene of the video?
2. How to adjust the color to saturate / brighten / darken video scenes?
3. How to make a credits page at end of video?
4. Also, confused because I have only 2 image / audio clips for my very short video. The first video clip has the audio track with one sound graph displayed when enlarged. The second video clip has audio with 2 sound graph images stacked on top of each other saying R and L, right and left. The first audio clip does not have this, does not look like this. This is confusing. I thought both audio clips should look the same. What's up with this? Do I have something duplicated?
5. Is there anyone here from South Orange County, California, USA, who would like to be of help to me via email, phone, Skype?
