Can anyone tell me when the newest patch for cod5 waw dd(1.6) will be available for download?

If you buy from best buys download it comes from Digital Rivers which is crap bcuz it takes forever to get the patch or they dont even have all the patches on the site. For instance my sp version is different from my Mp version when they should both b the same. the page that is suppose to have the patches doent even come up any more unless the url has change I havent been able to find it as yet.And if you try to contact DR they ignore your request like you never sent it I have tried this several times with no luck.
Best buy stop using DR goto someone else more reliable when it comes to your downloadable games. I will never buy a game from BB again till they change who they use.

Note that the current version of Call of Duty World at War: Zombies does not work on the new iOS 4.2.1 - it crashes each time. This is due to the intro video. I have a support call logged with Activision on this but they don't seem to be to bothered hence why I will ask for a refund and not bother with their products going forward.

soo i got a macbookpro 4 with the 8600mt 512 with 2 gigs of ram i was just wondering if any 1 has played the new call of duty world at war game and gets any good framerate i know i don't i get like 30 fps any tips or ideas?

I havent played World at War, but I do play alot of Call of Duty 4 online and in game, I havent experienced any issues and would say the graphics on my Nvidia 9600 256mb are sweet.

WRT54GS .. Call of Duty World at War..enabling port forward

Now i could do with a bit of help here, i contacted the technical support team. I was given the numbers 28960 to enter into the start and end of my port range forward. there was nothing to put in the application column just tick the enable box. But this still did not allow me to play my Call of Duty WaW online. i also changed my ip which caused my whole internet to go down so i had to put the router back to factory setting.Now this morning i had a email which gave me the firmware update ...still no joy ....Also the game does say that they recommend not to use routers, but if you do enable port forwarding.. so now i shall get back to linksys live chat and start again ... If anyone has any idea i would love to here from you ...Many Thanks in Advance

First check if you can play the game when directly connected to the modem. If it works then some ports needs to be opened the router. Get the port information and then open them, for a test purpose enable the DMZ on router and check if it works.

Also haven't received Dragon Age Inquisition yet, but it has yet to be 20 days. I miss having a separate rewards site to keep track of all this as it was much easier than the present format. The way orders and point searching is integrated is not very clear.

Xbox controller for Call of Duty 4

Hello Guys, I have been playing call of duty 4 on my mac for a while. I am considering buying a xbox controller to play with. While I have played xbox before I definatly need practice to become good at it. On the other hand I do quite well with mouse and keys. Is the xbox controller going to give me better performance than mouse and keys? Or is it even worth my time. Thanks!

HELP- Windowed mode for call of duty 4

I've just brought call of duty 4 for my imac i5.
Does anyone know how i can play this in a windowed mode so i can still do other things on my desktop at the same time.
i've tried the command-d like someone else suggested and that doesn't work.

Missing DLC for Call of Duty Advance Warfare

I bought Call of Duty Advance Warfare today but did not get the free DLC, the rep asked my email for the DLC but when it rang up it showed 4.99 for the DLC . I was not sure what the 4.99 charge was but appears that it was for the free DLC.

Hi Scott,
You will need a valid CCO account (which I guess you've already got). Then just go to the support section on the Cisco website, choose "download software", then just specify your CCM version etc. and you will see all the patches available.
Cisco guarantees that they will release any critical operating system patch within 24 hours of the Microsoft announcement. Noncritical patches are rolled up into a monthly update.

WRT160N V1 Open Nat on 3 Xbox 360(s) Possible for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2?

I'm using the Motorolla SB5101 connected to Cable at about 25 Mbps.

So you need to Open NAT on all your 3 XBOX's. Well i don't think its possible, never tried to make the NAT open on 3 XBOX. Yes but 2 XBOX can work with your Router and the NAT will be open on your Router.
Open an Internet Explorer browser page on your wired computer(desktop).In the address bar type - 192.168.1.1 and press Enter... Leave Username blank & in Password use admin in lower case...
On the set-up tab change the MTU Size to 1365 and click Save Settings...
Click on "Administration" tab and disable the option UPnP and click Save Settings...
Click on "Applications and Gaming" tab and then click on "Port Range Forwarding" subtab...
1) On the first line in Application box type in ABC, in the start box type in 53 and End box type in 3074, leave the protocol as both and under ip address type in 192.168.1.20 and check the enable box, click Save Settings once done...
2) Once you return to the set up page click on the Security tab and uncheck Block Anonymous Internet Requests and click on Save Settings...
3)Click on the Status tab and take note of DNS1 and DNS2 Addresses...
4) Goto the XBox Network Settings and IP Address Settings and select manual IP Settings and assign the following on your Xbox , IP Address :- 192.168.1.20, Subnet Mask :- 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway :- 192.168.1.1...
5) Also assign the DNS Addresses on the Xbox, Use DNS1 and DNS2 Addresses you took note off of the router status tab as Primary DNS & Secondary DNS for the xbox...
6) Turn off your modem, router, and Xbox...Wait for a minute...
7) Plug the modem power first, wait for another minute and plug the router power cable, wait another minute and turn on the Xbox and test it...it will connect...
On you need to Assign a Static IP on your 2nd XBOX. the IP address should be 192.168.1.30, Subnet , Default Gateway, and the DNS should be the same as of your 1st XBOX.
On your Router page, under the Application and Gaming tab you need to click on the Sub tab "DMZ" and you need to Enable DMZ and input the IP address of your 2nd XBOX and click on Save Settings...
For your 3rd XBOX you can try to Enable Port Triggering and open the same ports : 53 to 3074 and click on Save Settings...
Now you need to restart your all the 3 XBOX's and check if the NAT is Open.

Best settings for Call of Duty 4 on the new Imac's

Hello all. Not really PC gamer but decided to purchase this game to go along with my new iMac (Early 09 24" 3.06 with GT 130) and Bose speakers..
Just wanted to know if I can play this game at full graphic settings without without any lag of some sort. What settings are you guys using? I must say that it does look good but not as crisp and smooth as the PS3 version, maybe I'm wrong..or have the wrong settings.
Any insights or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
