New Version Incoterms 2010

Hello,
from January 1 on, a new version ( 2010 ) of Incoterms will replace the existing version 2000. But the old version could still be used. For existing contracts, INCOTERMS 2000 will continue to apply even if performance of the contract will be made in 2011.
New Incoterms are added, ohterones disapear. That is not the problem. But three ( FOB, CFR and CIF ) changes their meaning. So it could be necessary to add the version in each PO. But there is no field 'version' for INCOTERMS in SAP.
How, are you handle this ?

What we can see as an issue for new Incoterms 2010 is that it seems that DAP can replace both DDU and DES.
An important aspect will be the location. Based on it we will be able to tell whether the goods are to be delivered to the destination port or to destination plant.
But at the moment there is no logic as such defined for location field (Incoterms2). First of all it is free text (as you said you have developments to check location masterdata). But even if that is masterdata based, additional logic to calculate freight costs etc. needs to be built based on that change.
That is why I personally find it really strange that they plan to merge different incoterms into one..

Can i get a newer version of bluetooth installed to a macbook in 2010?

I have an older version of the macbook so mine says LMP Version is 0x4, and i need 0x6 to share files on airdrop. Is there anyway i can get a new version of bluetooth or am i not able to share files through airdrop between my iphone 5 and macbook 2010?

I do not know of away to retfit Bluetooth in an older Mac. If it were possible I suspect it would be prohibitively expensive.

SPD 2010 won't overwrite existing workflow but creates a new version instead

When editing then saving and publishing an existing SharePoint Designer workflow a new version of the workflow is created but the previous version is still available in the SharePoint list for a user to select and start manually.
Example: The original workflow is named Email Notes. After editing and publishing there are now two workflows available: Email Notes and Email Notes (1). Future edits increment the number so now we have Email Notes, Email Notes (1), Email Notes (2) and so
on. Any of these workflows can be started. It looks like SPD won’t overwrite the existing workflow. SPD only shows the original Email Notes workflow.
The problem appeared after making the setting change: SharePoint Central Administration > Application Management > General Settings > Workflow settings > Workflow Task Notifications. I selected yes for "Allow external users to participate
in workflow by sending them a copy of the document?"
After noticing the effect it had on editing workflows I reverted to the default "No" but the problem persists.
One wouldn’t think making that change would cause my current problem but I have confirmed the behavior on a test server with images from our live environment.
Has anyone seen or heard of this before? I found one random post on a site where someone else had experienced the same thing.

This is a known behaviour. When you publish the new version of the workflow, the previous version is still available because there might be some workflows executing in lists and libraries on this version. But you can remove the previous versions so that
they are not available for the users to starts. Go to List/Library > Settings > Workflow Settings.
You will see all the previously published versions of the workflow. Here it shows the version of the workflows with Allow, No New Instance or Remove options. By default, previous version workflow should change to "No new instance" so users cannot
start this manually. If this does not happen then this workflow will be available for users to start as in your case. If no instances of previous version are running, then select remove, and click Ok. Hope it clarifies.

How can I get an older iTunes U account enrolled in newer version of iTunes U?

My institution originally signed up for iTunes U in 2010, but due to various reasons, we never went live with our site. We are now ready to proceed, but we need to get enrolled in the newer version of iTunes U. I was directed to go to https://eduapp.apple.com and send a note saying that we wanted our older, private account enrolled in the newer version, but for whatever reason, I cannot log in, despite trying multiple computers and browers. I know my Apple ID and password are correct, as I just logged into this site with them. Is there anyone on here who can help me? The institution is Aiken Technical College.

HT1688 does anyone know how to transfer the existing music from my itunes account that i had with an ipod to my iphone? I had my last download on my laptop which crashed and now we have a new computer. I had to download a new version of itunes.

I had my itunes account on my laptop which has since crashed. I had to buy a new computer and iinstall the new version of itunes. It did not pull up any of my information with music library, etc. Does anyone know how to transfer existing music from my itunes account for my ipod to my iphone?

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was designed for you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchased content.

ITunes settings reset with every new version, and I get: "...the information on the iphone is synced with another user account"

Windows 7 64-bit with MS Outlook 2010. I've seen this now probably 10 times. When I first installed iTunes, I selected:
Preferences -> Devices -> "Prevent iPhonse, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically".
and on my iPhone, I selected:
Info -> Sync Contacts with: Outlook.
Info -> Sync Calendars with: Outlook
Info -> Other -> Sync notes with: Outlook
This works great, and the settings stick. As soon as apple releases any new version (even minor) of iTunes and I install, I immediately receive: "...the information on the iphone is synced with another user account", and have to merge my calendar and contacts, but then once I get into iTunes, I find that ALL of the above settings (prevent syncing, sync calendar, contacts, notes) get reset and are turned off! I am running as a user account with Admin privaleges, but I don't right-click -> "Run as administrator" when I perform the iTunes update.
To reiterate, once I change the settings back, things work normally until the next iTunes update at which it gives me that sync error, and resets my sync options.
Any idea? Thanks!

Is someone else using the PC and iTunes?
Create another user for the PC with your name, and try syncing that way.
This way it wont conflic with the other user.

Thank you very much for your suggestions.
But I am not creating a custom workflow in designer as Laura has mentioned. I am instead trying to create a new Out of the box Approval Workflow and I get the error mentioned above.
As it works in other environment, I tried figuring out the possible differences which can lead to this error.
Today I found one difference which is there are no form Templates within Infopath Configurations in Central Admin. Now I am trying to figure out what makes this form templates to be added to the template gallery.

We are find the <Content-Type> is text/xml and in new environment application/octet-stream;
Is there any way to find the same xml. as previous version.

How to uncheck "Add as a new version to existing files" inside the "Add a document" dialog

I am working on a publishing site collection using the enterprise wiki template. Currently when users want to insert an image inside the rich text editor, they will be prompted with the following:-
And if the user insert a picture that already exists then it will replace the existing one, which might cause the picture to be displayed inside a Wiki page which it does not belong to !!
So is there a way to do any of the following:-
Give the new picture a unique auto generated name?
To un-check the   “Add as a new version to existing files” by default?
Or to always prevent replacing images, as this can cause many conflicts !!
Can anyone advice ?please?

New version of the LabHSM Toolkit for Complex Event-Driven Development is Now Available!

A new version of the unique toolkit is now available for download. As announced earlier, LabHSM makes it possible to easily create and then maintain complex event-driven applications in LabVIEW as a collection of HSM-driven active object VIs using a higher level of abstraction and agile software development methodologies. These active object VIs are created based on a universal Hierarchical State Machine ( HSM or statechart ) template. Therefore, all your code looks similar regardless of its functionality!
So, what’s new in version 1.1?
• "No hands" block diagram modifications! Version 1.1 actually creates, renames, and removes actions on the block diagram as you define, rename, and remove them in the editor! (No, it can't fill in all the details for you, but it can do some, if you think ahead, by replicating similar actions.)
• Two new screens, Events Usage and Actions Usage, (available in licensed copies only) clearly show where (in which state(s)/transition(s)) and how (is it an entry action, exit action or event handling action?) a particular event or action is used. Moreover, if after selecting an instance on the list, the Go To button is pressed, it makes the main screen jump to respective location in the HSM structure. In the case of Actions Usage screen, the respective action is also displayed on the block diagram. Thus, these screens provide two more different cross-sections of the HSM data set and two additional ways to navigate it – now along the Actions and Events dimensions too instead of just the state tree in the first version.
• Version 1.1 can duplicate events or actions, which helps when you've got several that are similar. Changes in the events and actions lists are reflected immediately on the main screen and on the block diagram (which solves the previous problem of deleting a renamed event or action when it's still in use).
• The Events and Actions List Editors are no longer modal and neither are the Events and Actions Usage screens, so you can have all the panels and the block diagram visible and move freely among them as you build your HSM (a good argument for an even larger monitor).
• When you save an HSM file, version 1.1 automatically adds the .hsm extension if you leave it out and it remembers the last directory you used.
• The Loaded VIs utility now can open and close block diagrams (if they are not protected with a password) and display only VIs with modal front panels, if desired—useful for quickly finding and closing accidentally opened (e.g., from the hierarchy window) modal VIs. Make a modal version of this utility and keep it on the Desktop for this purpose.
• A new example of a simple hierarchical state machine and two more excellent tutorials from Paul F. Sullivan (SULLutions.com) are included into the package. The tutorials are also available online. The overview article has also been extended.

I am not really sure if Azure support this but its worth to make your configuration file to support .NET 4.0
$PShome\PowerShell_ISE.CONFIG and $PSHOME\PowerShell.exe.config will be not existing.
So you can make an entry in configuration to support .NET framework 4.0
like shown below

I am able to 'create a new version from original' but when I try to export the original, I only get a .jpg with the XMP file. The original is obviously there but why can't I access it please?

In Aperture 3 when I right click on an image I am able to 'create new version from original' which suggests that the original is there. When I try to export the original I only get a .jpg with the XMP file. These particular images are from 2010, has the RAW file become disconnected somehow? Please, how do I get access to the RAW file for editing in Ps? Thank you. Thomasrevil.

Sorry leonie, 'Use RAW as Original' is not an option for the image shot with the Canon.
Then your Import settings must have been different, when you imported the Canon photos.
You can check, if there is still a hidden raw file somewhere. If the image has been imported as a pair, you should see the "J" badge in Browser and Viewer, if you enable badge overlays. This indicates a pair, with the jpeg as original.
Select one of those images, and then relocate the original files "File > Relocate original" to a folder, where you can inspect it. Use "File > Show in Finder" after ward. Look, don't touch .
Then put it back, using "File > Consolidate".
Do you see your raw files in the folder, or is only a jpeg there?

Sond problems on new Mac Pros (2010)??? Buying new tower advice.

Hi all!!!
Has any one here have sound problems with the new Mac Pros (2010)??? I hear they
still have sound "pops" or something like that as with the 2009 MP. I'm looking
to buy a new MP since my G5 tower just died today (RIP) so need a new tower but need
to know if this sound issue is still there. BTW any advice on what I should buy for my next tower
would be welcomed too!!! I have a 2.5mhz LC G5 and I basically work with Photoshop, iMovie, Final
cut Express and almost every thing else and games too. I herd that the single 6 core (3.33mhz) is
a wise choice compared to a 12 core. Can I still use my 10.5 OSX (PPC) on the new Tower and then
update it to 10.6? Will be getting 12gigs of ram from OWC, NOT paying $1000+ to get 12 gigs from
Apple. Can I still use my 1.5GB/s(speed) hard drives? I know that the Mac Pros uses the 3Gb/s HD if
so I could fill the Mac Pro with my 2 G5's HD.

Why would Apple continue offering that vid card in the store as an option and still talk about
it in the Mac section of it's web site???? Are you sure it's not the PC version of the 5870? I didn't
read any info on the net about it (AppleInsider, MacRumours etc...) I've just made a search on Yahoo
and Google and it says that it affects the 5770 too and what I could read it's PC related here's the
