New windows 8 laptop and 4S sync

Need help . . .
Have been using my Windows 7 notebook to sync and backup the 4S along with the cloud service.
Copied the photo, apps, contact, and music to the new laptop with the Windows 8.
The issue that I have is that the device recognizes the old laptop as a valid source to sync the photo, books, and tones.
I deauthorized and signed off from the old laptop but the device still recognizes the old laptop as well as the new laptop. The device recognizes the new laptop for app sync only.
I have one Apple ID while each ID is being used for the new and old laptop.
My goal is to transition to the new laptop and use the new laptop as the valid and exclusive source for device sync.
Need help on how to get there . . .
Appreciate the timely feedback (have been figuring this out for the last two days).

Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the content provider changes their site to conform to the new development approach required by modern versions of IE.
You can try to work around these issues by using Compatibility View:

If that is too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a preferable alternative.

When I try it crashes Outlook. iTunes continues to try to sync, but when it finishes my Calendar and Contents are empty (ERASED!). I have de-installed and re-installed iTunes (according to Apple's instructions), repaired Office 2013 and Outlook, scanned for viruses (etc), cleaned out temp folders, defragmented, etc., etc., etc. Has anyone seen this before, and does anyone know houw to fix it? (HELP!)

I am trying to switch over my work computer from a windows 7 laptop to a new windows 8 laptop so far I have not been able to connect to the VPN on windows 8. The windows 7 connects without an issue and is still connected. The same for my softphone using
the same settings it connects on windows 7 but says account failed to enable on windows 8. I am only using windows defender as I uninstalled the anti virus software that came pre-installed.
Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated!

Error 800: Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be un-reachable, or security parameters may not be configured properly for this connection.
Please temporarily disable Windows firewall and Windows defender to check if that helps.

If they are photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll, then delete them from photo stream. That will delete them from photo stream in iCloud and on any other devices/computers. Of couse it won't delete them if they have already been moved out of the photo stream album download folder on the work computer.
Then change your iCloud password so the old work computer no longer has access to your iCloud data or photo stream. See http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617.
