Next payment for subscription is too early!!!

Hello! I have a question about the next payment date for the subscription. I purchased a subscription on July 25. and received an email with the record  of payment and the date when the next payment will be taken, it says July 30. the same data is in the notification sent to my Skype app.  I was surprised! I also checked my account on the Skype.com and there it says next payment on August 22, which makes sense, in a month after first payment. So, please, answer which info is true??? and why does it say such a soon next payment? it's a mistaken info? Thank you!

Actually both dates are correct, but for different subscriptions.
You have Unlimited US & Canada with recurring payment on the 30th of July.
Then you also have Ukraine 400 min and next payment for it will be on the 22nd of August.

Keep in mind that recurring payment will be taken 3 days before expiration date in order to avoid any payment delays or issues.

    I had a 3 month Unlimited World that was about to be renewed today. I wanted to change to 1 month, so I canceled my 3 month yesterday, as payment it made 3 days before it would expire on May 21.
    I saw that you offer a 1 month free trial and that I could get it as well. I signed up for it and while I filled out the form I was told my free trial would start on May 21 as i still have 3 days of the 3 months Unlimited World left. Which is good and makes sense, after all I paid for it.
    Then I got a confirmation email that said my free trial already starts on May 18. So I was wondering why not May 21?
    It also says that my next payment is due on June 18. Does this mean my free trial goes until June 21 because payment is always due 3 days before a subscription expires?
    I would be grateful for any info on where my 3 days went.

    Due to the time it can take for some transactions to be processed, we charge your bank or PayPal account three days in advance to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription. You don’t lose these three days: your subscription is still valid for the full period that you sign up for (one, three or 12 months).
    Although the recurring payment is taken three days in advance to avoid possible delays, your subscription minutes are reset based on the initial purchase date and time.
    Minutes are added to Plans at or about midnight UTC/GMT on the due date.

  • Prompting for my password too early after sleep MB Air 2013

    Hi,
    Under System Preferences --- Security & Privacy --- General I've set my MB Air 2013 running Mavericks to require a password after 15 minutes of sleep, but the password promt comes up even if I put it to sleep and wake it up a second later. Has anyone else found this extremely annoying or had this problem? Any ideas as to how to stop this?

    Did you just speak to someone on the helpline, or were you also able to speak to Apple Customer Relations? Apple Customer Relations is a higher tier that can solve problems that the first tier you speak to may not be able to. If you did not specifically ask to speak to Apple Customer Relations, you might try to call back and ask if you can. If you were able to speak to Apple Customer Relations and they could not help you, then it looks like you will have to invest in another battery. I have never looked into speaking with the battery's manufacturer, but that may possibly be another avenue to explore. The System Profiler should name the manufacturer.
    Batteries do have their own microprocessor, and if this gets messed up, it will cause problems. However, I know of no other tools than resetting the SMC and calibrating the battery:

  • Skype took money for subscription but never activa...

    Hello to skype users
    Have you ever faced such situation like mine.
    I have subscription for 400 minutes a month, paid by Skype Credit. Skype takes money every month though dates when it is activated always shifting further and further. For example this month they took money 10 Euros on December 2nd but said it will be activated on December 5th.
    OK then, I thought today is 5th and made a call, and was charged for this call. I went to my account to see subscription is not activated, it still shows 0 minutes from last month.
    After a big search on skype site I sent a letter to support only to receive outrageous lie that I already have used all my 400 minutes in the month of December. When in fact skype even didn;t activate December subscription yet,
    What should I do?

    Skypes indeed takes payment for subscription renewals 3 days in advance, prior to the actual date when the subscription will renew.  afaik, your minutes will reset at 1:00 GMT.

    I can definitely understand why you are concerned and I checked your account. Subscription expiration date is 13th of August, thus it seems incorrect date is shown for the next payment.
    I can assure you that Skype has no intention to rip you off, but it seems there is system glitch where incorrect info is shown on your account page.
    In order to get this resolved please contact customer service as guided here:

    They will collect all the necessary data from you(for example screenshot) and file it as a bug report to development team.

  • Give reason - Scheduled for next payment run in APP

    Dear All
    In APP > Parameter Tab > there is a field Next p/date is it for next payment run schedule date or base line date or what for?
    For example: I am running APP for the date 11.09.2008 my next p/date which i given is 12.09.2008.  Suppose if i run the second time on the 11.09.2008 for the same vendor itself it is running.  But it is not throwing error message : you need to run on 12.09.2008. Why?

    The help for the field explains clearly why this field is given..
    This date is needed in order to check the due date of payables. If an item is already overdue on the date of the next payment run, or would lose cash discount, the system pays the item in this payment run.
    The general rule for receivables is that they cannot be paid until the baseline date for payment has been reached. Such items are paid on or after the baseline date for payment, regardless of when the next payment run is scheduled for.

    SkypePro was the forerunner of Subscriptions and was discontinued except for existing subscribers of which you were one so you were receiving the service.
    Effectively SkypePro provided free calls to a number of countries but was restrictive compared to the present range of more flexible Subscriptions.

    From the above code, I picked out the following:

    I ran the cost estimate for one material on 12.06.2008 and i released the cost estimate. Here it is saying 'Cost Estimate released too early'. I thought system is releasing the cost for material for the next month. but i want to update the material cost for this month only.
    And how many days before you have to run the cost estimate for the new month.

    Please check the period which you have mentioned in CK24.
    I think the period you have given is of next month. Hence system is giving that message as next month's  period may not have been opened.
    System allows to release cost estimate only once in a period. Normal practice is to carry out cost run at the end of the month.

  • Outlook displays date of birthdays one day too early in MS Office 2007, 2010 and 2013

    We are supporting several clients that has issues with Outlook. Different versions of Windows, Office and different exchange server versions. Some contacts' birthdays
    just "magically" changes to one day too early.  I have done extensive research with no answer. I have experienced this issue personally as early as about 2005 or 2006 with a Windows Mobile PDA.
    Our local time is GMT +2 without daylight-savings. I have checked the settings in Windows (Vista Pro and Win 7 pro
    x86 and x64) and the calendar settings, I have reloaded a couple of pc's, created new profiles, installed new server hardware with newer exchange.  Even tried a few off-the-wall ideas like resetting all views to default.
    Some users' address books are shared, some not. Some uses Apple, Android, BB or Windows phone, some don't.  Some connects through VPN, some don't. Some uses
    AVG, Avast, Eset Nod, Forticlient, Mcafee, etc....
    I have been fighting this problem for months, and can find no conclusive answer that resolves this.
    If I manually open the contact and rectify the date, it will stay correct for a very random time period and then shift
    again.
    I am about to lose a couple of my biggest clients, and probably my job as well, so I need urgent help.
    Please no remarks on OS version, Office version or mobile devices, as this is definitely not the issue.

    Have the users check on OWA, does the issue persist? Please also make sure the timezone of Exchange is also properly configured.

  • Charged for subscription fee, but no results

    Yesterday, I was charged for my month subscription fee for a monthly 60minutes to France. Not only did the minutes meter of how many minutes left I have NOT change from 0 back to 60, but also, Skype is requesting another monthly fee due October 2nd? Can this please be resolved.. I'm being charged twice the cost for no results.. this is ridiculous.

    the minutes of your subscription are reset on the 2nd of each month, at around 22:30 GMT time. The recurring payment is taken 3 days prior to the day the minutes are reset, I can see the next payment will be taken on October 30th.

    Your account shows that payment for your Philippines 120 mins 1 month was refused. This is a monthly Subscription and because you have already used all your 120 minutes for this billing period your next allocation of minutes won't be added to your account until December 13th 2014.

    You installed Adobe what?  Assuming that perhaps you have a subscription for Acrobat XI Pro, I will move your post to the appropriate forum.  You could also try to Contact Customer Care.
