Newsletter usage not defaulting to 0 at beginning of the month

Hello: I spent 2 hours trying to find the anser, find the right way to ask this question and to find the right person to ask. It appears this is the only forum available to me, the end user who owns the web site. My subscription includes 10,000 newsletters. I had done some reasearch through our sales history and was able to get our customer database above that and we purchased an additional 10,000 emails. Since then at the beginning of every month the email count has defaulted to 9,404/20,000 when I have not sent out a single newsletter campaign. I have deleted all my previouse campaigns hoping that would help but nothing changed.

I have checked the site: http://positivepoolwholesale.com/ / id # 67508 - which shows that on 4 Nov 11 the customer purchased a 10,000 email newsletter package (these are valid for use within 12 months).

During that same month (Nov 11), there was an email campaign sent to 19,404 recipients. This means that out of the 10,000/monthly allowance for the site, this total was all used up during the month of Nov 11. Also, out of the 10,000 pre-paid newsletter package, 9,404 was used up out of 10,000. This leaves a balance of 596 pre-paid newsletters (which will expire on 3 Nov 12.
Therefore, the balance showing each month of 19,404/20,000 is correct. The 20,000 will reduce to 10,000 on 3 Nov 12.

You can concatenate '01' like this.
As the begining of a month is always at 01:
CONCATENATE '01' date+2(6) INTO ws_startdate.
If you are using this format YYYYMMDD
CONCATENATE date(6) '01' INTO ws_startdate.

Thanks so much for wading in. I did exactly what you suggested - glad you gave me the hint about how to access my library files. There was only one document that seemed to have anything to do with cache, and that was called Calendar Cache. (I've attached a screen capture of all the files incase I should have deleted something else as well.) I deleted Calendar Cache then restarted iCal, but after updating I was still unable to add new events.
Is there anything else you can suggest?

Return the beginning of the next year.

I Know that you can return the absolute beginning of a year with:
TRUNC(SYSDATE, 'YYYY')
but, given only sysdate, how can I return the absolute beginning of the NEXT year?
Just adding 365 won't always work.

The LMS has no control over the playbar that pauses or plays the Captivate content.
In a Multi SCORM package, the LMS also may be showing a TOC in the SCORM player with links to launch the lesson modules. This TOC is in addition to the TOC inside the Captivate project file which gives access to sections of the module by jumping to slides that begin those sections. But the LMS doesn't usually give you any control over the look and feel or functionality of that TOC either.
If your client is adamant that they want complete control over these areas, then your best option may be NOT to build this course with Captivate but build it from the ground up with another tool. E.g. Flash, or Dreamweaver. Either way, that will add a lot more time and expense to the project. But if the client has the budget and is unwilling to budge on their requirement, then that's what I would be telling them to do.

Usage of default keyStores(.jks) in WLS production mode

I need confirmation on usage of default keystore(.jks) on web logic servers 10.3.5 running in PRODUCTION Mode ?
I have configured Demo-trust.jks and Demo-identity.jks files in web logic server which is running on production mode , but the below link says we should not use the demoidentity.jks and demotrust.jks file in Production and default key-stores for only testing.
In general, production mode requires you to configure additional security features.

Basically we are trying to implement the SSO between OBIEE11g and j2e application in WLS 10.3.5   , I have completed the SAML2 configuration on two different managed servers ,but SSO not working and also not able to find ERROR messages on server logs
I would like to know , If we chose/use default keystores in WLS production mode , is there impact on SSO functionality (SAML2) ?

In Web logic custom authentication provider configured for performing authentication on j2ee application .    SS0-Saml2.0 configured in single web-logic server11g ,in which two different managed servers .(One managed server for application and another managed server for OBIEE).
We are able to login successfully on application side using the custom database authenticator (User: Tony) and then if we try to access the OBIEE urls(example: http://ctodomain.test.com:8704/saml2/analytics/saw.dll?) ,its redirecting to OBIEE URL as   http://ctodomain.test.com:8704/saml2/sp/acs/artifact?SAMLart=AAQAAP4DqhE1B5fw5nvpzoSbqW9KLgCPhgkl21qQKIG3naZsi9f75Uk8HdQ%3D   and WLS log says “Authentication Failed: User ‘Tony’ denied

Lost Your Notes or Deleted Notes Default Account?

YOU ACCIDENTALLY DELETED 'APPLE NOTES' DEFAULT MAIL ACCOUNT... OR JUST LOST ALL YOUR NOTES?
Okay so after an hour on apple support chat and getting no where at all... this is what I did:
Firstly... I'm assuming you backed up your iPhone to iTunes... otherwise STOP READING NOW... you're doomed.
Secondly... you need your laptop or desktop and I'm talking about a Mac so if you're on a PC... you might still be doomed?
Begin...
>>>DO NOT CONNECT YOUR iPhone<<< Now launch iTunes. Go to MENU - iTunes - Preferences.
Click on Devices. There you will see your latest Device backups. Top of the list will be your most recent backup. This is the one you'll have to back up from... so if there's anything on your phone after this date that you don't want to loose... your doomed.
(But you might not be if you can copy it and email it to yourself).
Now... tick the box 'Prevent iPods blah, blah... from syncing automatically'... DO THIS!!!!
DO THIS BIT NEXT: Get your iPhone. Go to settings - and select Cellular... REMEMBER WHERE THIS IS!
Remember also... how to turn off 'Celular Data' and 'Enable 3G'... practise doing this a couple of times!
Go back to settings, select 'WiFi'... practise turning that off also.
Now then... you can't turn these off now because the RESTORE will turn them back on again! You NEED an internet connection in order to complete the RESTORE FROM BACKUP... so it's no good turning that off either.
Basically... you've got to prevent your iPhone from connecting to the Default Account... where all your Notes were... and are no more! If it does connect it will wipe all the notes you just restored from backup off your phone and... you'll be doomed again.
THIS WORKED IN MY CASE... but my WiFi signal is not brilliant (and it's a pain trying to turn the router off as it's hidden in the wall behind the telly)! If this doesn't work first time, either you're an OAP with the reactions of a snail with arthritis (I told you to practise that bit didn't I!)... or you'll need a trusty assistant standing by the router ready to turn it off when you shout "NOW!"
Okay here goes...
Step 1) Connect your iPhone to iTunes, wait for it to show up there.
Step 2) Go to the Summary tab - Backups and hit 'Restore Backup'.
Step 3) Keep an eye on your phone... it'll say 'restoring'... wait for it... then you'll get a little pop up thing in iTunes, ignore that... then the phone will reboot.
Step 4) PAY ATTENTION! The apple logo appears... wait for it... progress bar appears... get ready... phone will buzz (if you've got vibration on)... get ready... home screen appears... SHOUT "NOW"!!!
Step 5) QUICKLY!!! Dissconnect your phone from the USB cable or dock... too slow man! Quickly access settings and TURN ALL THOSE THINGS YOU PRACTISED... OFF!!!
DO NOT OPEN NOTES before you do this or... you're doomed again.
Now we're back in the game...
Step 6) Open Notes... there's all your old notes "I know you"!
Step 7) Open the first note (I hope you don't want them all... cos you'll be here for ages) press the little box with an arrow (or forward icon) select 'copy'.
Step 8) Open Mail... write a new email... paste your Note there! Keep doing this untill you've got all your Notes pasted there... thensend the email to yourself. JUST DO THAT NOW... before you do anything else!
Clean up your iPhone...
Step 9) Go to Settings on your iPhone, go to Mail, Contacts, Calenders... select iCloud and turn Notes ON. Yeah get an iCloud account, it's free. Forget gmail.com man!
Step 10) Go Back to Settings, select Notes... make Default Account... iCloud. 'It'll say 'delete all notes?' Well they aren't there anyway fool... so **** yeah!
Step 11) Now you can turn all those WiFi and Cellular things back on again.
Get on your desktop/laptop...
Step 12) Go to Finder - Apple Logo - System Preferences... hit the iCloud icon. Tick Notes ON.
Step 13) Open Notes, open you're email that you sent yourself... copy and make lots of new Notes!
Get yer iPhone...
Step 14) ... there's all your Notes synced to your iPhone by those nice people at Apple iCloud!
Then ask yourself this question... why does it have to be this complicated?

If your note is gone from iCloud.com there is only a few ways to possibly recover it.
The first things I would check is a iCloud Backup, a iTunes Backup, or a 3rd party email that may have contained the note. To restore from a iCloud or iTunes backup follow
HT1766. This article explains how to restore a device from either back up.
Note if you have backed up since the note went missing, you will not have the note on the backup. Make sure you do not back up if trying to restore from a back up as this will
back up the content without the note.
To get to the "Set up assistant" on an iOS device, you must go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. Once the phone restarts, you will be at the "Set up
Assistant"
Gmail emails are very commmon sources for notes and you may have been adding them to the gmail notes without even knowing it.

Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

Payment method not defaulting from Vendor master data

I am running F110 payment run. In the Payment proposal SAP is not pulling payment method from vendor master data for some invoice. we have like two payment methods , Sap is defaulting payment method for one type of payment method and not defaulting for the other...What could be the possible reasons?( for both the invoices We are not maintaining any payment method)

In F110 if payment methods are different from vendor master data and payment methods mentioned in parameters tab it will take payment methods from parameters tab, so that you have to give both payment methods in parameters tab so that it will consider both.

My iPod touch is not resonding to iTunes and I have the latest update. I plug it in and it begins to sync, then stops with no reason why. Is there a way this can be fixed?

Seems, iTunes can't read your backup anymore. Copy the backup folder to a safe place before you delete the latest backup from the list in iTunes/Preferences/Devices
The folder where your backup data is stored changes depending on the computer's operating system. Since iTunes only keeps one backup per device, you should ensure the backup folder is included in your periodic data backup routine.
iTunes places the backup files in the following places:
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
Note: If you do not see the AppData or Application Data folders, you may need to show hidden files (Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7), or iTunes may not be installed in the default location. Show hidden files and then search the hard drive for the Backup directory.

Manufacturer plant Partner not defaulting in PO

according to SAP Help, the setting for checking manufacturer plants are supposed to be the following:
1) Vendor with account group001 and partner roles LF
2) Manufacturer with account group MNFR which, unless I am missing something, allows partner role MN only(no connection to main vendor???) and manufacturer plants in partner tab, with partner role MN
3) Manufacturer plant(s) with account group MNFR, partner role MN (manufacturer plant) to be entered in the Manufacturer partner tab (see point 2).
the system is supposed to check the plants at PO creation but this is not happening: it does only if the vendor is also the manufacturer and i enter the plants directly in the vendor master.
Also, assuming I am entering the manufacyturer in the partner roles of the vendor master, the manufacturer plants defined in the manufacturer master record, are not defaulted in the PO.
all the settings in Custmizing are checked: schemes, asignments to PO etc.
I also checked Notes but could not find something suitable....i might have missed something tho.
any ideas?

Open personal settings of TCD ME21N/22N/23N and select Display key in box. Save.
Log out and log in again. and open PO.
This is showing because, your personal settings are made to show description.

I have no special software like numbers or anything else installed on either device. Just using the default viewer provided by apple for viewing email.

The attachment is an .xls excel 97-2003 spreadsheet. I viewed the file in the email and did not edit it with any software. I can forward the file to anyone that is may want to check it out to see if they can help me. I was wondering if there was some way of forcing another ios6 install on my phone and maybe that would solve it.
Is there anyone out there that is viewing .xls files in email using ios6 w/o any other software installed like numbers or any other add ons? I am not upgrading my ipad from ios5 to ios6 so I can still continue to view the emails on my ipad. Is there an email viewer .xls plug-in that will be availablle in the next ios6 update?
