News feed cannot be unsubscribed

I added FOXNews news feed and it continues to show only the date I did it - April 9, 2011. When I try to delete it, I get "unable to unsubscribe" message. What now?

Hello klamson. You may need to uninstall and then reinstall this application. Follow the steps below to uninstall:
- From the Home screen, select the applications tab (lower-left corner).
- Select Settings.
- Select Applications.
- Select Manage applications.
- Select the application.
- Select Uninstall.
- Select OK.
- Then OK again.
Once the application is removed, perform a soft reset by removing the battery then back in. Power on the device and try to download again from the Market.

I've never been able to share FaceBook posts nor seen the option using the iOS FaceBook app regardless the FaceBook app and iOS version. I can Like and I can Comment, and if I select a link or video to view under iOS 6, I can use the Share option for the link or video, but not for a post.

HELP - I want a new feed that will pick up all my previous podcasts.. how??

Itunes has happily picked up all my Tory RAdio podcasts in the past. A couple of weeks ago it stopped - which is worrying.
Given that has happened I thought I could use the opportunity to create a new feed that will pick up all my previous podcasts (and obviously new ones as and when I do them) but also I can finally put some artwork so that Tory Radio on itunes actually has the nice logo I would like.
I previously just submitted www.toryradio.podbus.com into itunes which is where I host and it has picked them all up.
How for a complete technophobe - can I get something that I can submit to Itunes as a new feed that will pick up all the old podcasts, new ones and include a logo?
Is it easy? How can I do it?

I can't check on iTunes until tomorrow morning, but in the meantime I can tell you what's wrong with your original feed. The top two lines read

They should read
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<rss xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd" version="2.0">
Without the itunes URL in the second line iTunes cannot parse the required tags to show your episodes. I would guess that the line was there originally but got removed, after which iTunes would not recognize new episodes. Put it back and reload the feed, and it should work if iTunes hasn't terminated your podcast in the meantime.
But to answer your original question: assuming you have access to both feeds; copy everything in the original feed from the first <item> to the last </item> near the bottom.
In the new feed, find the last </item> tag at the bottom (just above the </channel> and </rss> tags), start a new line just after it and insert the material you posted from the original feed (though there are an awful lot of episodes there, and though it's technically not a problem you might want to consider whether you really need all of them in the feed).
If you don't have direct access to the feeds but are using one of the podcast creation services which don't allow this, you will have to follow whatever method they provide for adding the episodes, possibly one at a time.

N8 Social app facebook news feeds not loading

3 days ago my news feeds stop loading, updated app in social, in ovi suite updated ovi social, can connect to facebook on mobile via internet all works ok, through social i can see everything else but not updated, i posted to see a current log..social app said cannot connect to feeds, yet the message had been sent to facebook, i can see it through pc?
anyone help?

Try Fascinate available for free from Nokia store. It's a fully functioning Facebook client with a home screen widget. Much better than Nokia's useless Social app.

How to move to new feed when old feed is dissapeared

Hello, unfrotunately my last webpage with podcast feed was deleted by some ugly admin
however despite feed being lost it still appeared on iTunes however there was no wy to download episodes.
So I put new site under new domain, recreated all of it by hand, installed powerpress plugin etc.
I put in configuration link to the new feed waiting several days but it didn't help.
So I submitted new link for my podcast to iTunes. It was accepted,but the old one still exists.
Here it is:

You can't exactly merge them. It's a pity you submitted the new feed as a new podcast - by emailing them you might have been able to transfer the Store to using the new feed. (The usual practice is to put the itunes:new-feed-url' in the old feed - you've put it in the new feed but it doesn't do a bit of good there.)
What I suggest you do is email podcasts 'at' apple.com. Explain clearly that the original feed has gone dead and you cannot add the redirection tag to it; that you submitted a new feed as a new podcast without realising this wasn't the best thing to do; and ask them if they can delete id806451148 and change id668434333 over to using its feed (give them the feed URL of course).
They have a variable reputation for helpfulness so I can't promise they will do this, but you have nothing to lose by trying. The only other alternative is to ask them to delete the original podcast, losing subscribers and ratings in the process. The process for doing that is described here, though some people have reported being told that they won't do it and the poster must add the 'block' tag to the feed, despite the fact that the feed is unavailable.

Can't browse "save in" dialog box in BB News Feeds App

Blackberry Curve 9330 3G 6.0 bundle 2333 (v6.0.0.524) While in the BB News Feeds App, I would like to save a MP3. In the dialog box I click save. In the next dialog box I click browse. Dialog box is Save in .../blackberry/ringtones. I want to save in .../blackberry/music , I click menu and click up. Now I am in ...media card/blackberry. That's good, but now when I click the menu and click open I get random files to save in. I don't have the small window that lets me pick which folder I want to save my music in. I know the folders exist because I can go to them in the file app. If .../blackberry/music does appear when I use the menu button, I can save in that location. This may take five or so clicks before this choice appears. Where is the small window in the dialog box that lets me pick the folder? I think this started happening after the last update to curve. Was it a Java update? I don't know.

members" it just creates a task is specific Site and moves

I tried to
find if Projects and Check box are columns of Task list , but did not find any
columns.<o:p></o:p>
I am trying
to create a event receiver which would make these columns be set to Site Name
and check box checked so that when user creates a task it will directly move to

If you did not erase your apps and data before getting rid of your old phone, try using Find My Phone and erasing everything remotely. See if this works.

It doesn't go anywhere in that: that isn't a feed, it's a web page. A feed is a text file in XML format.

Is anyone else getting "No stories to show" on their facebook news feed since the ios 6 update?

Ever since I downloaded the ios 6 update, I can no longer access my news feed on the facebook app. It consistently tells me there are no stories to show. I have done a hard reboot, shut the phone off then turned back on, reinstalled the facebook app about 5 times. I don't know what else to do. I know I couldn't possibly be the only person this is happening to.

I think this might have something to do with wireless connections.
Downloads and browsing appear somewhat faster while using my mobile carrier's network but very slow on my home wireless or any other wireless.
I have not experienced problems with autocorrect yet.

Cannot add a new email account, and hence icloud account. When i go into Settings - Mail, accounts, calendars, the option to add a new account cannot be clicked (ghosted). I also have iCloud Settings ghosted (unclickable). Cannot change in itunes also.

Cannot add a new email account, and hence i have no way of creating an iCloud account (very frustrating). I had the same problem with iOS 4.3 but i had no email account to create as i set both up when i bought the iPhone 4. After adding a company email and a gmail account (both wok perfectly) i noticed that the option to create more email accounts had been ghosted (unclickable). This didn't worry me at the time. However, iCloud needs me to create one in here so i can access the cloud which i desperately want the ability to do. When i go into Settings -> Mail, accounts, calendars, the option to add a new account cannot be clicked (ghosted). I also have iCloud in the iPhone Settings ghosted (unclickable). I have same problem in itunes on Mac OSX. Surely restoring isn't the solution as i restored my iphone when changing from iOS 4.3 -> 5. Please help?

Go to
Settings,
General,
Restrictions, type in your Restriction Password,
Accounts, tick Allow Changes.
Press the back key a few times till you're back in Settings, you should see iCloud is now highlight able, now go to Mail Contacts and Calenders and add your email account as per norm.

i build a new exception class with message class and i want to replace the
old exception that i had in the method ,what i did is delete the exception from the method
signature and add the exception class .
the problem is that when i try to activate the method i get error :

My system crashed several months ago -- had to go back to start, when i bought computer -i have reloaded firefox - and now i can not get pictures on Facebook -mine or any one else in the news feed

When I first downloaded Firefox- everything was normal -- then my computer had to be taken back to the way it was from the factory. I had Trojans. Now I have reloaded Firefox, and I get no pictures on Facebook. I get all of the graphics when I go to a game site, and it is fast--Thank you!!, but when I am on my Homepage or News feed, all I get are the names, but no pictures of my friends or what they have posted --pictures. In my profile, I have no picture of myself that I have posted, or in my albums.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox 4 times now, and still the same thing. PLEASE HELP ME-- I DO NOT LIKE WINDOWS EXPLORER-- IT IS SLOWER THAN MOLASSES IN A BLIZZARD-- IT TAKES MINUTES TO LOAD SOME OF MY GAMES-- AND SOME WON'T LOAD AT ALL.

With Facebook on display, click on the site identity button (for details on what that is see the [[site identity button]] article) and then on More Information. This will open up the page info dialog.
First select the Permissions panel, make sure that "Load Images" is set to allow (selecting Use Default should also work)
Next select the Media panel, then click on the first item in the list. Use the down arrow key to scroll through the list. If any item has the option "Block images from (domain name)" selected, de-select the option.
This should hopefully resolve your issue, but also see [[Images or animations do not show]].
Some add-ons can also block images, for example if you have AdBlock Plus installed, make sure that you have not accidentally created a filter to block the images.
