Newest Firefox will not allow my Lotus Notes to fully load

Previous Firefox allowed me to easily access my work Lotus Notes at home.
Installed newest Firefox: Lotus Notes partially loads (I get all of the tool bars, etc) but none of my email content loads (the portion of LN that shows emails is empty).
Error window says:
A Domino Web Access script error has occurred that might result in missing data within the current page. If your current operation did not complete, click OK, and then refresh your browser display.

But when I do OK/refresh nothing new happens.

I personally verified ant it is really working. It is sufficient to install the '''Remote XUL manager''' in a very simple way:
1) Install the addon: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/remote-xul-manager/]
2) Open the config dialog of the addon and insert the name of the domain that you want to allow (for example in my case it was the first part of the web adress of my job, where I am forced to use Lotusnotes)
Then everything works fine as before with Firefox 3.6.
I am not an expert but I understand that Firefox doesn't want to support anymore XUL because of safety concerns, this is the reason why you are supposed to make a whitelist of domains allowed.

Dear Expert,
I am using SAP 9.0 PL 09 , its upgraded from 8.82. Now my problem is while updating the Sales quotation and sales order only particular series name it getting the following error with effect from 2009 to till date sales quotations and sales order. I have multiple series name.
"Country of origin not valid; country of origin is not allowed or does not exist"
i have some addon but if i stop and proceed also the same problem comming. Can any one help me it will be good.

Symptom
It is not possible to add or update marketing documents if an item has a value in the Country of Origin field. The application displays the following error message: "Country of origin not valid; country of origin is not allowed or does not exist".
Reproducing the issue
Prerequisites:
Your company database is not in the Russia localization or you have not enabled the Intrastat feature that is relevant to EU countries only.
Scenario:
1. Create or update an item using the DI API. Specify a value for in the Country of Origin field. (Note that this field is not visible in the application).
2. Try to create a marketing document (that is, an invoice using this item).
Actual behavior:
The document cannot be added and the application displays the following error message "Country of origin not valid; country of origin is not allowed or does not exist".

The document can be added.

WORKAROUND:
Update the affected items using the DI API as follows:
1. Run the following query to identify the affected items:
select CountryOrg, * from oitm where CountryOrg is not null
2. In the Country of Origin field, set a blank value.
SAP intends to provide a patch or patches in order to solve the problem described. The section Reference to Related Notes below will list the specific patches once they become available.
The corresponding Info file of the patches in SAP Service Marketplace will also show the SAP Note number. Be aware that these references can only be set at patch release date.
SAP will deliver patches only for selected releases at its own discretion, based on the business impact and the complexity of the implementation.

Email Notifications for Collaboration Tasks are Not going to Lotus Notes

Hello Everyone,
Email Notifications for the Tasks in Collaboration are not going to Lotus Notes. We are working on EP 7.0 SP14 with external ITS and backend r/3 4.7.
I performed all the configuration activities that are suggested in the below wiki:

But after restarting our Portal Server the Email Notifications for Collaboration Tasks are not coming.
Could any one please suggest that we need to do any other configurations.Thank you.

Firefox 4 is not supporting IBM Lotus Notes, previous versions did. Any solutions?

My emails on IBM Lotus Notes do not show up in version 4. They did in the previous versions of Firefox.

I have same problem. I have switched to Seamonkey specifically for access to Lotus Notes (Version 7 at my employer), as this also allows access via Win 7 (as well as XP), whereas IE and Firefox do not. It is simpler for me, as our I.S. service will not release server information. While not as advanced as Firefox, Seamonkey is nonetheless very usable and shares a number of Mozilla add-ons.

Acrobat not Appearing in Lotus Notes

According to the doco I have found an Acrobat toolbar should appear in Lotus notes. Ive tried everything (?) without success to get the toolbar to appear.
The Acrobat printer is installed. It will convert Lotus email to PDF files but it will not add an attachment, it produces a graphic image for the file attachment only.
I really need the option that allows you to convert mail folders to a PDF file.
All help appreciated.

Sync : Changes in phone do not appear in Lotus Not...

Hi everyone,
I've been fighting with my N73, PC suite and Lotus Note 6.5 for quite some time with this problem...
When I sync, it doesn't synch from my phone to my computer although the option for cross sync is checked in the options !
When I sync and if I made some changes in my phone calendar, I see the phone "sending" the new events or updates to the PC but it doesn't appear in Lotus Note.
I've checked all the options, I have the new version of PC Suite, I've phone nokia (I knew more than the guy I had on the phone...) but so far no luck.
Do any of you guys have an idea?

What you are seeing is "normal", and has been complained about many times on here.
For some unknown reason, if you click your phone in iSync, Apple has provided a "Put events created on phone into [calendar]" pop-up option, but not a "Put contacts created on phone into [group]" pop-up option.
Therefore, it is not possible to tell iSync which group to add new Contacts to, and so it just adds them to the 'All' group.
This has been the case for ever, and has never been changed in any of the iSync updates, and appears it still hasn't been changed in the forthcoming Mac OS X 10.5.
I'm not sure whether it will do any good, but try telling Apple about this on their iSync Feedback page:

After installing Adobe Acrobat XI, PDMaker does not appear in Lotus Notes 9

Hi
We have installed Lotus Notes 9 onto our PC (Multi User Installed) followed by Adobe Acrobat XI Standard.
We are unable to get the PDFMaker on the Lotus Notes toolbar anymore.
We are running Windows 7 Pro 64 bits
Our system have got 8GB of Ram.
Onboard Graphic etc
Did anyone have got this similar experienced? If you got a solution, may I know how you go about resolving it?

Anyway: It seems that Lotus Notes 9 is not compatible with any version of the PDFMaker plugin. At least that's what I gather from this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/compatible-web-browsers-pdfmaker-applications.html

Drag and drop not working in Lotus Notes

Since installing 10.8.2 I cannot drag items from my desktop into an email message in Lotus Notes, nor can I drag items from Lotus Notes to my desktop. It worked before updating to 10.8.2 so it has to be something in the new update.

Does anybody have any ideas?
I've updated to the new version of iTunes since I originally posted this,
but the drag and drop feature is still not working. This is making it
impossible for me to update anything on my iPod.

Hyperlink in Smartforms not vworking in Lotus Notes

Hi,
I want to add a hyperlink (e-mail address), in smartforms that get triggerred through Action Profiles. I am facing a problem where in the smartform is opened in Lotus Notes.
While opening the e-mail in Lotus Notes and placing the cursor on the e-mail field in the smart form, it does not provide the hyperlink kind functionality.

Thank you Abhilash. Yes I tried those. This is what i did:
1. Created a text element in the smartforms with text 'MY URL'. Using the 'Insert URL' button (in the extreme right of the list of buttons) assigned hyperlink to it. The word changed to underline and in blue colour.
2. I called function module HR_RCF_SF_URL_PREPARE_CALLBACK, in smartform. Also i tried calling in the report.
3. Assigned the function module HR_RCF_SF_URL_CALLBACK in the URLCALL field of the FM that is calling the SF.
Please let me know if i missed any steps.

"Submit by Email" Not Working in Lotus Notes

One of two things happens when the email recipient of my LiveCycle PDF form clicks "Submit by Email":
1) The user gets prompted to specify "Submit by Desktop Email Application" or "Internet Email"
The form instantly reappears in the person's own mailbox, which they can then forward to the correct recipient, who receives it as formmail
or
2) The user gets prompted to specify "Submit by Desktop Email Application" or "Internet Email"
The form instantly disappears and never reappears, in the sender's email or anywhere else.
Any help / advice / commisserating comments greatly appreciated!

Stationery: not WYSIWYG in Lotus Notes

Love Stationery!
But when I send to a Lotus Notes recipient, the pictures are missing and everything is scrambled. (I thought Stationery used HTML, which is viewable by all.)
Is it me? Something I can fix?
Or is it the recipient?

Most likely either Lotus Notes or the recipient's email program not configured for HTML mail. Lotus Notes may be guilty of modifying HTML mail. Check it's documentation and/or the Lotus forums. It's not an Apple product so there is no support here for it.

E71 - "Room" not synchronized with Lotus Notes

Synchronizing E71 and Lotus Notes works well but not all fields are synchronized. Lotus Notes has two fields for meeting locations.
"Location" - for manual entries (typically not used)
"Room" - the meeting room is inserted in this field when using the automatic meeting room reservation tool (the most often used option).
The problem is that E71 only synchronizes "Location" but not "Room" meaning that you don't know where over 90% of the meetings take place. Due to this the calendar loses it's value.
Does anybody know how to resolve this?

"I regret that not all phones are compatible to sync all features or fields with all versions of personal information managers, such as Lotus Notes v7.0.2. There are no settings to adjust in PC Suite or on your Nokia E71x to make the room number sync.
There is not a way for Nokia PC Suite to determine what source your calendar entries came from. However, I have forwarded your suggestion to the appropriate department for review.

Make sure that everyone that has this same issue contacts them as well. It's evidentally an enhancement they need to make...not a repair.

Firefox will work fine, then for no reason stop loading websites.

I'll be having a great time on Firefox when out of nowhere it will stop loading websites - it won't give me an error message, it will just saying 'connecting' and spin forever. This can happen at any time and is beginning to get really frustrating - sometimes I will go an hour without it happening, sometimes 30 seconds. I'm currently typing this on Internet Explorer, whilst Firefox refuses to open a webpage in the background.
Whenever this happens, I'll have to exit Firefox. This would be fine, although reopening Firefox will then give me a 'Firefox is already running, but not responding' error, followed by the now classic 'Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded, it is missing or inaccessible.' Trying to close it with the Task Manager doesn't seem to work - even when using it with administrative privileges it will not disappear. Right-clicking and selecting 'go to Detail' and trying to close it from there just gives me an 'Access Denied' error. Earlier today, after restarting the computer, Firefox gave me this message before I had even opened it, yet other times it works fire and loads my profile perfectly.
Is there a way to deal with this problem? I've tried creating a new profile, I've tried refreshing Firefox and I've tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling. This happens with or without add-ons installed and is driving me crazy. I have used Firefox for years so have a large selection of bookmarks and passwords that I don't want to lose. Currently running this on a fairly up-to-date laptop with Windows 8 installed.

I was having this same exact problem for the last week. It started happening after Firefox updated. I tried a few different things that didn't help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling which didn't help either. I finally fixed the problem tonight.
Here are the steps I took to fix it. Make sure you are logged into sync and hit the sync button to update it. This will save your bookmarks and user settings.
If you want to be able to restore your current session go into your main drive and click users, your user name, AppData, Roaming, Mozilla, Firefox, Profiles, open that folder and copy sessionstore-backups and save it to your desktop or somewhere you can remember.
After you have done that uninstall Firefox. Now restart your computer into Safe Mode.
Go into your main drive usually C on most computers and click users, your user name, AppData, Roaming. Click the Mozilla folder and delete it. Now hit the back button and click on Local. Find the Mozilla folder in there and delete it too.
You can now restart your computer and install a fresh copy of Firefox. Once it is installed you can log into sync and it will restore all your settings and bookmarks.
If you want to restore your previous session close Firefox and make your way back to AppData, Roaming, Mozilla, Firefox, Profiles, open the new profiles folder (Example: abcd1234.default) and paste the folder you saved called sessionstore-backups in there.
You can now open Firefox and all your tabs will be there, and after a few mins all your settings and bookmarks will be restored by sync. You shouldn't have any more problems following this method. The pages no longer stop loading and it closes like it is supposed to.

Firefox will state that it is not responding

I use Kinnser web page to do my nursing notes on line, but when I am changing from page either back or going forward within the Kinnser page, at upper left on my lap top it will state Firefox not responding for about 10-14 seconds then it will change to the page that I want. Thanks
