Newsstand download error & restore purchases failed

HELP!
I'm having roblems downloading my subscribed magazines in newsstand. It comes up with 'error downloading' I have already done the following:
deleted the app & reinstalled - after reinstalling i can't download previous magazines as another error message comes up 'restored purchases failed'
restarted the ipad - several times
checked automatic download is switch on
checked there are no resitrctions on
deleted the app, restarted the ipad and reinstalled the app
reported the problem to the magazine ppl but becuase I subscribed through Apple it's an Apple problem
check the discussions for help - found nothing
Can't report the problem to Apple through my itunes account as the subscription was taken out in June so it's over 90 days old - not helpful Apple!
I can't find any help anywhere and I'm extremely frustrated
Please can anyone help?

I've had this error with my GQ and Mens Health Magazines on my ipad, and this is what fixed it for both magazines. Go to the "Library" inside each magazine app. Then click on the gear symbol in the upper right corner, and choose "remove issues from ipad". Then select the issues that had this error message, and remove them. Afterwards, you re-download with no probems.

I have a complaint from a subscriber who is unable to download our current edition (E&T magazine), and when he selected restore all purchases, he recives this meaasge "Restore purchases failed". Does anyone know of a solution. John Rooney.

"Restoring Purchases Failed" on iPad 2

I interupted a magazine download in the newstand (Everyday Food). I couldn't seem to resume downloading so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now it won't allow me restore purchases or my subscription, giving me the error messages "Restoring Purchases Failed". I restarted my iPad and still no luck. How do I fix this??

Got a far from satisfactory response from Apple. And here was me thinking that under the Sale of Goods Act, my contract is with Apple. I will write back. Here's the email:

I have just bought the new iPad. I have current subscriptions for Everyday Food and Martha Stewart Living magazines. When I go into each magazine in the newsstand, I am prompted to restore purchased material..I say yes - I want to restore - and I enter my password. Each time I get an error message saying 'restoring purchases failed' - it does however allow me to re-download single issues I have bought but not any in a subscription. I also tried to repurchase the items and then I get told that I already have a valid subscription and asks if I want to restore purchases. I click yes but the same problem I already described happens.

HT1689 iTunes is having download error on purchased songs on iPhone. Why?

Every time I go purchase a song on my iPhone it will start to download
Get to 2.0MB, start all over and a message will come up saying
Download error, retry or done as options. I never had this problem
Til I updated to latest software for iPhone 4. Please tell me what is going on.

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Purchased songs from iTunes and some of them won't download, it says "download error, try again". Has anyone else had this problem and what do I do to fix it?

If they work on your PC, then unsync them from the phone and resync.
If they do not work on your PC, redownload from Past Purchases, then unsync from phone and resync

I purchased a song from iTunes on my iPhone but keep getting a "Download error." Any ways to fix this?
I have never had this problem until downloading iOS 7 in case it is related.

On a whim I decided to try downloading a different song. This new song downloaded instantly and then the song that kept giving a "download error" finally downloaded. Go figure.

I also had system issues a couple of weekends ago. I had to restore my computer. Once complete I reinstalled iTunes and then set all of my backup files in place (I back up my iTunes folder everytime I purchase something). The problem is, everytime I click on anything I purchased, movie or song, it tells me I am not authorized on this computer. I also am using just one computer and have been using the same one for the last couple of years. I attempted to deauthorized my system by following the instructions here in the forum plus instructions found on the site. After aproximatly 30 minutes I gave up on entering my user name and password over and over and over again. Do you know of anything else I can try? Thank you for the assistance:-)

Getting download error on purchased video from iTunes, help!

I have plenty of memory on my ipad to download purchased videos from iTunes, but I get an error message no matter how many times I hit retry. Any suggestions? Thanks

Movie title page (with movie poster, plot summary, etc) shows with cloud icon for download, but when cloud is touched,it tries to download foe a few secs then gives error. i appear to have downloaded the entire album, but everytime i open itunes on my mac, it reports an error about being unable to download the sgt pepper mystery tour album. i think this maybe the new LP content which doesnt appear to work or complete download. i get the iCloud symbol but it wont download. any advice how to remedy this

Download error and launch fail

The apps wouldn't launch on my computer (corrupted) so deleted them in order to redownload them but now the Adobe Application Manager isn't registering that the apps are no longer on my Mac - they're listed as 'up to date' so I can't download anything. Any advice?

Please use the Creative Suite cleaner tool to remove CS6 apps completely.
Uninstall AAM. Redownload and try again.

I ordered a TV program series but all of the episodes except 2 say "stopped (err = -3150). How do I get the TV programs that I paid for?

App Store Not Working - Purchases Failing - Error: PMT50016

Hi Palm,
I am in the US and for the last week or more whenever I go to try to make a purchase from the App Catalog/Store. I get the error message 'Purchase Failed'. When I tap on the exclamation mark/message I get the following:
'Couldn't Purchase' - The Item could not be purchased. Try again later. PMT50016.
I first thought this was an issue with the particular App I was attempting to buy, but I have tried others and I still receive the same message.
I've checked my CC on file and nothing appears to be wrong with that. I've also rebooted the phone multiple times, so not sure why this error would start occurring. In the past, I'd been able to make purchases successfully.
Anyone else having this same problem?....If so, is there a fix? Is Palm aware of this issue? - Please help.

Spc for SPA122 "Restore has failed"

I'm tyring to extract the .xml config of my SPA122, then edit the .xml and then upload it to my SPA122.
My problem is that I always get the "Restore has failed." -message when I try to do "Restore Configuration" over the webinterface.
For troubleshooting I've created this example:
C:\spa112 conf generator>spc --sample-xml test.xml
spc: generated SPA122 sample configuration test.xml
C:\spa112 conf generator>spc --xml test.xml config.cfg
spc: generated SPA122 config.cfg len=47552 bytes
Even with this generated config file by the sample .xml file, I get the same error ("Restore has failed").
I also tried with several encryption options provided by the spc tool.
Is there a certain way the file must be encrypted?
What am I doing wrong?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
