Newsstand Apple ID won't load.

Hi, I have an iPad using iOS 8.1.2. Im using Newsstand to view 'The Week UK' publication. However when I try to restore purchases the Apple ID doesn't load. The 'purchases restored' box comes up but I am still unable to access the publication. I contacted the publisher and they said it was a known Apple iOS problem that effects different publications at random. I have already tried un-install, reboot, re-install and retyping Apple ID in settings.

Is the iPod signed into the account? Go to Setting>Store and check and fix as necessary.

I have been using my apple TV seamlessly with all my apple products (Mac Mini, iphone, MBP, ipad). Everything worked perfectly until recently (I noticed the issue about 3 weeks ago), when the apple TV won't load and play any movies from my iTunes library located on my MBP. The Library loads, and I can see everything, but as soon as I press play, the spinning load icon appears and doesn't stop. Same when I play movie from itunes directly and send it via airplay. Desktop mirroring no problem.
I have checked, and films are being played perfectly from my other devices, as does airplay and mirroring

8. Cannot access my library when my computer is asleep
For Apple TV to access your library while the host computer is asleep, "Wake for network access" must be turned on.
Open System Preferences > Energy Saver and select (enable) the "Wake for network access" option.
In addition, the network that the host computer and the Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation) is connected to must support Wake on Demand feature. This works by partnering with a service running on your AirPort Base Station or Time Capsule called Bonjour Sleep Proxy.

Apple TV won't load/play TV shows from my iTunes account

When I try to play TV shows and movies from my iTunes library, my Apple TV won't play them. It'll just continuously think about doing it, and on the time taskbar at the bottom it shows that it's slowly loading the video, but it won't physically play any of the content (and I've left it running for a good 15 - 20 minutes). I've tried playing different shows and episodes, and it's the same result. It will play songs from my library, however if I try to physically control what it plays through my laptop (by making the speakers Apple TV) the sound will cut out after eight or nine seconds of playing and refuse to play it after that point.
I've tried unplugging the Apple TV several times, restarting my iTunes, and nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it? Or even what's causing it?

I'm having this same problem suddenly as of 2 or 3 days ago, around the same time as you. The spinny animation appear for a few second, with the scrubbar, then it bails out to "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later." My network has had no configuration changes in a while. My AppleTV2 and my MacBook Pro [10.7.2] have also not seen configuration changes in some time. Makes me wonder if ATV, or iTunes, has had an update that broke things.
I've played my iTunes movies over the network fine since I bought the AppleTV over a year ago. 720p, 1080p, etc., have all played fine. Now, those exact same movies are not playing. I've tried:
Changing Wi-Fi Channels.
Upgrading firmware in Airport Express. That's the WAP the MacBook is connected to. ATV is connected directly over wired Ethernet. It was a Minor Version behind, and did upgrade successfully.
Power-cycling everything. MBP, router/modem, Ethernet switches, ATV, and the external 1TB firewire drive my iTunes library is on.
Verifying that Internet-based movies play in ATV. They do. Netflix, etc., all play fine.
Plugging the MacBook Pro directly into wired Ethernet. Wi-fi completely out of the picture. I verified Internet and LAN connectivity was good, but still, ATV won't play anything.
Ensuring ATVs firmware and OS were latest.
Ensuring MacBook Pro's OS was latest.
Verifying that I can play those movies directly from the external drive, by way of Finder.
Ug.

Apple TV won't load complete Aperture library

I have a large Aperture library back to 2002. Apple TV 2 won't load the library further than 2008, despite it being checked all the way back to 2002 in Home Sharing. How do I get it to load the whole thing? Is there a limit? I am working with a MacBook, Snow Leopard, and Aperture 3. Thanks.

I couldn't say for sure if there is a limit to the size of a photo library, but there have been problems reported when using large libraries. How many photos do you have, mention has been made to problems with libraries of over 20,000.

Apple TV won't load up. the light flashes and the logo appears on the TV then it just goes off and starts again. I've tried restoring via USB on 5 different computers and I keep getting error message 9? Can anyone please help?

I have a black Apple TV that has recently stopped working. It loads the Apple Logo on screen then goes off and starts again. It's as if it is stuck in a loop. I've tried a re-boot and this has failed. I have tried a restore using a USB cable on 5 different computers, including a Mac Book Pro and it downloads the update file but when it tries to restore I get the error code 9 showing on screen. I just can't get it to do anything.

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?!

Apple applications won't load properly

Itunes, App store etc open and load from page to page but when trying to play songs it brings up a status of opening a url that never opens. Also doesn't download thumbnail pictures such as album covers etc. Try to download yosemite off the app store but won't open. Please help this is so frustrating

What have you tried already to fix the problem? Have you done the usual Disk Utility checks / preferences checks etc?
Did you copy the applications in question over or reinstall them?

Apple website won't load on my MacBook Pro

I cannot connect to www.apple.com or any variation of it on my MacBook Pro Retina on either Chrome or Safari. I receive message that says I am not connected to the internet, however every other website opens just fine. I can access Apple from my iPad and my Windows PC on the same network connection. I have no clue what the issue is or how to resolve it. Any suggestions? I am current on all updates.

Apple tv won't load apps including videos from my library

So after this newest update 7.0.2. my apple tv has trouble accessing any of my apps, mainly netflix, hulu, and my home videos that are retrieved from my mac are the main ones I use. The spinning circle of death just keeps spinning and says accessing netflix or accessing hulu and while playing one of the videos on my mac (not through mirror-play that works just fine, directly through the "computers" app) it will constantly just stop playing and the disc will rotate again and this goes on for 10 minutes or more and it will just start playing the movie again after I wait it out. I tried restarting it several times and then I even did a full restore, which logging back in to all my apps was a complete pain. Please help me fix this! Oh additionally I have an apple tv in my bedroom that I have not updated and it works flawlessly. iTunes has the newest update and I am running yosemite and I have restarted my computer several times. My Apple TV3 won't load any content from my computer

Hello,
I bought an Apple TV on November and it worked just fine until a few weeks ago.
Now, everytime I try to stream something from my computer it takes a really long time to buffer and when it plays, its only played for seconds (well for music anyways, movies only play for 2 secs before freezing again)
Why does this happen? Nothing else has changed in my situation (internet speed is the same as it used to be when it WORKED)
I live in Panama so I have no Apple Store to take my apple tv to, so if there's nothing I can do it would really blow Apple, nice way of tricking people out of $99

It's the file attributes. The files will add but when you try to add a folder it doesn't work. You can get a bulk attribute changer progeam like BulkFileChanger and get rid of the Hidden and archive attributes, This fixed my problem.

Favorites won't load on apple maps on iphone

Since updating to IOS8, the favorites I had saved in apple maps won't load any more. This is true both on my iPhone 5 and my husband's 4s

Mine does the same thing. I can load the list (when I click in the search bar as if to type an address, the first thing under that is the favorites), but when I actually click on a favorite it will not load it into the map to see or get directions to. I know the favorites still work b/c my 5s is still on 7, and I just used it to navigate. But my work iphone 5 is on 8, and it will not work. I use this ALL THE TIME! This needs fixed ASAP!!!!!

Apple store won't open on iPad?

Since I had the new software update my apple store won't load.

Try quitting the App Store completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that didn't work, try this. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
You can also try rebooting your router. That may help. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.

Safari won't load after latest software update

After the latest software update from Apple, Safari won't load. I've deleted the p.list and run OnyX to clean the system. It still won't load. This is a pain as Safari is my default browser and I have to get into Safari to change that. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

Actually you can change your default browser from within Mail, just go to Mail preferences and set the default browser to whatever you want. Unless you have cloned your system (before the update)which I heartily recommend,
you may have to use Pacifist to extract Safari from
the 10.4 installation package.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Ipod touch 4th gen. won't load to home screen. Stuck on apple logo for two days. Help?!

My ipod touch's battery died, so I plugged it in to charge. After awhile it turned on to where the apple logo shows up. After a day the logo was still on the screen with a loading sign there. It won't load to the home screen after 2 days. Help?

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
