Newbie Needs Good DW Glossary

Question

I'm looking for a very basic on-line glossary of terms used
in DW. I'd like the terms defined with layman language, not using
other misunderstood terms which defeats the purpose of a
definition. I'd also prefer that the words be defined in terms of
their function so I know how the item fits into other items, ie
"Shotgun: a rifle which shoots a spray of small pellets (shot)
often used in hunting wild fowl." If I was new to hunting I'd know
the purpose of the rifle as well as what it is (OH, I see, hard to
hit a moving target with a single bullet!), and how that rifle
might fit into my hunting gun collection. If anyone knows of a good
glossary please let me know. Thank you!!!

terms you
are not familiar with....
