Newest iCal for U.S Holidays INCLUDES non-US holidays, how can I simply get JUST U.S ?

The newest US Holidays app ( I didn't do it.....must have been with the latest OS upgrade ) includes Non- US holidays....which I prefer NOT to have. How do I delete those I don't want...or how do I simply get the app for JUST the U.S

I know that activating your phone is important, JL99. I'm sorry to advise that SIM cards are not able to be activated when outside of our coverage area. Initial activation would need to be preformed within the United States. I apologize for the inconvenience caused in this.

Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

As I said, the backup that iTunes makes does not include apps (and music) if those items where not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you restored they will not be on the iPod.

Requirements for iPhone 5:
Syncing with iTunes on a Mac or PC requires:
Mac: OS X v10.6.8 or later
PC: Windows 7; Windows Vista; or Windows XP Home or Professional with Service Pack 3 or later
iTunes 10.7 or later
The highest version of iTunes you can install is 10.6.3 which will not sync with the iPhone 5.

You should be able to see two different tabs when setting up the email if you go to Other > Add Mail Account. Once you enter in the email address and password, you should be at the next screen to provide more details about the email as far as incoming and outgoing servers and at the top there will be a blue section to add it in as a POP or IMAP email account. Check out the article below for further troubleshooting and emails setup options.

BTW the platform swap is for current version of Adobe software only, if you have older version then you may have to look for Cross-platform upgrade.

If anyone in your household has an Apple ID, try authorizing the computer with their Apple ID and attempt to sync. I don't know that you can purchase in one country and use it in another. Try contactoing Adobe support thru chat:

Actually, this can be done without merging Apple IDs, as I found just by trying this out: I went into the support profile for the Apple ID that had only my Mac listed. I then chose to disassociate the Mac from that Apple ID. I signed out and signed in using my other Apple ID (the one with all my other Apple devices). I chose to add/register a new device, entered my Mac's serial number, and now it is associated with all my other Apple devices under a single Apple ID. No merger of Apple IDs required.
